The employees at this location are very friendly, and eager to help.
I was looking for something specific and was having trouble finding it and deciding which brand to go with, and one of the employees went above and beyond to help me and made my shopping experience amazing!

Good sale price on 4TB HDD. Had it in stock. Permitted online purchase and store pickup (i.e. Guarantee in stock before you drive to the store). Good pickup process though placing "order pickup" at the very back of the store is less than optimal for those of us who have mobility issues (walk with a cane).

Beautiful store but some of the worst employees I have ever dealt with. I have plenty of patience but they can't help with pre-orders, they don't know how to use the computers and they can't even answer basic questions. Because of their incompetence I could not obtain the gift card that came with a pre-order.

This is on top of the fact that Best Buy now bans "white" applicants from even applying. Straight up racism from this company and I won't support it.

Useless service from managers and staff. Even the call centre is useless. Why anyone would shop at this store for electronics is beyond me. Much easier, cheaper and better service from the big box store known for selling toilet paper. Since they are beside each other, I decided to give BestBuy chance and they failed miserably. I said "would you rather me go next door" for my purchase? Obviously that's were i ended up going

Horrible customer service. I truly felt that the employees were going out of their way to ignore me. Finally after asking one associate for some help in the camera dept, he mumbled something into his microphone. I waited another five minutes before I left without getting any help. Too bad for Best Buy Burlington because I brought my business elsewhere and made a significant purchase.

We went to the store looking for a Television and Erick gave us a very smooth experience in finding a good one. He explained patiently about all the queries we had and the features of different TV models. Thank you for the amazing customer friendly service.

Went here to buy a laptop, a monitor and a bunch of accessories. Not the best customer service. Most of the staff was just standing around chatting and didn’t offer to help. When we found someone to help us he only acknowledged my boyfriend, despite the fact that I told him that I was the one purchasing these items for work. Not a good experience overall.

After speaking with bose customer service and best buy costumer service it was nice to have some in-store help!

Went in first thing this morning, headed over to customer service when a nice man by the name of Andrew said "I can help you over here! ". I was in to replace a pair of headphones that stopped charging and Andrew was very helpful. He really knew his stuff and his customer service was on point!

Horrible customer service. I purchased a laptop and cell phone from other location 2 days ago where they offered to transfer everything from my old phone onto the new phone at no charge. I didn't have the time and came to the Burlington location to have the exact same thing done which I was told I could do at any Best Buy and now it's $40. I just finished spending $1500 and now your trying to squeeze every last dime out of me. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING OR RECOMMEND BEST BUY TO ANYONE!

My pickup order was cancelled today citing possible security issue because i used paypal, one of the most secure ways to pay. I waited two days and bestbuy made no attempts to contact me even though my phone number was included.
The security problem arose from bestbuy app itself. I wanted to pay for my order and when I used paypal and was redirected back to bestbuy app, there was a blank screen and nothing would happen. So finally I used my desktop computer to proceed with the transaction and it worked.
There is no respect for customers here. I know I am not coming here again. Just placed my order on Microsoft website and got a free shipping.

I ordered online through the app and it was done as little as 1 hour like they advertised. Waiting was quick and easy, told the person to put it in my trunk and that’s it. I got myself a Sony speaker which was good enough for my small size room. App is friendly user. They send notifications with any progress on an order.

These five stars is based on the app, the process and how quick it was to be brought out to me. However, I’m not sure how is the culture inside of the store, may differ.

Literally cannot get through to a human being when you call, you have to listen to a robot for 20 minutes giving you information you don't care about, until finally you get transfered to a call center in India. The rep there said you literally cannot get through to anybody at the store anymore, only their call center. My time is valuable and I won't be giving my business to best buy anymore until they change it back to individual store numbers. Very disappointed with this change.

I bought a Tablet and a keyboard to go with it for my wife from this location, I was pleasantly surprised to receive the tablet the next day but without the keyboard, the market place supplier shipped it two days later apparently with "snail mail". Finally 14 days after the purchase and 2 delivery promises the keyboard has arrived.
The moral of the story, buy Best Buy products but stay away from their market place.

