Staff here are all lovable nerds and their prices are SUPER reasonable for the high quality they offer. I like to go in here just to browse the constantly updating selection. More people need to go here instead of Walmart for their electronics.

Apparently the store was not ready for Black Friday. Very disappointed in the lack of attention from the employees to where they place the products. Number of products misplaced on shelves at different prices. Both things I tried to buy were much more expensive then what they were labeled as.

Huge huge thank you to Robyn S! She needs a raise and a massive xmas bonus! She was amazing! My partner had his phone stolen and she sat with us for 2.5 hours getting things straightened out! She got everything cancelled/transfered and of course got us an awesome deal on a new phone! If you need anything phone wise Robyn is the person for the job!

They tried to get us a new phone. But it’s been over 4 hours and my husband is still waiting. Pretty sick of this. We are giving two stars because the lady was nice. But we weren’t excepting this to take over 5 hours of our life to get our phone changed.

Geek squad is incredible at this store location!
Issy & Gill were so professional and helpful when I needed my system upgraded. They took away all my anxiety and figured out what was wrong, by fixing everything. All their recommendations were right on point. I am so thankful for their expertise and top notch communication skills. My system runs so much faster now.

Very helpful young lady at the front desk. When I left the store, i realized I left my keys.when I went back into the store, we told Ella we had lost keys, and while I was freaking out running through out the store, Ella was looking (and finding them). Very attentive customer service. I was very impressed and over all had a potentially terrible situation turn into a great experience because of Ella.

Geek squad needs some geeking lessons. All data files are empty after I bought a new laptop for data transfer. Went back and they don’t know why the computer was reset to to 2015. The files were out of sync. And only those saved on one drive could be recovered. It’s a mystery. The staff were calm and helpful to address the issue. They need more staff. It is truly busy at the store.

On January 27th I walked into this bestbuy with intentions to buy the Jabra Pro 7 headphones and after I got an employee to help me get the headphones out of the case the employee cashed me out and I thought everything was going well the box did seem a little light, I went home opened the box and there were no headphones in the box I went back to the bestbuy. I went to customer service to complain about the issue with my brother present he watched me open up the box. And all the manager had to say was “This is a lock up item there’s no way this could happen” basically accusing me of stealing the product! She tells me to hang tight me and my bro wait about 40 minutes And the manager tells me that I’ll have to file a complaint and she said she’d call me on January 28th I have yet to receive a call. I have not had one problem with this bestbuy before and I was glad to spend my money but I can’t believe I’m being accused of stealing the product! They sold me an empty box for 180$ I’m still waiting to see if they call me. This is actually ridiculous all I want is the headphones I paid for not the box man.
Please just give me the product I paid for if I don’t please people don’t shop here again they’ll scam you then claim you stole the product. Update Jan 30th a new group of customer service representatives treated me very well thankyou to Nolan and Marcel I got my product today thanks to them! Thanks guys.

Very unimpressed with their mobile department. Stood in line waiting for nearly a hour. The entire time they were dealing with the same customer. Two staff working in the department. Kept being told that they will be with me in 2 minutes. Periodically asked what I need help with and left standing in line. Brought a 3rd employee over from another department to minimally assist me. Basically just be a middle man to run between me and the other employee at the desk who I assume was the only one authorized to do anything. Stated 3 separate times that I'm looking for the cheapest plan possible. Tried to up sell me as well as sell me a new phone (i already have a brand new 2021 modle and stated that i want the cheapest plan.) and told the other employees that I have to be with kudo or fido. I eventually went upto the desk and asked if I could look through their folder of plans. That's when I discovered they they were trying to up sell me. I was polite and patient the entire time. I was visibly frustrated though. I eneded up walking out saying that I'll come back another day. Of course I will not be coming back. For anything.

Awful experience dealing with Robyn, (supervisor/head cashier or whatever her role is) is setting bad examples for her peers/other staff
Very bad expérience today particularly when I was getting cashed out by Haroon cashier initial HARB
The staff at this BestBuy probably never got trained how to professionally serve customers.
Very poor service means they don't value my business.
I got treated as if I am an incovenience there!
Haroon gave such attitude, very disrespectful.even after purchasing over one thousand worth of merchandises with Best Buy today and over $4,000 from last year!

Recently built my first ever gaming tower, was having issues with the software for the motherboard. After few hours trying to solve it my self and being on the phone with tech support I decided bring the tower to geek squad. Arik was able to not only fix the problem but went a step further to download windows for me and explain all the possible things that could have went wrong with the computer. Amazing customer service definitely gonna come back!

Excellent service, you walk in the door and someone greets you and asks if they can help. They then direct you to the area and makes certain someone is there to help you get whatever you need. Had to return 1 thing we purchased a few days before and it was very easy to do. They had us comfortable at the door.

Worst customer service ever.would not recommend this store, used curb-side pick up option and was refused product because my wife ordered it, my name was listed as person picking up item but they refused to give it to me stating my wife had to pick it up. Waste of time!

Wow.update. 45 minutes later, my wife went to pick up our item and the same guy refused to give it to her stating that my name was on it so I had to pick it up. Ridiculous. I would avoid shopping here.

Worst online ordering and curbside pickup process. Ridiculous at best. Never had so many issues with trying to purchase something from a store.ever.staff was rude and no help. A wireless interact machine, like every other store would be a great idea.

Went to the Woodbridge location. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went to Orangeville! Every employee I spoke to was efficient, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you Orangeville Best Buy for an awesome job.

