A lady named Janet helped me and my sisters and she was the worst person to deal with. We went in for a refund and she kept ignoring us and would tell us to wait. We were in line and had waited over an hour, keep in mind there weren’t many people at the customer service either. She kept asking us why we were here and then made us wait each time. Horrible customer service.

This was the WORST transaction I’ve ever had with best buy. I was last here on boxing day, and they were short staffed but the employees did their best regardless of the rush. Today, we went back to get a refund for a phone that we purchased, WHICH GOT LOST/STOLEN in transit, and they wouldn’t tell us what happened due to privacy reasons (which i understand). BUT WE WAITED 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES FOR A SIMPLE REFUND. It was just a refund, nothing special, no new order or anything. The store associate told us to wait for somebody named Janet, who was unavailable as she was on her break (which I also understand) but once we waited and she got back, she put us in line AGAIN. AND SHE ISN’T EVEN THE ONE WHO ISSUED THE REFUND. This was horrible. Just horrible. I’m never ever coming back to this location. If you want to wait for hours for something simple, then go ahead to this slow location.

This store is lacking behind with customer service as well as employee training. They are so confident with there statements that they won’t even think what they are explaining. Misguiding the customers and giving false information.

Best Buy's service fell short of expectations. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked product knowledge. The checkout process was slow and inefficient. Despite a wide selection, finding assistance was a challenge. Returns were a hassle, with unhelpful staff and confusing policies. If there is -1 star would do it for this location for sure specially for the manager she is really useless not able to accept 2 different customer issued ID's or hold the product until next day at least really bad customer service on top of that during covid 50% capacity restriction store was full like no room to move unless you touch another person

The worst of them all, stay away from here. Employees are super rude. It took like 30 minutes to get help from someone and then when someone did help. So I left. Then when I came to go cross through to get in my car they had a line and wouldn't let me pass. Avoid this like the plague

I got this Jabra and I wanted black. It was a gift for me and I was mad. I asked the employee at BestBuy please check to make sure its black. He said he's 100% positive its black. And he didn't want to give me a bag. I had to argue for a bag. I wish I could give it 0 stars. It's a shame because BestBuy was my favorite store. I'm tired of employees at this location not wanting to help, give mediocre help, and failure to even tell you about warranties.

Don’t buy from this store. Bunch of crooks. They Sell warranty on electronics saying that they will replace it with in warranty time, No Questions Asked.
But when you actually go there to do that, they says, ”it’s a service plan warranty and it will be send for repair. ” Even if you are buying anything from there, I would not recommend to buy their warranty.
I wish I could have given 0 Star.

My go to store for any electronics buy. Visited this store today on Black Friday. Was looking for a good 4k TV. In store was just walking around noticing different brands TV and their specs. This guy Aditya (Best buy Sales rep.) approached me to know if there is anything I was looking for. Told my requirements and he patiently listened and gave me all possible options. Very good customer service by Aditya. He answered all my questions and helped me select the tv that I wanted. Provided honest feedback and can see he was not trying to just sell but genuinely interested in getting me the tv I wanted. Way to go Aditya! Thanks:)

Went today to buy phone charger, two associates said that the one which I'm looking for isn't available & told me to place an order at the checkout counter. Lady at the counter saw that they have 50 of them in the inventory. Thanks to her I was able to get it on the same day.

Extremely poor customer service. I was told to wait 2 weeks for my order to arrive. It has been over 2 months and when I asked about the status of my laptop the employees treated me like garbage. Customer service was useless and rude. Gave me an attitude and told me "What do you want me to do about it? ". Stay away from this location and just go to Toronto.

Always counter check your price at counter before payment.mostly there eye catching prices on minor items will not be same as displayed.this is what I always face and after calling manager he just say SORRY.

Wrong display and wrong pricing and Manager did nothing about it! Very unsatisfactory customer service and the Manager was very dismissive of my complaint and all they did was change remove the tag.however I took a picture of the wrong display and also have my receipt where they over charged me and would like to be contacted by the store

Exceptional Service I received yesterday night. Really happy with my Purchase. Staff goes above and beyond to help the customers.

Shabih was extremely helpful. The store closes at 7: 00pm but they stayed with us until 8: 40pm to finalize and get the TVs. We bought two TVs two mounting Brackets + Installation.
First Shabih helped us pick the right TV at really good price and then when time came for payment, I realized, my card was not with me, and it was already one hour after their closing. They still agreed to wait so that I can call someone to get my card and make the payment. They waited for us for almost an hour and 45 minutes to get everything done.
Super helpful staff and Thank you to everyone who stayed late.

Recommend this place for all your electronic needs.

