I would say this store runs usually like all electronic store and customer assistant and promises made are not fair just for sales purpose they do lie on time line of delivering the product if it takes 3 weeks to deliver a product rather we could purchase online.why should they run a store and offers, promotions & product description are only explained well if you are know persons to store members I bought 2 different products both the time same

I have always found what I need here at the Sudbury Best Buy. Today I needed a USB WiFi adapter and fell just short of being able to afford it. The staff were super helpful and worked with me to find a quick and easy solution and now I have the tools I need to get some work done! The woman who helped me was amazing and I forgot to get her name but I hope you see this!

Amazing service by Troy, great salesman and knows the bang for your buck, he was very interesting to talk to, and showed compassion for selling this laptop

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Best Buy that left me feeling disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. The incident occurred during a routine purchase when the cashier's lack of consideration and understanding became apparent.

Upon completing my transaction, I expected to be given the option to choose between receiving an email receipt or a printed receipt. However, without even inquiring about my preference, the cashier immediately printed a physical receipt. When I politely requested an email receipt instead, her response was far from satisfactory.

Rather than acknowledging her mistake and promptly rectifying the situation, the cashier proceeded to scan the printed receipt and informed me that it would take approximately 20 minutes to receive it via email. Adding insult to injury, she condescendingly mentioned that the email might end up in my spam folder, as if insinuating that it was my responsibility to ensure its safe delivery. This dismissive attitude and lack of empathy only further exacerbated my disappointment.

What bothers me most is that this was not an isolated incident. To my dismay, even my friend experienced the same disrespectful treatment when requesting an email receipt in past. It is disheartening to witness such a consistent disregard for customer preferences and a failure to provide even the most basic level of service.

It is important to note that there is a significant difference between an email receipt and a scanned copy of a printed receipt sent via email. An email receipt is a direct electronic record of the transaction, easily searchable and stored in your inbox for future reference. On the other hand, a scanned copy of a printed receipt lacks the convenience and accessibility of an email receipt, often making it less useful.

As customers, we deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. Our choices and preferences should be valued, and any concerns or requests should be addressed in a professional and understanding manner. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Best Buy during my recent visit.

I sincerely hope that this review serves as constructive feedback to Best Buy, urging them to reevaluate their customer service practices and prioritize the needs and preferences of their patrons. As a loyal customer, I expected better, and I genuinely hope that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent other customers from experiencing similar disappointment in the future.

Bought a web cam in 2021 that I never received. Had difficult life events and went well past their "90 day lost item claim" window as a result. Realized that I still hadn't received it recently and asked for a refund or at minimum, a store credit since Best Buy's own systems show that I never received this camera. Nope-they refused to do anything about it. In my book, that is stealing. They kept my money even though I never received what I paid for and have proof of that. Basically, thieves. And I'm a single widowed mom. Shame on you, Best Buy!

I was there in the store to buy pixel buds i asked lady at the entrance she i have no idea where i can find the product and when i tried to find pixel buds 4 employees were following me and my friend like we were there to steal something worst experience

I believe this to be the best BestBuy in Sudbury. They are not as good as a catalogue store, for anything I ever bought there, they had to have shipped in from the great warehouse in the sky. Happily, too, on two of the three times they said they would phone me, I was able to go online to see that my order had been delivered to them the week before. Picking up my goodies worked a charm. It took 15 minutes to get there and back, but only a half hour in the shop for them to find the package. Prices, well, all shops are competitive today, so buyers, beware.

Absolute worst customer experience possible. Will do anything to try and get out of following their own policies, including have regular employees (in this case Lyle) claim to be the GM so that they don't need to come out and speak with a customer. Miss the days of Future Shop (same company) where customer service actually mattered.

My salesperson Lyle was truly amazing, very professional, personable and great product knowledge. Really takes that extra time and effort to help you find what you need. Highly recommend this store!

I don’t usually post reviews, but every single time I come into this specific store everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Lyle really stuck out when I recently came in to purchase a new controller when I had no idea what I was looking for. He really is such a great asset to your team! I definitely will be back!

We are looking to buy a VHS to digital converter and was hoping to buy it locally at our Best Buy store. The problem, they do not have these products in stocks and we are told to go on their website to order it. If I have to do their job, go on their website, to order a product that I want, they better think twice. If my local store can't take the time to get it at the store for local customers, I do not want to deal with them. When I have to take the time to do the ordering it is Amazon for me.
