I made an online purchase with best buy on October 1. Blink camera system & echo show 5. Estimated delivery was October 3, I've still not received anything & it cost nearly $300. I made a claim through fed ex which was denied, I still have not received the product I ordered and it's been well over 2 weeks.this is the second time in months I've had issues with best buy.save the trouble and get your merchandise elsewhere!

It's absolutely ridiculous trying to call & getting sumone on the line. Your constantly listening to un cooperating machine which is not connecting to a live person.

Terrible customer service.
We purchased over $7000 of new appliances and we have had a couple warranty issues. The store will not help with anything as they direct you to the customer service number of which is a bunch of prompts that lead no where. I have had to go direct to the manufacturer to get this resolved.
One of the items i need for the claim is the delivery date of the appliances and the only way to obtain this is through Customer Service.
Low and behold.no way in hell can you get a person.
Pick a prompt, hopefully you get a person and then the chase begins.
I am on my 3rd transfer and not one person has clue. Off to the ecommerce department I go.

There is no way to call the store about anything. When you call you get someone, somewhere in Canada that likely cannot answer your questions. Best Buys products are good but the fact you can't call
them in store is 1 star out of 5.

Spending over an hour trying to get the Geek Squad to come to fix a TV for a senior, who has been paying $22 a month for services should he have problems with his TV WITH NO LUCK.
We called and waited each call for over 15 minutes each time, finally getting a real person only for EACH of them to hang up. This happened THREE times AND we were NOT rude.
Please tell me how one can get the Geek Squad to come to help this sweet man?

Staff is not knowledgeable about computers. Asked about another device and was told to go to that department. Stood around for about 10 minutes and not a soul came by.

I went in on April 1,2021 looking for a new laptop. I was assisted by many incredible staff in the Laptop department. I took over 2 hours looking for a laptop, passed closing time, and the staff were exceptional; Knowledgeable and friendly, the workers are passionate and willing to help. I want to give a special shout out to Brandon, he helped me the most and stayed passed his shift to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely be shopping there again.

Ordered an SD card but on my own mistake I was supposed to order a micro SD card. I found one in stock at the store which conveniently was the same brand, same specs and same exact price. After reviewing the return policy I decided to talk to a representative to see if anything further could be done. After a polite back and forth for a half hour I was told "Sorry stores are not currently taking returns" and that i would have to mail the card back and wait 7 to 10 days for a refund on an item that literally could have been swapped at the store with zero further effort need on either end. I went back to the store and reasoned with them my situation. It was just me and one other car waiting for curbside so it wasn't busy by any means. I was greeted coldly with an "Um we are only doing curb side". No hello or any sort of greeting you would expect from a representative that deals with the public. I told her my situation and that because of the time sensitive nature I don't have time to jump through their hoops just to exchange one small item. "Sorry we can't do anything for you" and she walked away. Might as well have just stuck her middle finger in my face. Trying to be understanding in this "pandemic" but there is zero reason to not be able to take returns and help the customers who are funding your company during tough times. I think Best buy and these other large stores who change policies on will and spit in the face of their customers need to learn how to get back in touch with the people who keep them in business. Majority of the small independent stores have no issues helping out their customers. Your customers have to follow rules that inconvenience them during covid as well and yet zero effort is returned to the consumer. You can best believe we are going to remember the good businesses from the ones who pushed us aside. So thank you best buy for the lesson in clarity. I will wait for my refund and will be supporting other stores who show value in their customers.

Best buy in store asks to call customer service to review products in stock. Customer service has no visibility of the product. They want us to visit each location one by one during pandemic to know which location has a fridge in stock. Such a ridiculous process.

If you're on the flip app and you're trying to buy something from Best Buy good luck because the prices are most likely wrong they will not honor the prices posted on the flip app I asked why are you letting a 3rd party advertise your prices if they're wrong there Response was we do not run the flip app well you know what you should tell your customers this information 1000s of people use the flip app because of convenience and all these misleading prices are drawing in customers and business you are benefiting from but yet you turn people away because you won't honor ther prices

0/5 stars: Calling the toll-free # as I wanted a question answered from the store in St. Catharines, ON. I do not have a Canadian #, but live in Niagara Falls, ON. WORST system as it 'tries' to find a store based on your phone number! There should be an option to 'press 0' for an operator. So no one is in the store to answer their phones and NO ONE is at the toll-free number to help, only because my number is from out of area. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE.

I had an amazing experience at this store today. I was not sure what to expect when going in because I wanted a fridge that I had noticed went out of stock a few days earlier. This fridge was the 'be all end all' for fridges in my particular situation, it had gone on sale but I had no idea how I could find one to purchase. Braydon was a model example of how to treat a customer! He was professional, considerate of safety and beyond helpful. He was able to look up my fridge, book a date for delivery to my house and have me walking out in the best mood all within 20 minutes. I felt like he took great care to make sure I was happy and created a loyal customer to Best Buy while doing so. I don't think I could have had a better experience (I actually think it was one of my best interactions this year) and I really hold Braydon responsible for that. Thank you so much!

