I went today the boxing day to buy a cellphone, and they refused to sell it without a plan. Why? The lady said that for today, we are not selling. Come tomorrow

My boyfriend and I came here to pick up some film for my Instax camera and we were 1- super impressed by the large selection of films here and 2- the employee at the front check out named Dennis! He was so personable and friendly! Would 100% recommend this location Thank you again Dennis (the xbox controller you showed me is now on my Christmas list)!

I would give this store a negative if i could.
I bought a blink camera on 31st of October and i noticed it was recently listed under the black friday sale.i lost the receipt and i had paid with Apple Pay, hence i went to the store to see if they could pull up the receipt with the card# or the barcode on the box. There were 2 girls named *** and they did not even bother to help. They literally just said no.did not try looking anywhere. I then went to a Markham store and the associate there was superhelpful (even thought i did not buy it from them). He searched it and was able to price match.

We just purchased a couple of Sony TV's from the Best Buy in Aurora. We spoke to Rozhan, a team lead at the store. She was an amazing person to deal with. Spent the time to work with us and work out a great package deal. We want to thank her for being patient with us as these were not small purchases, and working with us to find a great package price that worked. We will ask for her again next time we shop there.

Purchased a fridge from this place and spent about 400 on extended warranty last year. The air damper stopped working beyond repair and was told by customer service to bring it back for an exchange for a new fridge. There is no way for me to bring a fridge back and fourth using my Honda Civic, unless I spend 200 to get someone to deliver it.escalate it everywhere and still no empathy.had I bought it from them they would have no issues delivering it. I would say their warranty is similar to their customer service, useless

I went there yesterday all the way from Barrie to get the new iPhone. Must say they made my experience worth the drive. Such a great service from all the guys. Mori was helping me out, seems he was still fairly new, so the team was really great helping him out and helping me as well. Very happy. Thanks Mori and team.

I was told on the phone i can return an item with receipt only and physical credit card not needed, i went to store only to find out the information was not correct.manager didn't even bother to simply apologize.rude and snobby.

Spent my time and money at this place just to be given the wrong product. At the cash out I specifically asked, “this says grey on the box and I asked for silver”. They responded, “this is the silver one and grey is called something else” —even though it said grey on the box. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking they knew their products more than me I said fine. Came home to open the grey model of course. Now I have to spend my time going back there—and it’s not a short trip. I’m just gonna return the $1000 worth of electronics I bought there yesterday and go to the Newmarket location instead—damn it!

Mike the manager from Geek Squad has the worst customer service. Went in to get something done and he refused to do it. I told him how this isn't unfair because I paid for the service and he didn't even care. I ended up going to Best Buy Newmarket to get it done and they did the service no questions asked. Just ridiculous how I had to go from store to store of the same corporation because of one bad employee.

Best Buy usually doesn't have fair plans and offers to the customers and I give these stars to the kind staff members Rozhan and Morteza for their supportive and professional manners and their remarkable patience with the customers.
