I don’t know what all these negative reviews about slow shipping are about I placed an order and received confirmation that it had been shipped within 24 hours.

What an amazing gem of a store! The selection is wide and varied and the staff are warm, friendly, helpful and caring. My only regret is that I don't live closer, however, my bank account is grateful that I live in another province. If you are looking for unique gifts, you have to check out Berry-Hill. They even ship at incredibly reasonable rates.
This store is a must to check out. I cannot say enough about the amazing experience that I had. I am looking forward to my 'too large a purchase to take on the plane' to arrive. (Photo shown)

Always unique stuff here. Home decorations, clothing, bird feeders, bee keeping equipment, etc. There is literally something for everyone. I just picked up a grow your own oyster mushroom kit!

I ordered some poultry bags 2 years ago and only realized this summer, that I'd ordered poultry processing bags and NOT shrink bags as I had thought. We were due to process chickens in a few days and Jamie from Berry Hill was absolutely amazing and got me the right product and arranged shipping in time for our butcher date (with a discount no less). He also included a return label for some additional bags that a friend had purchased not knowing they were the wrong bags as well. Highly appreciate the over and above customer service. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again in the future.

We went looking for a kettle. Found one. Plus a lot of other nifty stuff.

A couple days later. The black kettle lid handle, broke. As they are prone to do. A $5. Stainless steel drawer pull knob from Tuckey Home Hardware, has been the perfect fix.

Great selection of clothing, interior decor and outdoor decor. Lots of travel mugs, candles, etc.

This is a great store that's got a little bit of everything in St Thomas Ontario. The staffer really nice and very helpful. There is a wide range of merchandise from bird seed and feeders, poultry supplies, household accessories and women's fashion.

Every time we go to the store it's like being on a treasure hunt.

I am always happy with my experience.
I go to get Chicken supplies And incubation supplies.
Probably the best Bricks and mortar business, I'm aware of foreign Incubation supplies and incubators.

Prepping? Preserving? Hobbie farm? This is your place! Almost emptied my bank account in this store on so many toys!

Great customer service, I came here today to get some white millet for my birds! They have all types of bird supplies and cheaper than a pet shop

I just had the best experience ever with Berry Hill. These guys mean it when they say they care about their customers. Businesses should model their customer service models after this company. Thanks Berry-Hill, I'm now a lifetime customer:)

Very poor communication. I ordered a Georgia Quail farm battery setup and brooder, along with about $2,000 worth of stuff to be shipped to Newfoundland. The products themselves are excellent. The communication from Berry Hill has been extremely poor. I ordered an incubator back in April, it was backordered. I was told the end of June that it was in stock and would be shipped out. I have been emailed and contacting them for 2 weeks with no response at all. I understand delays happen, however a quick email to notify me would have been sufficient. Instead they have completely ignored my emails and calls. I am very disappointed as the products I received excelled my expectations.

One of the many items I ordered was a brinsea brooder plate. It didn't work when I received it. Berry Hill outright denied any type of resolution. Thankfullt the manufacturer is going to replace it. Avoid Berry hill if you are ordering online, you may not get your order, and they do not care if they send you defective products.

Berry Hill is a lovely little store featuring clothing and all things country'ish. We stop for bird feeding materials and seed primarily and visit most times we are in St Thomas as we live in Stratford ourselves.

If you need something unique and pricey this is the place. They have so many interesting items, it takes a while to walk through the store.

I just stopped by this store for the first time after passing it by numerous times admiring their "country boutique" look.
First impression: interesting, clean, full of "stuff", friendly staff and easy (but limited) parking.
Seems bigger inside than it looks like from the street and I enjoyed the greeting I got going in and the service!
Will be back.

They didn’t have what I wanted in stock but they have a bunch of cool items and I was able to order what I wanted for delivery

Extremely Dissatisfied with the Shipping.
It’s been almost THREE weeks and my order has only left the store now.

I think this company is ordering off Amazon and THEN shipping out to the orders to their customers.

Why would it take almost 3 weeks to get out off the store shelf? The person said my item was in stock when I called and ordered.

No comment from the store either.
Their fast immediate shipping is total joke. I would recommend NOT ordering from this company.

We all know there is a lack of employees, but almost 3 weeks to leave the store! NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I could of ordered from Amazon / China and received faster.

I always try to support Canadian Businesses, but honestly, they dropped the ball.
I will write another review next month when if and when I get my shipment.

I WANT MY SHIPPING FEES REFUNDED!