Absolute worst service ever. I ordered an iPad this morning for curbside pick up. $1500 purchase to pick up in Burlington Ontario. Automated system confirmed order. A few hours later system tells me it's ready to pick up at Bay & Dundas downtown Toronto. Customer service tells me there is nothing they can do to reassign to correct store and after 3 days my account will credit the amount so I can place another order. I simply wanted the item redirected internally to the correct store. Burlington location automated system says to call cx service. Don't buy from them unless you want hassles. Was first and last online purchase.

I went here to look at the new Samsung S21 Ultra, as it is a $2000 dollar phone, I wanted to spend some time looking through the features on the phone to see if it was worth the money. Then 3 employees came over to tell me that I shouldn’t be “camping out” with the phone as other customers might want to look at it (which is ironic considering they place a stool in that area so you can do exactly that). The only issue is that there was not a soul around the mobile phone area. They insisted I leave the area and didn’t even bother asking if I had questions about the product or even try to sell it to me for that matter. These associates need customer service training, I’ll buy the phone somewhere else.

Came here to buy a new laptop as my old Acer had finally kicked the bucket. One of the employees was extremely helpful with helping me find a good laptop for university, all while staying within my price range. Great experience!

Service is really nice but lot of times it shows online that they have it in store and they actually don’t, for which I don’t know if it’s fault of website or of store but must be corrected or else sales guys were really polite and helpful.

Such a bad service. I had placed an order on 27th December and still waiting for at least the delivery status. It was a gift for my husband and they ruined everything. Never going to order online from best buy.

Visited on Dec 30th to make some returns and exchanges. Customer service was excellent despite them being super busy with a long line at the customer service counter.
The young woman helping us (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) helped us with a smile and a great attitude. Definitely made shopping right after the holidays an easier experience.

You cannot reach the store by their phone number I called 20 times before I got an associate trying to cancel an order I did online. They blame Canada Post they sent it by horse and buggy from out West I physically went to the store and purchased it because I would not get it for Christmas I cannot cancel the original order I called and complained to a manager no one calls you back I called twice again and finally over 3 hours on hold I got a manager I was told there's nothing that they can do when you receive the item please return it back to the store go out of your way and waste more of your time and gas.this is the worst company in the world to deal with it's not Best Buy it's worst Buy.

In and out in under 20 minutes to purchase a game sold out everywhere else ON CHRISTMAS EVE! It was also on sale for over 30.00 less than anywhere else. Great service and staff.

In the middle of a aggravating conversation the thing that got me the most was that the lady told me that there is no technology in existence that can tap into my TV and troubleshoot remotely. I called samsung and what do you know, the guy hacked into my TV from across the globe.she was tech support too.wow.

I dropped off my old computer to transfer the data to my new one. After being told I had to wait in line (even though I had the set up form and told him I'm just dropping it off, not picking anything up or paying for it), I waited for 35 minutes. When I got to the front, I was told that I shouldn't have waited in line and I could have just dropped it off. Thanks. Fast forward 2 days and I pick up my computer with no data transferred. I realize this when I get home. Can I call the store and have someone answer? NO! So I try the online geek squad and they tell me there is nothing they can do except charge me for someone to come out.
Bring on Amazon - customer service like this is why I'm done with Best Buy

It is not appropriate to offer phone reservation services but no one cares to pick up the phone. In high sales seasons, more staff should be provided to answer telephones and not to keep prospective customers frustrated.
Same thing applies on online reservations. They do not reply within the time frame stated online, and sometimes do not even reply. There should be some better follow up from higher management.

Attended the Best buy in Stoney Creek and created by amazing staff. One item was unavailable BUT we could pick up in Burlington as it was "put aside" for us.

Got to burlington and the shotty customer service rep at Order Pick up had ZERO intrest in assisting us.and told us to re attend the camera area and WAIT for some one to help us.

Needless to say we purchased elsewhere and are on route to return the stuff we already purchased. I lieu of buying from a company that shows some intrest!
