Really wish someone would answer the phone! I'm from out of town so can't always get to the store. Once in the store, the service is great - its just the phone

GARBAGE SERVICE. GARBAGE PHONE LINE. All automated if you wish to talk to a real person you have to wait countless hours. This place is a piece of junk and falling out in my opinion. It doesn’t even have good deals compared to half the electronic stores anymore. It’s a terrible place to shop. Never bringing any business towards this company ever again. Its trash

I have to say that 3 strikes and you’re out resonates here with Best Buy canada
This is my 3rd attempt at purchasing a product from this company.my first bad experience was being given the wrong information about a product after I had asked pointed questions important to me about a particular product, wrong it didn’t have the features that I asked for so I returned it without even opening the box. 2nd I purchased a product but was given the wrong box so I had to go back and exchange it for what I originally purchased. 3rd I just recently ordered a laptop and went to the store to purchase which a wonderful customer service representative helped me and we ordered it online and I paid for it.now 3 days later I find out after calling myself because the item was scheduled to be delivered yesterday or earlier, the order was cancelled but I was never informed… I imagine this happens a lot…
I had also walked into their appliance section to get information on some higher end appliances but nobody was there? I guess that’s the new normal for retail stores in 2023
Sadly we need more independent retailers to do what they do best, sales and service…

Grrr.
Went in to look at dash cams, had a few in mind but the one I wanted came with an adhesive mount. I repeatedly said I need a suction mount as I frequently change vehicles. I was told it came with one in addition to the adhesive one.

Great experience. Had a TV that was faulty and they took it back without question. Easy, simple and no stress. I wish the TV had worked but it is nice knowing that when something doesn't there is no issue getting a refund.

Came into this store to buy a game. Found the game on their shelf, went to purchase it and they said it's out of stock. I asked why is it on their shelf then because there are multiple copies in their shelf. They said because we can order it for you. If I wanted to order it, I'd go online. To me this week s blatant false advertising. Why would I waste my time going back to this store when they keep empty boxes on shelves when they're out of stock to trick you o to ordering online? Just avoid stores. Not worth your time.

You literally can't phone this store. That is very annoying when you need to contact the store with a concern or question. That's simply bad business.

Best Best Buy EVER. Staff was extremely helpful, fast, and gave me a great deal! Awesome place!
