I ordered the phone online because my phone’s display broke. On the website it says takes about a day to deliver I’ve been waiting for my phone since last 3 days I haven’t received it yet I called the customer service 3 times they said it’s been shipped when I Check tracking it doesn’t have any updates. Never ever wanna order anything from them again.

We came into the store about a lost shipment. The managers promised to call us the next morning with an update. Two days later, still nothing. Before I left, I asked for their phone number in case no one calls me. The response I got was that they don’t pick up.

My partner and I purchased a set of appliances from this location a few weeks ago and were assisted by Martin, who is the best guy you can ask for in that department. Having never bought major appliances before, I was worried about purchasing our fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Martin took his time to walk us through everything we asked for into detail and made sure we got the best package for the best price. He is so polite and isn’t trying to just sell you appliances, he is genuinely trying to help you and fulfill your needs. Thank you, Martin!

Customer service and support center is very bad, they took me 6 weeks for one answer is still need to wait 2 or 3 weeks to receive my monitor. I hope all customers should think about quality of product in Best Buy before paying money. Quality is bad.

The entire experience of ordering online to collecting the product via curbside pickup was flawless and efficient. After ordering online, my order was ready within 20 minutes for pickup. The wait time for getting the product in hand after arriving at the store and checking in was roughly 5 minutes. It was impressively quick. I will definitely use this service again when needed.

I’ve spent thousands at this location and as I’m leaving with my items from geek squad the lady watching the front door has the AUDACITY to stop me and charge me for the 35 cent bag and wait an additional 5 minutes. That 35 cents really that important people? ! Won’t be coming back now.

Bought a chrome book for my son here two weeks ago. We went on a Saturday. Dineash was super helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions, was patient with my son, and was easy to find any time we needed him. He helped us pick the right chrome book. We've been happy so far.

I tried to buy Chromebook just before 7pm. I selected the model and tried to find someone to help me. As they were closing, they bounced me from one employee to another, until one of them told me that it is 7: 04 and they are not serving customers anymore. I went to Staples and bought a Chromebook. I guess they are doing very well when they don't want my money.

Worst customer service. Went today to buy an iphone 13 pro but they couldnt provide anything after saying on the phone call that its available and moreover they blocked my account too now i cant even buy a phone for 6 months. Just wow. Really unexperienced employees. Could have given 0 star if they allow.

11-7? What are you, a bank or a store? Showed up at 7: 08 on a weeknight to find you're closed, I thought, "that's annoying and ridiculous, but maybe I can come back in the morning before work? " Nope, you don't open until 11. Crazy short opening hours, can't go until my next day off because my work days are longer than they stay open.

Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called 3 different numbers for the same location and all the automated messages say is so check out the website and it hangs up the call on you. Very unprofessional and a weird way to help your customers. I want to talk to a real person I don't want to use your website. Why does this place not accept phone calls? Kinda weird. I wont visit this place ever now because the service is so bad.

This place needs to really figure out who they hire. The staff are very unprofessional and racist. There was an “Indian” guy named Harry who has a really bad attitude. He was losing his temper, swearing, and throwing objects like pens. He even tried to step to me but he backed away when I stepped back to him. On top of all this he is working in the customer service department. All of this was because he read the receipt wrong and he said I couldn’t return a warranty. After showing him that he was wrong he had no choice but to accept the return but he wasn’t happy about. This is terrible behaviour and very unprofessional. He even tried to lie to me that I need to keep the warranty anyway because all laptops fail after 1 year. This is a blatant lie and a shrewd sales tactic. I hope some action will be taken by Best Buy.

So I just came out of the store. I and my fiancé went to this place to buy a T. V. We needed some assistance to ask about features and all. There is this girl who told us to wait for sometime. She said that somebody will come to help. Nobody showed up for half an hour. We tried to talk to them, but they were extremely rude. They said that they are working on something and the store is closed. But we were waiting for half an hour. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. 0 stars for you guys. How can you TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMER LIKE THAT! They made us feel like we don’t exist or they did not see us. YOU GUYS should KNOW how to deal with customers, if you have less employees, that’s not our problem. Please, next time, if you don’t have enough to attend customers, then tell the customer to leave rather than making them wait for hours and not attending them! Worst experience!

I purchased a Samsung tv from this location with extended warranty. An issue occurred with the tv, so a technician came out to fix it. Worked fine for a couple months.

Unfortunately, the tv experienced other issues, but the technician couldn’t fix it. So we went to the store to get an exchange. At the store employees mentioned they did not have our model in stock.

We asked if they would replace it with a similar model, but they told us we would have to pay the difference. Hmm, the tv is under warranty and it’s irreparable so it should be replaced without cost.

Yet, I had to pay out of pocket for a new tv. So much for extended warranty. The manager was rude dealing with the situation. Don’t get the extended warranty, it’s not worth it. Also look at other stores for tv before considering a tv from here. I would not recommend a tv from this location because of the staff.

Never felt such a waste of time in a shop, no one helped me, they actually avoided me entirely, then took 30 mins to get my thing from somewhere, box came pre-opened, would let me check it for Newness, then after all that told me "cash only" hahaha.never going back.

