Went to this location to pick up an item. They had no stock. The employee I spoke to sent me to Stoneycreek, saying they had stock. Called to reserve the item and was told by the help on the phone there was stock but I had to order it from the website if I wanted them to have it ready for me. I wasn’t far, so I said that was ok. Arrived at the Stoneycreek location to be told they had no stock. Wasted my time, and gas to get out there. It doesn’t affect the emoyees or stores when customers drive around to find items when they’re told there’s be some. Need better stock management on their end.

Will be ordering from Amazon.

I brought my very senior mom in to pick up a flip phone. The associate was amazing extremely patient and made my mom feel welcome and not a burden. I wish I could remember his name. By the time we left the store, we were all set up.

I went in looking at prices for a desktop computer but none of the sales staff addressed me nor another gentleman looking at laptops. So I left to go shop elsewhere.

Rude boiler room call centre, obviously based somewhere that doesn't train them to speak english or have any working knowledge of anything useful in electronics or media. Rude, unhelpful and ignorant.

Do not get best buy membership. They do not help and it is impossible to get it cancelled before it renews for triple the original amount. The warranties cancel when the membership does. The customer service line is the most frustrating thing, for a company that sells electronics, it is atrocious or on purpose.

Nice place, amazing products, and an outstanding staff team like RON.
We went there last Friday and RON was really helpful to clarify our doubts about different products.
We bought two more urgent items and we should return in the future.

In the mobile section, there were various Labor Day sale deals available. However, some of the representatives were unable to find the best offer for me and struggled to provide clear explanations. I also discovered that I was eligible for several promotions through my current phone apps. When I brought this to their attention, they seemed to misunderstand and made the situation more confusing, which left me feeling frustrated.
Following this, I decided to visit Best Buy at Limebridge Mall and other stores, where the staff took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. As a result, I ended up purchasing my new phones with financing options during the Labor Day sale. This experience led me to believe that either the previous representatives lacked adequate training or were unwilling to provide me with a satisfactory explanation. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory.

The young woman at the print/shipping desk spoke so rudely and impatiently to my teen, who was only there to keep me company. I was shipping things off, my child only passed the envelope to me and the store employee seemed triggered in some strange way. We walked away quietly, but I’m kicking myself for not standing up for my child. There are people who are better suited to work perhaps in a factory or a correctional institution, not in customer service. We will not be going back to this Staples, where we have been loyal customers for 19 years.

WOW talk about excellent customer service. I was in this store yesterday to check out phones. When it comes to phones not really knowledgeable about this topic. My wife and I walked over to the phone section only to be greeted by such a happy friendly face, and her name was Yana. We walked in, not knowing to much, but she took her time and explained all the different options and features. She really was excellent and explained everthing to us so we could understand. We walked out with 2 new phones and all because of this employee who really went above and beyond to make it easy to understand. Thank you Yana for such amazing, friendly customer service

I went into Best Buy 5 minutes before they closed to pick up an espresso machine I’ve been looking at. I was grateful to be greeted by Ron who was so very helpful and kind despite the store about to close. Ron went above and beyond with customer service. Thank you Ron for making it a very enjoyable experience.

Came in to purchase an iPad but forgot the debit (totally on me). Limit on other card wasn't enough, in the past I have been able to show a picture of my card and have the security number to make purchases, and this particular time I was turned away from it.
I was turned away from any further help, and after leaving and telling the story to friends and family I was told I should have been offered purchasing an e gift-card from best buy to make my purchase and offered financing. They said there was no reason to have been turned away.
Seems like the employees do not actually want to help customers purchase their needs, extremely disappointing and as a student who had to commute an hour, this was upsetting to not been offered the services correctly.

Went in for a printer cord, they only had one for $35.
Turned around and walked out and drove 15 minutes away to Canada Computers and got the same cord for $6.

Boggles my mind that a company this large will choose to rip off its customer base and then turn around and ask why their stores aren't bringing in enough money.

Note to head office: shrink your margins and fill your shelves. You are literally pushing people towards your competition and Amazon.