I am very disappointed with the best buy delivery service crew. They were very disrespectful, unprofessional and rude to me while delivering appliances to my home.therefore, I complained to Best buy and I was given a case number but 2-weeks passed I did not get any respond so when I call to check on the status of complaint, they said that the delivery service try to call me and left me a voicemail but I didn't receive anything on my end so I called and opened the case again and yet to receive any  response. Such a flaw system where you are  explaining yourself to the delivery services company who initially behind the poor service. Bestbuy create such system which demotivate customers to  complain or just give up when you are just asking for better service. Such a disservice, Total disappointment.

Worst customer service, will not exchange item bought during lockdown with a receipt, that was wrongly given by their staff. Went 4 times to exchange everytime i was told to come back they are not returning or exchanging any item, finally when store was open I was told they won't exchange it. Never buy from them anymore.

I cannot believe the customer service standards in this store. I used to work at Staples before the pandemic hit and it was very important that The customers who were spending more money had more attention and were more focussed on. I came in here to get a Beats Solo pro headset. Firstly it took me looking around for 10 minutes to find an associate who was available to help me, when I finally found someone I told her what I was looking for, she decided to leave me for another customer that another associate was already helping. The associate was incompetent and made a mistake and asked who I assume to be the manager to come and help. She didn’t say sorry or anything, just this will take one moment. If I ever did that at Staples, my manager would have a fit saying wait until I close the sale with this “high ticket” customer then I will come help you. What am I gonna wait around for? Have some customer service standards. Very disappointing. Needless to say I took my business to the source which was a less than 5 minute interaction. Will not be purchasing from this Best Buy location again.

Purchased KVM adaptor to link two PC's, (both are PS/2 machines) one Win 10, the other Win 7. It works, and allows me to access files, programs etc, but the screen resolution is terrible, and the PS/2 mouse for Win 10 machine will not work with the USB adapter that I must use, necessitating another mouse. Nothing in their ad prepared me for ancient video quality.

Poorly managed store, store is supposed to closed at 6pm and I went through mall entrance and saw a label that use the other side for entrance. I check the other side at 5: 40pm and they said you should come 40 minutes before closing time. The 40 minute before instruction was not mentioned. And they ask to enter car number plate and all that stuff for what? Are you guys storing customers other information too. The guy at the entrance called himself as manager, he knew the whole matter. Pathetic service.

Great place and very convenient to find whatever you'd need related to electronics. Staff is very nice except for some hiccups where some staff leaves questions unanswered and does not refer to someone who actually knows the answer to the questions.

MUTUAL BENEFIT

When your customer has agreed to provide information you need to thank them in return immediately. This can be as simple as offering coupons for your products, some valuable information not easily available elsewhere, a free guide or e-book on a relevant topic, or special privileges.
Another thing to keep in mind is not to overwhelm them by asking everything in one go. As your objective should be to build a relationship with them over the long-term, you can complete the information you require through several contacts with the same customer. This also has the added advantage of keeping the conversation more frequent than it might otherwise have been.

I had problems with this Best Buy Location a yr ago. It all started with poor quality of phone calls. Nobody answers the phones, doesn't matter the time. I wanted to get to Geek department. Same reception as last year. Then I got a direct # to Geek last yr after my complaint.
However this yr I had to go to the store to get info. It was busy as school would starting soon. I explain nobody answer their phones in Geek same as the main lines for the store. Last yr renovations were going on & the Manager told me the phone problem would be solved. It was not. I hear people complaining about the poor phone reception. So that didn't change.
Also I questioned a young sale female about laptops. Holy kolmolie I knew more than her. So green. I'm 72 and I know more. I needed her to read the fine print for me. I didn't have my glasses. She just wasn't into her job. She had no education on the functions of the laptops. How can a sales person sell an item with no knowledge. I just walked in now to the GeekSquad. Too bad it has to be tied to Best Buy. Nice store in appearance but service is poor in this store. - Location

This isn’t the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had, but it’s certainly not the closest to the best. Many times I have received assistance when trying to ask a question about an item I’m searching for, but then there have also been many times where I am standing around waiting for 10-20 minutes. Maybe print some tickets with numbers and have a lineup so it’s not so hectic, instead of everyone rushing in to ask questions all at the same time. Other times, you’re running around chasing employees only to find no one. The products here are ridiculously overpriced, nothing “best” about that. If you can find any kind of electronics somewhere else, it would be advisable.

