Even one star is high! Worst Best Buy ever seen. Very irresponsible and disrespectful. Every time I purchased something there like a laptop or airpods, there was a problem with them and when I went back there for fixing the issue or ask for a refund, the only answer was we are sorry and no result!

I purchased a cell phone online and went to the store to pick it up today. While in the store, I wanted to check out the options such as screen protectors and cases. While browsing, Peter came over and offered to help. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products and his salesmanship. He was kind and patient while showing the different options. Five stars Peter. I wish I was always so fortunate to be assisted by someone so knowledgeable who is willing to take the time to explain the various options. Thank you Peter and thank you Best Buy Guelph.

Okay I have no qualms with this actual Best Buy, but I just tried calling to ask a store-specific question. There is a 1 Minute 20 Seconds pre-recording. And at the end of it it says I can repeat the message or hang up. I can't actually talk to a real person at my local store! What the heck? That makes me feel like those in charge of Best Buy have Zero interest in their customers as human beings. It gave me a gross feeling.

Was at this store the other day and some neglectful associate named Andrew directed me to the wrong line up! I needed to make a return but I was (intentionally) sent to a purchase line instead. What a pathetic way to try to scam me out of my money Best Buy! Won’t be shopping here again!

Custumor service is horrible here theres employees sitting by talking to eachpther at the doors while the returns line is huge

Best Buy Guelph went the extra mile. I arrived at the store at 10: 38 and was instructed that they didn't open till 11 AM. I explained I was from out town and already behind schedule. I new exactly what I wanted. They brought my product to the front door / I paid and off I went. Thanks for all your help.

It's not only best by it's name cuz it's best with all departments best customer service and best price guarantee that's why it's called BEST BUY.

Had an amazing experience with a worker named Jordan. He went above and beyond to help me, which was awesome, especially during this weird and hard time.

Losing stars.couple years ago i payed extra for geek squad when i purchased my computer.it was stated that I get a cleaning/dusting and that any hardware prolems would be fixed for free.today i took the computer in after having some monitor problems and i was told not only am i not eligible for a cleaning.but if the monitor is the problem then there is nothing they can do.that is absolute BS. I bought the computer and monitor as a package with geek squad protection my monitor should most definatly be replaced if it is the problem. Not to mention the horrible wait time trying to reach somebody.your company has stooped very low. I will be puchasing my electronics other places from now on.

Worst customer service experience imaginable! To try and make a long story short, we purchased a computer and $400 extended warranty. Nearing the end of the policy the computer fails and we take it in for service. The technicians repaired, and returned the laptop without successfully repairing it. We sent it back in and got it back still unrepaired, all this taking close to 4 months and many many headaches. The icing on the cake, we returned to the store again and the store manager Andrew S.looked us in the face and told us to fix the computer ourselves. Inconceivable! Needless to say I will never spend another dime at this location.

Wandering around headphones section for 20 mins, not a single employee care. Come to buy a high-end headphone yet they seem don't want to make a sale.

I do like this Best Buy, but it rarely carries what I need. They should carry more when it comes to computer parts/hardware and also specialized cables and adapters.

Arrived five minutes before closing to pick up a reserved item. I was glad to see that customer entry was limited for the pandemic, and the staff member at the door was wearing a cloth mask.

I was ushered in and asked to wait in line, social distancing style. Even though the name on the reservation wasn't mine, I was still able to pick it up, pay, and go, in under five minutes.

Good stuff, Best Buy.

Nice Best Buy location. I had reserved an item as they were sold out at my local store. I had to wait about 10 minutes in line (social distancing), then walked in, they had my item waiting, I paid, and was on my way. I can't really give a full review of the store at this time, I did not browse the store or really interact with a lot of staff. Having said that, they had what I wanted, they were quick getting me in and out again, so I was satisfied with my visit.

This Best Buy is awesome, the staff are super friendly, smart, helpful and know what they’re doing. Always a reliable go-to spot for electronics and hardware. Wonderful place 10/10

Staff very confused on protocols in place for Covid. I ordered something online and went to pick it up but had to wait in the general customer line. Doesnt it make sense to fast track people who are there for pick up?

The WORST shopping experience. Wanted to buy 3 major appliances. Employee knew which ones. Went to her computer and started clicking. 1/2 an hour later I asked if it would be much longer and she had forgotten we were buying them. Nothing in stock. Complete waste of time. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Often understaffed and they avoid you if it looks like you have a question. Bought a subwoofer here, but they don't stock the cable to connect it.

Thank you to Peter and Harold from Geek Squad! They helped me figure out my Fitbit and the specific settings, stayed with me to wait for it to fully start up, and explained everything in a polite, professional manner! Very helpful as I can not be the best at technology!

Almost always had a great experience here. When it wasn't a great experience, the manager and his staff made it right. I always go to best buy first for any major electronic purchase I'm making.

Good sale.horrible customer service! Customer service at Guelph store was so bad today! Two employees were dealing with a pair of young men and it was apparent that one employee knew them, since they hugged. Meanwhile, I stood waiting for help for 15 mins. I then went to the customer service desk and asked if someone could help, but was told everyone was with customers. Seriously? I just wanted someone to grab me a laptop. I went to the parking lot, ordered for pick up in store and got an email to pick up inside of ten minutes. Ridiculous!

I bought a TV wall mount from Best Buy and the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile and the store was immaculately clean for how much snow and salt was on the ground.

When I was browsing for a wall mount, I was approached by a staff member who asked if I needed help, which was nice, but what made it even better was that afterwards, I wasn't approached by numerous other staff asking the same question. The checkout was quick and cordial and the TV wall mount was installed in under two hours and works great.

They had nothing I was looking for even though the website said they had stock on my item and I wasted half an hour driving there. Five stars.

Tried to return an item I bought for Christmas and it was never disclosed to me that it wasn't returnable, now I have a game that I paid $100 for and it's uesless. Also the employee refused to let me speak with a manager about this issue and just asked for the next person in line

Useless staff not helpful at all. Walked away while attempting assist and never returned. Tried 3 other people to help us.one lady looked right at us and ignored our request for help and kept walking. Very unprofessional.

OK, this store has everything you’ll ever need when it comes to electronics. The staff are friendly knowledgable and we’re happy to help whenever I visited. Thank you Best Buy, and love the online service as well. Lots of parking, and great location to fill any of your shopping needs.

I bought an expensive Computer here and they lied about the graphics card it had GeForce GTX 960 when it was supposed to haveGeForce GTX 1060, they didn't care, Also not the best service, they don't really know what their talking about if you look the product before hand and go in and ask some questions about any product their practically pulling it out of their behind.took me a while to get a hold of someone as well its like their all in the staff room sleeping.
