Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Super slow service though, only 3 staff on the entire floor, rest are at customer service, only 1 at checkout.

Not have enough associates to assist people even when the store is not busy. Worst customer service worst experience best buy get better associates.

Do not buy from Best Buy’s website no return or store credits. Bought a Dyson hair wrap after two days went to return or exchange they said no,

Customer service is very bad
Technical information is zero or may be they do not want to waste their time

Just tried buying a sound system. Staff were unhelpful and played really loud and bass heavy music while I was testing systems. I asked them to keep it down but was ignored. After a while I turned off the best buy workers were huddled around that was blaring but as soon as I turned the corner they turned it back up. Left a complaint with the manager and went to another store.

No staff around to assist me, had to carry a 43 inch tv to cash myself, then l had to ask for a carry out. Had to return to the store to get a wall mount, again no staff around, had to search the store for an employee who tried to just point me in the direction l needed to go, l said l need you to show me. Turns out the one l was looking for wasn't on shelf she had to go and get it from the back. Very poor customer service!

The store doesn't have enough employees, I've been waiting 15 minutes to ask a simple question, just ask them to pick up the device I want to buy! I believe that a protected service for the cost of what will be consumed is the minimum!

On December 5,2023 we purchased a Samsung TV, Store Rep Jeffrey was very helpful & informative-knowledgeable.
Highly recommend this store. Just want to give a shut out for Jeffrey. His store Manager Kenny just want to share that Store Rep Jeffrey TV Section was very helpful & knowledgeable person. Thank you.

Salesperson keep hiding and are very rude. Not good, not good at all. Go to Oshawa branch.

Great place to buy your electronics needs. It was a bit of a task to find someone for help, it took 20 min.before I got help.

Very nice service.sales person (Mr Mishra) was so helpful.
Parking was available.

I had an amazing customer service experience at the online pickup section at this Best Buy STC. Everyone behind the counter was attentive and friendly to me and to other customers. There was a mistake with my order and the manager upgraded me to the next model for same price! Exemplary team that worked closing on Dec 23 at the online order pickup section, you you!

What a waste of time, I spent almost 1.5 hours in the line to get pixel 8 with carrier, I was told that they have enough phones but later they denied to give it to me with Virgin and asked me to go with Freedom, since they are promoting freedom and telus. They didn't give me the phone, eventhough they had a stock and asked me to transfer my carrier if i want. Disappointed

No one answers. You cannot chat. Spent all morning. I could not get haul away service for diswasher tried to phone they said the payment must go through. But it will go through only when it is delivered. Asked about installation beforepaying, guy says he knows nothing about it.

We had been here to get new phones. Martin was very helpful. He explained us all the details very well and was knowledgable patient and kind.

Martin and Sanu are useless employees. Customers were not taken care of well, I do not suggest anyone requesting for their assistance. I saw something on sale, requested for it and was sold. However, Martin gave me the wrong product and didn’t compensate for selling me on the wrong product. He brought Sanu to help and they were completely a waste of time. Neither of them were helpful, thanks for wasting my time. I DO NOT SUGGEST PEOPLE COMING HERE
