I went to purchase a laptop for College. When I asked a representative to help me find an affordable 2-1 laptop for students, they tried to sell me 1.5k-2k MacBooks when I specifically asked for windows.
The second representative assured me that all accessories to the open box laptop I purchased was included. When it shipped none of the accessories were included. Best Buy then told me that the accessories were never included in the open box
Last straw, I purchase a PS5 for my little brother just before Christmas. Yesterday the GPU failed and I went to return it and they wouldn't return the faulty unit they sold me.
In conclusion Best Buy will do nothing more than try to take every dollar they can from you and will not replace their screw ups.