I was in best buy not too long ago to look through their game selection, and they hardly had anything to select. This store has gone down the tubes in the last several years. They are putting a lot of home appliances up for sale, but it seems like they are straying away from what they used to be. They used to have much more of a selection of video games, music, dvds and more electronics. They should go back to the way it used to be before. That's not the worst problem that I have with them. I bought SkullCandy Hesh3 Blu headphones that cost me nearly $200. I though because it had both a built in mic and could play music, that it would be great. I've never had a problem with the small Skullcandy earbuds. This was only on Sep 21. What kind of overpriced garbage is this? They jacked up the price ridiculously high, but I actually thought that it would be worth it. Not for that quality it isn't. The one ear is already shot. I realize that they didn't make them, but they decide on the price to a certain extent. Its a worthless piece of trash. I will blast SkullCandy on this too, but bestbuys return policy also stinks, all I can do is return it and either get the same pair, or pay a little extra to get a better brand. Watch what you buy here and how much you spend, unless its a video game, if you can find one, it likely won't last long.

I came here the other day to buy a new laptop since my current one crashed. I was looking at two different ones that were similar but didn't know what the difference really was. When we first walked in it was pretty busy so we tried to figure it out on our own but eventually someone did walk up and ask if we needed help. The young guy was helpful and honest about which laptop would be better for me, he left to go checked if he had the one I was looking for. However when he came back he all of the sudden attempted to sell a plan that would set up the laptop and have anything just in case something happened, it was a monthly payment but I wasn't interested so I kept saying no, however the guy kept saying, "Let me finish. " I waited patiently for him to finish and said no, I just wanted the laptop and it came with one year warranty with it. Even at check out he asked me again if I wanted it and said no. The whole experience was good besides him not listening to me say no.

Staff are very friendly but are not as knowledgeable as I have grown to expect from Best Buy. I went to buy a pair of wireless headphones to go to the gym. They pushed Jabra on me when I said I wanted to go less than $120 they didn't have an answer for me. Turns out the headphones they were pushing for $99 but both salespeople did not realize that and the sale was not made in fact I went onto Amazon and purchase them for the same price $99 this should have been a sale at Best Buy and I should have walked out with my headphones that day. It's unfortunate because I want to support Best Buy for fear that they are losing more and more market share to Amazon but with limited education for their sales team and the fact that they are so young they don't have a level of professionalism that I am accustomed to. While dealing with me they continued to have inside jokes between passing sales people they never really listened and we're constantly in and out of our conversation as a consumer I don't feel confident in their sales people

Big store, very busy with lots of customer service reps walking around, yet did not get approached once to see if I needed help. When I was about to complete my laptop purchase the sales person seemed annoyed that I was asking a few questions.

Still a little pricey but it is still a great place to find almost anything electronic. The main turn off here is the hounding you get from the staff. If they don't offer assistance they hover around waiting for an opportunity to chime in.

I love browsing best buy but, not a lot of help available. Everytime I've gone I've had to hunt for help regarding info on a product, or to purchase a product.
If your using your best buy credit card, you have to purchase over a certain amount in order to use it.

The younger Assistant Manger is fantastic and the reason I buy my gear from them over Amazon or Staples. Not much to say about Manager who wears Geek Squad shirt, but the younger guy, Shan I think his name is; been a patient professional with me every time.

They NEVER answer the phone. I tried to call them all day yesterday. After several rings, the call stopped. However when I called another Best Buy, while they also did not answer for the longest time, the call kept ringing. Therefore I'm convinced that these employees pick up the phone and end the call so it stops ringing. Absolutely horrible. I would've just given one star, but one employee was very helpful to me when I purchased a MacBook Pro from there recently, so that extra star is for his customer service.

Not impressed. We tried to talk with a staff member to ask about a product and we had 3 different people look us in the eye, turn and walk away quickly in the opposite direction. Two of them were laughing together and turned their back to me. When I kept walking towards them they walked around the corner and hid. Customers pay your wage, don’t be rude. If you work in a different area of the store have the decency to acknowledge us and help direct us to the proper sales staff. Being ignored leaves a bad taste. Will be taking our business to a different location.

Fun place to browse around especially in the tv or computer area. Well maintained store with all of its items in the proper locations. Lack of Bluray movies and computer software in every Best Buy stores these days.

After having a horrific experience with Dell as a company themselves, and no luck in receiving any assistance in other various Best Buy locations I am extremely happy I reached out to the Brampton location. I called in and spoke to Hassian- and right from the jump he was the most knowledgeable and friendly associate I have spoken to- to date. He took the time to check the specific details on a computer in a timely and professional manner. I also mentioned I had to travel a distance to come get the computer and he walked me through the steps of reserving the computer in store. Overall he provided me with a great experience and I would highly reccommend asking for his help with any purchase!

When the store is busy, it can be a little difficult to get a sales associate to help you, but once they finally do they are knowledgeable and helpful.

We needed help with something and received great service answering questions and getting us the product we needed. The guy working went out of his way to find something we could test and also reached out to colleagues to make sure he was giving us the right information. I usually have good customer service whenever I shop at this location.