In all honesty it should be half a star. Sales associates are rude, and their no animal policy is the worse. I have an emotional support dog, and they wouldn’t let him in. I’ve been to other best buys, and they’ve never had a problem. I would not recommend this location at all. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION

Unfortunately I have purchased an I phone from Best buy. I lost the receipt. Went there yesterday "Aug3rd 2021 around 6: 30 to retrieve it. I Had the worst experience from that ignorant rude and full of attitude sales manager, who was cutting me off, and who did not want to help, since his cashiers are busy.

I even asked him, "would you get me a print out of my lost receipt if i come in a time where "your cashiers are not busy" his reply was probably.since we are not responsible for your lost receipt! What a mean person, he wants me to go there again without a definite answer!

They are so nice until they take your money.but once you need any help from them, you will show you their real ugly treatment.

The ignorant guy does not want to help me since his cashiers are busy! What an excuse.

When you want to purchase any brand name, Please buy it from the original store, not from best buy North Queen location.you will have a horrible experience with a staff that are nothing but Ignorant.

You need to have inventory if you are going to be a brick and mortar store having a bunch of air conditioners in the middle of walk ways is not inventory. Having to wait a week or two to get something defeats the purpose of have a store front. Best buy marketing to better your failing

Staff is kinda rude, I used my status card at this location and the cashier gave me attitude and said "This is Canada, this is Ontario, taxes are high here". Like thanks, I was born and raised in Ontario, I pay taxes on everything, except sales tax I will pay HST only. I just couldn't believe the audacity of the Best Buy staff member trying to explain to me how taxes work.kinda awkward for me. Won't bother with Best Buy anymore.

Customer Service is REALLY bad. The guys that work here clearly don't like people in general and were just frustrated and mad about having to do their job which is understandable but also maybe don't do a job you don't want to do? It's really not that hard to be decent to people.
Would not recommend this Best Buy to ANYONE for ANYTHING.

Wild goose chase. I ordered a pre-release laptop 2 weeks ago and was supposed to receive it today. I have my order cancelled with no email informing me. This laptop has specific components that are sold out everywhere. I was expecting to receive my product as described on the due date. Very disappointed and will never be a customer again. Was not so much as properly compensated either. Fulfill your damn orders if you're a damn business. Ill take my goose hunt else where.

Wow, completely useless tech support, rude staff who ignore you, and a feeling of you need them more than they need you. Their Geek Squad knows less than, well most of my friends. Not helpful, and once you buy a product from them, wash their hands of everything, you are completely on your own.
I would avoid Best Buy in general, but especially this location. They are useless.

As busy as this place gets at times, it still offers a lot. We always receive a top notch service here, staff is always on hand, products are the latest in trends and design and parking is always free and readily available, even during a Xmass madness shopping fevers. Go visit!

Bought a set of headphones on black friday weekend. Went home, notice that they left the security device on it that actually prevents you from opening the package. No big deal, they were busy, decide to return them anyway. Go in and explain to supervisor that the forgot to take the security device off when I was returning. He takes off the security device looks at me and says "Looks like the headphones may have been opened and may be unreturnable" despite the fact that is was impossible for me to actually open them. 1/10 wud not go again. Next location that is always clean. The employees are helpful and friendly and will answer any question you have. I needed advice on a Bluetooth speaker and I found at the employee was very knowledgeable and helped me make a good decision.

Below are some reasons for my 1 star rating:

1) It's Bestbuy's policy to respond to your online reservation request within 20 mins, but this store clearly doesn't care about this policy and would actually sell your product to other customers a few hours AFTER your reservation. When I arrived, I was told by their pickup/reservation department that they haven't gotten time to look at my order because they were swamped with many orders.

2) They absolutely do not feel sorry about what I have experienced. One of the store managers even blamed me for not waiting for a separate email confirmation. It is their operational mismanagement for not responding within 20 mins and has nothing to do with their customers. They would only round up some people to verbally bully you instead of trying to make it right for you.

This store should probably rename itself from Bestbuy to Worstbuy. This has been my worst experience buying a TV. I ended up buying my $1700 TV from Amazon because they sell it at a slightly lower price, includes free delivery and offers significantly better customer service.

Great return policy. Brought back an Xbox controller after opening the box and no hassle bringing it back. The EB games in the same mall has a strict policy about not returning open items. I can't imagine why it matters on a controller. Also brought back a laptop after opening the box. No problem with that either. I actually ended up getting another one there that was more expensive but they didn't know that would happen when I returned it. It's a big store and they have a good selection of items.

Worst Best Buy I’ve ever been. Did a reservation online but never received a confirmation email from them. Went to the store and just tried to look for the items I wanna get. Found the section I’m looking for but no sales associates in the area. Went to the next section, which is the computer section and found a couple of sales associates. Found one that’s not assisting anyone and I asked if I can get some help as I am not familiar with the product I’m buying (it’s a gift). Then he just pointed where the item is and told me that there will be someone who will be there to help me. I told him that no one’s there but he insisted that there will be someone. Been waiting for like 30min and no one offered any help. Ended up making a reservation to another Best Buy and got an email confirmation right away.