*Kudos to the employee that knew exactly where the cable was. Good customer service can't make up for artificially inflated prices though.

I had a terrible experience with Best Buy. I purchased a laptop from Best Buy and returned it on January 22 due to poor performance. It's been almost three weeks since I returned. I still haven't received my money.

So, I spent another day and went to Best Buy to talk to the manager because I bought it with my credit card. Now my bank has charged me over limit charges on my credit card. When i returned the laptop the customer service rep told me I should get my money back within a week. But it's almost three weeks and

Best Buy currently owes me over $1,000 and I am paying overlimit fees to Scotiabank.

Really Really Dissatisfied with the service. Because, when i went to the store last time, they told me to write my information and contact details. I did that. And i am waiting for them to contact me. I still haven't received any calls or emails from the store.

After you mentioned, i contacted the best buy and i got a call back from the best buy store right now. They are saying everything is fine. How everything is fine, i still haven't received the money yet. I talked with the bank they told me to wait. Because of the best buy told me to use the old card instead of using to new credit card.

I went to this Best Buy and the customer service is incredible.
The Apple Rep, is super knowledgeable and helpful, helped me figure out my iPhone 13.10 star rating. Be awesome if they sold more options of Apple Watch bands though.

Also some other sales reps I talked to about appliances, computer related things and repairs etc. All very friendly and helpful.

100% would recommend going to this store.

The employee named Ron is AMAZING! He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient with the biggest most genuine smile ever!

After he helped my wife and I find very specific speakers, we literally said to each other, "We need to write a review just to highlight Ron! " (We forgot to write the review, but just remembered now!)

So BestBuy manager, if you're reading this, please, consider giving Ron a raise, he deserves it!

Also, speakers work great! They were only $20, and I'd say, you get what you pay for. I didn't need high quality sound, so they work great for what I need! But if you're looking for higher quality sound, you might want to consider more expensive ones!

I just went in to buy a computer monitor for my office at work when I was greeted and helped by Chris, and he was absolutely outstanding with his customer service and knowledge! He was incredibly friendly and helped me to understand which product would best suit my needs, without making the decision for me. The right option for me to buy was clear after discussing with him and I've never had a more pleasant experience purchasing.

Highly recommend this location because of the help I got from Chris, thank you!

Me and my wife went to get her a new phone and plan, she specifically mentioned she needs to be able to hot spot for work and they sold us a plan that blocks hot spotting. And a claim of the sales person may not have known doesn't look good as he said he was the head of the department.

And of course it is impossible to call the store and talk to someone. Just a useless 1866 number.

I like the products at best buy and the sales are pretty good but I find a lot of Best Buy policies bad.for example a lot of products once opened cannot be returned and I’ve had products that I’ve wanted to return or exchange and have been unable to… also I find customer service especially difficult to deal with and they don’t really care about resolving issues or maintaining customers whatsoever even customers making regular and substantial sized purchases. It’s a bit disappointing.for such a big store they should work on their policies and customer service. Thankyou.

Ron helped us find a dash cam. Even in training he helped us and ensured if he couldn’t he asked for help himself.

This review is not specifically for this location but to Best Buy Canada whichever who dealt with our claim. We ordered airpods for delivery to our home and was inconsiderately denied despite all proofs against their “third party courier”. The date stamp of their POD did not match the time of the day they claimed it was
delivered, the picture taken by their “courier driver” did not show absolute proof that the package was dropped off at our front door nor it showed being handed over to someone. And no signature from the “person” they claim were given the package to.

Their “investigation” took almost a month. We were promised everytime we follow-up that they will send us update regarding the trace, but never did. No e-mails were sent, we were always the one chasing them for update. A few days before we decided to call them up for another update, they had blocked us in their virtual online assistance for “inappropriate conduct”. How are we wrong for constant chase on a product we have not received, were charged and billed, and were kept ancipitating until they decided to deny it.
The frustration this has given us is beyond words. We are expected to take the loss on basis that lacks proper corroboration