I was at Best Buy Orangeville, and was assisted by a gentlemen named Justin, he was excellent, was a great help, he was informative he new the products, had answers at a snap, and because of him we bought a new Samsung 50 inch TV

Highly recommend him, go see him, huge help. Amd for me, I never post a review, this experience made it all worth while

Terrible service! They would not let my 89-year-old Father upgrade his broken phone because his passport was expired. He no longer drives, so his Passport and his health card are his only ID. He now has no phone. He lives in a rural community and getting a ride into Orangeville was hard enough. They could clearly see it was him on the passport, they could also see that he is turning 90 YEARS old. This is unacceptable service during a pandemic, and to add this stress to a senior! They should be ashamed of themselves!

Not once have I got assistant from store employees without waiting for half hour plus. Although you can see and her multi kids standing in back room. I keep going back for the product, not the unhelpful, unfriendly staff.

Staff can be annoying always asking if they can help. You don’t have to follow your customers around like a lost puppy. They are friendly and helpful when needed. Good amount of product here, just super expensive.

The staff is amazing, the reason I took away the star away is cause.their geek squad is completely a ripp off, dont buy into it. They charge you monthly fee and then they ask you for deductible of $200 to fix your cell phone. So make thier money afew times over. I replaced my cell screen for under $200 and didnt have to send my cell away for two weeks. It was done in under 2 hours while I waited.

Great small town shop!
Amazing customer service here. Lots of parking. Its not a busy location at all. Not as big as some of the other best buy locations in Brampton or Toronto but still a nice selection of everything.

We had the pleasure of purchasing a new Laptop with an associate named Mike M last week. We found him very pleasant and knowledgeable. He listened to our questions (we're not that tech savy) with patience and then explained it so we could understand. We found it refreshing because Customer Service is suffering these days. We actually found many of your employees quite friendly and offered their help. Keep up good work Best Buys!

I came here awhile ago to get a computer for my sister. Although I didn't end up getting it, the customer service was great. The clerk, I think Milan, was the best by far. He is kind, helpful, and really good with people. Would come back again.

Usual big-box store lots of stuff I had a specific item in mind. I wanted and the webpage said they had it their inventory Page said they had six It just took the associate 10 minutes to find one. As always with these places I was struck with how many associates there were and how they all seemed so busy. It took me 10 mins to find one to talk to and then 10 mins for them too find me a USB flash drive really?

I found the staff were very helpful and there were quite a few of them around, so it wasn't hard to find someone to answer my questions. I went in for a couple items which were all on sale, which was a bonus:)

I have been going to this Best Buy since it opened, and, The Future Shop, before that. IMHO, I did like, The Future Shop, better though.

Compared to other Best Buy's, this is a relatively small location.

They have basic, computer parts and computer systems, the usual suspects of consoles and games, TV's, stereo equipment, a good smart home selection, a small appliances section, a small, mobile phones and accessories section, plus a small, movie area, mostly new releases.

Over the years, I have bought a few TV's, stereo equipment, headsets, movies, console games, lots of smart home items, and my last few mobile phones. I will try and avoid buying computer related items unless I absolutely need it, as I would prefer to buy from a dedicated computer store.

I find most of there items are reasonably priced and have never really had any complaints, besides stocking issues. The staff is always very friendly and returns have never been a problem.

It's no Future Shop. Staff doesn't greet you in any section unless you greet them, they don't help you do anything just give you 1800 numbers to call, the other customers in the store were rude, entitled, and in typical Orangeville fashion would not stop staring.

This store gets 5 stars from me. They matched amazon.ca on a microSD card I wanted, slashing 35% off their shelf price. I was impressed. Its clean, well laid out and their stock is extensive. I used to be annoyed by the constant "can I help you"s but after the above I don't mind it so much any more. Used to be that other tech store with the red color flash. Can't even remember its name any more.

I usually only have good thinks to say, but all good things come to an end.
We purchased an Insignia fridge (bestbuy brand) and I was not working within 5 months. It was a very disorganized mess of trying to get the faulty fridge picked up and traded in under warranty for a different one.
We then upgraded to a Frigidaire (paid more) and had that for 33 days, from delivery, when it was also not working by the morning.
So here is the problem when dealing with bestbuy. You only get warranty for 30 days on major appliance purchases from the date of purchase. This is not from the delivery day when you actually get the appliance.
After the 30 days you have to deal with the manufacturer.
Only because I complained bitterly about this being my second fridge problem in 6 months that that honored me the few extra days on the 30 day warranty.
The manager at the time was Robyn. She was of no help and did not have any conpasion for any of my problems or time wasted buy this string of issues.
Bottom line is customer service is out the door and nobody cares.
Go buy off kijiji since it is alot cheaper and will still work longer than anything you get here.

Best place to get any service or any product. Staff is very friendly. Associate at phone counter name Chris was very helpful and provide answers to all the enquires. I drove to Orangeville from Brampton to get new phone. It's worth driving to this store if you are looking to get some real help. Thanks Chris.

Best Buy Orangeville customer service exceeds expectations. Emily sold our 10yr old daughter her first laptop on her new bank card. She was friendly a day personal giving her a high five congratulating her. Then the laptop turned out to have a defect. This is where Mike came in to save the day. He gladly had it checked and approved to be defective by the Geek Squad tech and MOD Adam. The team worked quickly to replace it and had one shipped within days. Mikes level of customer service should be the standard others should strive to achieve. Thank you for a positive experience!
