DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!
Terrible terrible service. Requested to have my TV repaired at the beginning of October. I have had to follow up over 5 times now, each time being given a 24 hr resolution guarantee. Got a voicemail this afternoon saying their is nothing I can do as my warranty expired in December… 2 months after I made the original request… so much for buying extended warranty. What a joke.

Purchased an iPad case and screen protector. Asked the sales person if he could install the screen protector and he talked me out of it. Tried it myself and it broke.

Trying to talk to a person was unsucessful. Tired and frustrated navigating thru their push this for that and that for this. Poor service at least for the phone contact. I don't think they have any idea how poor the service is.

I never experience in Best Buy rude customer service. I’ve been in money Best Buy in Ontario one of the bad Best Buy. Is that one I shouldn’t give you one star either but I will say zero customer service with this Best Buy. Unfortunately bad customer service very bad customer service.

The guy standing next to a female employee near iPhone 14 pro station just when you enter through the sliding doors was very RUDE. I asked him about the iPhone 14 pro max deals and he just brushed me off. Did not even had the curtesy to explain the deals or offer any assistance.
I asked if the Black Friday deals were starting before the actual holiday and he was sarcastic about it.
The whole conversation it felt like he just wanted me to leave and not ask him anything. Rolling his eyes and stuff.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Best buy. Nothing is stock and no one on cash. Lots of people standing around in the computer isle.picked 2 things both not there what a waste of my time.

Customer service is a joke. They don’t care about customers walking out with satisfaction. Won’t be headed to ANY Best Buy any time soon.

I bought an imac in November 2020. Once I had it home and up and running, I check the specs and found out it was a 2017 model. I ask if it was new and they told me yes. I was going to order from Apple but wasn’t sure if it would be safe through delivery service. The iMac was packaged perfectly and I regret not buying directly from Apple cause I would of gotten a 2020 model from Apple. They offered a full refund but it wasn’t worth the trouble of deleting everything and going without a computer until I get a real new one from Apple. I will always shop through Apple for their products. Best Buy pushes out older stock. I don’t trust them and will never set foot in there stores again. Vision electronics and if you need Apple products buy from Apple you will get the last product not older stock. Apple and Amazon are good for what you need.

This purchase started as horror story but eventually rectified thanks to Manager Maaz. I bought a new Sony 65 inch TV on Christmas Eve and arranged for delivery and set up in the new year. It wasnt until I got home that I discovered an overcharge on the installation. I tried calling store but you cant do that anymore. I ended up going back to store on boxing day and waited in cold until I had a chance to explain overcharge. Credit was given and delivery confirmed.
3-4 days later I get call from Geek squad answering service. Delivery and installation cancelled with Covid rules. After 20 minutes on phone asking to just deliver tv and refund me the installation, I was told no and got hung up on.
Next 2 days trying to call were impossible so off I went back to store on Jan2, where I spoke to Maaz.
He took all my infor and recp into store and came back few minutes later apologising for issues and verified delivery and installation as promised and paid for.
Tom and Rob from Geek squad arrived ahead of time on scheduled date and were fantastic and speedy with installation.
A lot of trouble and repeated trips at my expense to store to wait in line outside but eventually got it sorted. If Maaz hadnt helped out, whole deal was getting cancelled and competitor was getting sale.
Thx Maaz you saved your store a sale

Placed a order for curbside pickup, took past over 3 hrs for them to tell me I cant even pick it up cause they are closing, when they have the game in stock and took the money out of my account. Now I have to wait till tomorrow to get my product.will not use the curbside pick up service and may not even use bestbuy again, this service is horrible.

After standing in line, in the cold, to get in, I was vastly dissappointed with the service, or lack thereof, that I received. Standing in line was not an issue, and COVID restrictions mandate such. But, once I got in, I went to the area of the potential item (s) I wanted to purchase. After waiting 10 minutes for an associate, I finally approached someone, who said they did not work in this area, and could not help me, and left. I approached a second associate, who also said he did not work in the area, but paged someone to give me a hand. No one showed up. I went to customer service to see if anyone was available, and the two associated there argued over who was supposed to help me in the first place! They said to go back to the item, and someone would be right over. After another 5-7 minutes waiting, I simply left. Roughly 35 minutes in the store, and 4 times asked for help, before I left. I will not be back!

Phone glass protective film - so you buy it in the box and Geek Squad offers to install for free - watch closely - they hide the package and go get a strip from somewhere else (of who knows what product) apply and hand you the phone back - never to see the un-opened new box again - until it gets put back on the shelf. So what exactly IS the product and did we all just get scammed? Sneaky is all i can say.

Customer service was top notch! With covid rules it was a bit rushed but everybody was able to help me find just what I needed for my sons birthday (apple products) and was very happy with the overall experience.

They bait you with sales and when you get there they cant find any of the sale items that have been advertised heavily online for the past week. Ordering online is useless as they just notify you the next day that it is now unavailable. Meanwhile when you search the product it STILL says "available for pick up as early as tomorrow". LOL. Save your time and order from Amazon.

I asked if they could show me a tripod that i was looking for. Nope! They talked in a group for 20 mins with 10 other people scratching there head like they where figuring out what 1 + 1 is.i went to a place called Henry's in Oshawa that actually knew what they were doing.

Praham (Store Manager) went above and beyond to help us with our TV purchase. He upgraded our TV to the latest model as the TV we purchased was out of stock item. He was very professional and respectful, I would definitely recommend this place for your all electronic needs. This is the first time I shopped at this location. Very helpful staff, the price is great. Lots of parking space. Very clean and organized store, it was very easy to find what I was looking for.

Overall experience was excellent.

Everywhere says they close at 7pm but they decided to close at 6pm as I was told at the door. Takes unreasonably long to respond to in store pick up requests.

Very helpful customer service desk. Had an issue with my new xbox one, the controller was defective. Swapped it out in less than 5 minutes. In and out of the store in 10 minutes. Not bad was expecting a lot worse of an experience.

Pretty much everything anyone would need in the way of electronics, and accessories. Not a lot of staff and those that were there were focused on prospective purchasers of big ticket items, which is understandable unless you have a question about a less expensive item. No help there. If you know what you're looking for in electronics and accessories, they probably have it.

Went here tonight in search of an iPad 9.7 that was on sale. Walked over to the section and three employees were standing chatting. Not one of them noticed my sister and I walk over or that we were browsing the products. When I asked for some assistance all three of them stood there and answered my questions but none of them offered to bring me out the product or engage in a sales pitch of any kind. When I told them I wanted to purchase one all three of them left together leaving the entire section we were in unattended while other customers there were clearly in need of assistance. I work in retail and I completely understand how tiring this time of year can be but the level of professionalism was so low I will be sure not to make any future purchases here. If a customer comes in to your establishment it's common practice to at least acknowledge them. And if they are asking specific questions about a product they're probably interested in purchasing it so why wouldn't you engage in a conversation with them about it and offer to get the product for them?
