The fact that you can't call the store to ask a simple question is ridiculous. Edit: , would be a waste of time, the only phone contact number is the 1866 number. I shouldn't have to stay on hold for 45 minutes and answer multiple questions just so I can ask one 2 minute question myself.

Soooo many employees standing around yet no one ever asks if they can help you. It’s the same every time. I just don’t understand and I really don’t like shopping at this location anymore.

If I could give zero I would. Have been there multiple times. Lots of people standing around and zero service. Went today to see about buying an Asus Rog Ally and had someone walk by twice. I am a manager in retail and can't believe how poor the customer service is at this location (I've had my own staff members mention comment on this as well).

Haven't received tv yet but staff was very helpful a customer friendly