Terrible service. Save your time and order from Amazon.ca. I went to a few BestBuys and waited in lots of lines to find out BestBuy wouldn't sell me a product outright. The manager (Pempa) was "saving them for customers buying with service plans attached, " a second rep told me, after the first rep disappeared. Would not have been a big deal, if they had advertised that along with the product.

The Hamilton Best Buy sold me the wrong TV? I paid $600 for a 50” Roku Sharp and they gave me a discontinued open-box model that they don’t even carry anymore. I didn’t notice until I got home in TO, when I went to turn it on the display wouldn’t turn on so now I have a broken TV from Hamilton. I went to a TO Best Buy to swap it and they informed me the model number on my receipt does not match the box I was given, that the TV I physically have is old and I shouldn’t have been given it, that there must have been a mix up and I’ll have to bring it back to the Hamilton Best Buy and ask them to look up video footage to confirm I was given the wrong TV. I don’t have a car so this is absolutely ridiculous, I even paid the extra $100+ for Best Buy protection which I was told covered me for anything wrong with the television and Beat Buy would pick it up from my residence, apparently this only takes affect after 60 days from purchase? And no one would pick up the phone when I tried calling 3 different locations, apparently they turn off their phones following Boxing Day? Which is again ridiculous, I’m absolutely sickened by them and will never buy anything from Best Buy again after this experience.

Worst service ever! I checked b4 I when to the store, for a product I was going to purchase. Upon entering I was told they keep it behind the counter. There I was told the o/l count of 26 was wrong & they only had one left. I said great I'll take only to be waiting for over 25 mins while the customer service rep check the back & helped several other customers on the way back to me.only to be told "geeezzz sorry we can't find it to sell it to you. "

I know its Boxing Week but still no excuse to not know where product is. Asked 2 different associates if they had Samsung watch. Both said out of stock. I found 4 on the shelf where they belong. Long lines but very friendly cashier and very patient. She gets the 2 stars. Please put them back on commissions then they might try.

Horrible customer service by Cyra.

I’m trying to make a return of an unopened item and she treated me with much disrespect and rudeness.

I was so nice to her and gave her my receipts. She scanned the receipt and told me that its the wrong receipt and she can’t process my return.i looked at it twice and i was sure that it was the correct one and nicely told her to look at it again but she is insisting that it was NOT the right one.few moments after, then she finally realized that it is the right receipt and processed my return.while she’s doing it, shehas this mean look at her face (is it my fault that she cant find the item on the receipt).

It just went south from that moment. When I asked her to process my second return, she didn’t say anything to me, no instructions, she didn’t even looked at me (it’s like a game of guess the next step of your return process).
Good that i worked on retail and had experience doing returns so i’m familiar with the next steps.

Anyhow, she finished the return and printed my receipt. What happened next is very interesting; she left my receipts on the table and just left me there, like trash. No words, no instructions (didn’t know that we’re done the process). She didn’t even looked at me. Like I wasted her time doing a return and she did me a favour? Wow, didn’t know it’s a big deal to do a return to treat me with such disrespect.

I could have just picked up the reciepts and just walk away like the usual day but I’m so tired of rude and lack of customer service training from the bestbuy cashiers and representatives.this is the second time i have had experience this rude behaviours from this best buy location and it’s getting to my nerves now. I’m wondering if this is due to my ethnicity or it’s just lack of customer service training from the best buy reps.

So I spoke to her manager after the incident (kept my cool). I told the general manager of the store - “john” dec 23 @ 6: 45-7: 10PM the rude treatment that i’ve experience with their rep and he said “they will take my feedback and try to make my next experience better” - we’ll see on my next visit if things are better.the manager was phoney and saying sorry.took his apology anyways. He told me they are very busy (which is not as bad based on other holday hours - ive seen worst which is definitely not an excuse for such a horrible behaviour).
I told him that if their rep doesn’t have 3 seconds to pickup my receipts hand it off to me and say “anything” then maybe they need some training.

Bought a television on sale here after researching it online. In the store we were not greeted by any sales staff in the store during our 20 minutes walking around the electronics selection. We did have a few more questions regarding the television but the sales staff were talking amongst themselves, bought it anyway. Cashier was friendly. Easy to find products, store was overall well laid out. Lots of stock for the sales items as well. Overall we love our tv and would stop here again in the future.

I was sent to this bestbuy from another one told that the manager there was great and he would help me with headphone selections. Manager was rude and pretended he was busy to ignore me, I guess when you're selling TVs you don't care about headphones. Absolutely unacceptable level of customer service made worse by the shortage of floor staff and the ridiculous shortage of cashier staff. There were six cash registers open and two closed despite a 15 minute + lineup.

I came to this store on November 10th at 19.50 to buy a television. Inside, an best buy attendant told me to wait for 1 minute. I waited 15 minutes. Another official asked me why I was waiting. I told him I wanted to get information about the TV. This attendant pointed out 4-5 best buy attendant standing next to the exit door and told me to wait. These 4-5 people laughed, said I had to wait. This is a complete disgrace.