I had a GREAT experience ordering online and doing a curbside pickup! I had two orders to pick up and it went so smoothly and quickly. We picked up two small chest freezers and since our order was large, we received a friendly text asking if we could drive up to the front of the store for easier loading which was great. A very nice associate brought our items out promptly and checked that my ID matched the order. We were there on November 22nd around 1: 30pm. AWESOME customer service and a big thank you to the associate who helped us! We are so happy that Best Buy is offering curbside pickup so we can physically distance, and that your store is doing it so well! Great job to you all:).

Great experience with Nicolas in the laptop department, was finally able to decide on a laptop for my needs but unfortunately out of stock. Will come back looking for Nicolas to help me out with my purchase

I went in looking for a phone mount for my car, the worker Emillie enthusiastically helped me through it all and showed me the best one, she cashed me out and helped me with everything.she was a amazing worker!

A great choice of electronic devices. Whether you are looking for a new pair of headphones, TV and even family appliances they've a fantastic choice and good knowledgeable staff. I locate my most effective actual critic is that the store feels to cluttered. When it's busy inside with customers navigating the shop may be frustrating.

I have visited this store several times and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. While looking for a specific modem, they tried their best to assist me. The product selection is good enough and regardless of the time.of the day, it's crowded.

Nice store. Bad staff, asked for help finding something. Was told "just look two aisles down, you'll find it" thanks? There were 3 staff there so it seemed like they wanted to talk to each other more than help a guest.

My family and I visited today to purchase a laptop. I had 3 in mind but needed to ask some questions. Not a single sales rep offered to help as we stood there for 20 minutes. Felt like we were being ignored. I did overhear 2 employees discussing breaks and then they must of went on them. Maybe its easier to try and find my answers and order online.

Sales staff are always eager to help.
Carlton is always friendly and professional and the first thing I do is see if he is on shift because he is awesome.

Went in to look for a couple TV wall mounts. Girl at the front immediately helped us and showed us exactly where they were, price checked one that didn't have a tag under it and showed us some different ones with different options. Great service! Wall mounts worked fantastic as well.

The Geek Squad tech couldn't be bothered with me. My laptop is giving trouble and sometimes will charge for about 10 minutes but for the most part it won't. I wanted them to determine whether I needed a new charger, a new battery, whether the charging port was faulty, etc. He plugged it in and it began charging and I said yes but in a while it will stop. He ignored me, unplugged the laptop, pushed it back across the counter to me, said good luck at home, and went through the door to a back room. I get home and low and behold.the laptop charged for all of ten minutes and then stopped, again. Would like to thank him for wasting my time and not listening to the details of the problems I was experiencing. Useless.

There is a variety in this location. You will find almost everything except big furniture you could order online. The location is clean and there is a lot of staff to help. They were so polite, I left my phone number for an Item I wanted. I tell the customer agent, please call me whenever there is a sale. I was surprised he called and left a voice message with details about that item I wanted and the sale price. I would definitely recommend this location.

Went in for an item advertised online turns out it was sold out. Long drive to hear that. Was told that item would no longer be available and post shouldn't have been online.i went to Wal-Mart and they price matched

I've come to this specific location on numerous accounts and have never been disappointed. When it comes to entertainment, specifically when looking for a television, Troy has always been honest and helpful in this department. He's never tried to sell me something that I don't need and I value his integrity immensely. When it comes to electronics and headphones, Carlton is always helpful, polite and honest, much like Troy. Carlton also was sure to let me know about the protection plan that, may I say is just absolutely impressive. If you need anything in either of these departments, I highly recommend looking for Troy or Carlton. You won't be let down by either of these wonderful souls. Overall, the staff here is always polite, knowledgeable and very thorough. They never try to sell you something they don't need and they always fully take care of you and your products. You're always in good hands here.

Had a great experience buying new computers with my boss for work. Sales guy was super helpful! The BEST service was from the Geek Squad though, Excellent customer service, polite & the guy really knew his stuff. Took the time to show us extra features after the computers were set up& he was so patient! Will definitely use their services again in the future! Highly recommend the Geek Squad!

The worst experience I have ever got in my life. I just went there to buy iPhone for Christmas. There are more employees than customers and they are treating customers like dump. Especially if you are foreigner. They are racist. I hate Best Buy.pls appoint some educated employees.

Frank was an amazing sales man. My husband and I went on boxing day to purchase new appliances, for every problem I had, Frank had a solution. Now I'm thrilled with my brand new fridge, stove and dishwasher. Oh and the delivery guys were also amazing. Thank you Best Buy St Catharine's.

The movie, music, video game and camera selections are low, the layout of the store doesn't make sense, there isn't a whole of selection for any department besides the tv section.

After searching around for the best price best buy had the laptop on sale i was looking for.
The salesman was fast to come assist me and was very knowledgeable about the laptop and even gave some pointers what to look for if i did not buy the one there.
I ended up buying as i made the trip for it.
Will recommend and be a return customer.

Disappointed. Looking for certain items. Nothing's in store. Everything online. Whatever they had in stock was double the price of Amazon for instance. They won't see me again. Useless trip. Why is that store even open?
