I wish I can put Zero NO STARs, DON’T trust them with their debit card, their system is stupid ready to steal your money and the team is not professional and not trained to help their customers. We went before the holidays to buy my son the new XBox, I tried to pay with my credit card but their machine didn’t accept it (working credit card and more than enough limit) they have advised to try debit, I tried my debit, the machine said its successfully done, my bank application said the amount successfully deducted. Best buy said sorry we didn’t receive the payment and they took off the Xbox from my som hands and put away from him as if we wanted to steal it, WHAT!
The bank confirmed they deducted the amount, the application says it and shared that with them but their system is not showing. They also refused to cooperate or help in anyway saying its holidays, finance people are not available and come after the holidays I had to buy it again so I won’t let my son be sad. After two weeks of going back and forth and hours of calls they called saying come take your money back, and you know what, their system also didn’t work! And I had to leave and been asked to come back again because they gave the amount in cash just to save until they can make their system work! All of that with no single apology! I hate this place, no respect to customers, seems they think they are the only place! No more Beat buy me and my family members and friend trust me!

Terrible waiting lines at checkout, left waiting while other employees walk right by the long line. Only one employee at checkout handling returns and pickups and she didn’t bother to call other employees for backup. Employees obviously don’t care.

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a dishwasher from BestBuy, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The delivery process, orchestrated by BestBuy in partnership with Metro Supply Chain Group, has left me with a damaged kitchen, endless frustration, and a complete lack of accountability from the company.

From the moment the dishwasher arrived at my doorstep, I sensed trouble. The delivery team, seemingly untrained and careless, managed to inflict significant damage to my kitchen during the installation process. Despite documenting the damages immediately through written complaints, verbal conversations, and a plethora of photographic evidence, my efforts to seek compensation for the destruction have been met with outright refusal from BestBuy.

Their customer service, which boasts unending hold times and a baffling lack of empathy, only added to the distress. Hours upon hours spent on the phone have yielded nothing but empty promises and a continuous runaround, leaving me feeling unheard and utterly frustrated.

To make matters worse, BestBuy decided to involve a company called Metro Supply Chain Group, presumably to handle the evidence and compensation process. However, it quickly became apparent that Metro Supply Chain Group was not interested in addressing my legitimate concerns. Instead, they fabricated evidence and provided fraudulent reasons to coerce me into billing my home insurance company to cover the damages.

This level of dishonesty and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. BestBuy, a company that claims to prioritize customer service, has proven to be nothing more than a corporate entity willing to sacrifice integrity for profit. The fact that they would employ a company like Metro Supply Chain Group, known for unethical practices, only further tarnishes their reputation.

In conclusion, my experience with BestBuy has been a complete disaster. From damaged property to a lack of accountability and the involvement of a dubious third party, this entire ordeal has left me questioning the ethics and values of BestBuy as a company. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before trusting BestBuy with their purchases, as the aftermath of dealing with their customer service and delivery partners is a nightmare I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

I did not find the geek squad technical services effective or convenient to use at all. I was having a desktop pc randomly freezing issue and had them start off with Remote Desktop diagnostics, well it froze during that so that wasn’t helpful so I decided to drop it off at Bestbuy argentia, they have recently reorganized the store and it wasn’t clear to me where I needed to go. Waited in a line near the geeksquad repair shop and they just ignored me, there’s one person there to serve multiple customers, not very helpful. I had to ask for assistance and then they send me to the other side of the store now. Very disorganized. So I left the computer with them for two days, one day was wasted because they didn’t ask me for my pc password and when I tried calling the store the options do not allow me to speak to a live person at the store. Anyhow, after two days they just called me and said that nothing is wrong with my computer? ! I asked if they did any tests and they couldn’t clearly tell me, I believe they didn’t even bother touching it because soon after when I brought it back home low and behold it froze on me. What’s the point of me paying for this service monthly when it’s inconvenient to use and not effective at all. Overall was a complete waste of time and I will be enlisting the help of another pc repair company to fix my problem. The store needs to fix the obvious issues I explained otherwise others will be getting the same mediocre service, as a paying customer we don’t deserve this type of treatment.

Worst customer service from Shaq, we have to spend 14 hrs to buy a phone in three days.we spend 3 hrs after the store closure, They literally passing time to get overtime pay. There were no crowd, more than 15 employees chit chatting after store time. Especially this guy Shaq wasn’t even concentrating on what he is doing, he left our ID somewhere and spend 30 mins to find it. He left our phone somewhere and told us “I already gave it to you”, and he found it somewhere else.this can happen if it is crazy crowded, but there were no people around us at the time. Half of the time they were chatting. And they explained a different mobile plan we ended up in different plan. I do work in sales, this is the worst customer service I ever had.please take some action.

Buying S23 Ultra - Worst Service Ever. Better go to a telecom carrier and buy a smartphone directly OR visit another branch.

1. They Forced me to buy the device on the same day.
2. Cashier Made loads of mistakes and the entire process was delayed by 3 hours.
3. Said they would give me a $100 gift card but they gave me $50 instead. I had to come back and wait for another 2 hours to get the rest of the $50 back.
4. They said activation fee on carrier porting would be waived off but it was still added in my bill. Now I will have to go and visit these guys again to get that fixed.

Overall the worst experience I have ever had while buying a phone.

First of all. This place looks like a flea market Compared to other best buys. Plus their manager Maria is very rude and disrespectful. I am not going back here again.

We purchase a PlayStation 5 last Christmas. Our controller broke. The customer service we received was excellent. The girl kept apologizing to us that it was taking so long, but honestly, it was only taking so long because they were trying to locate a replacement. Friendly people, gave us a great exchange. Very happy with this location.

One of the best store for electronics like laptops, speakers, smart televisions, earphones and so many things. I found one laptop at very reasonable price and staff was also helpful as per the customer needs and budget they suggested the items.

Very cooperative staff in most of the stores.recommend

Jon in the phone department had amazing customer service. Dealt with an irate customer who couldn’t/wouldn’t wait his turn and calmed a stressful situation he helped us get a new phone got us a great deal on the phone explained everything to us and broke down the bill with us great job thank you
