George is just rude, if you go somewhere to buy a car you expect the salesperson to have a conversation with you, geroge just wanted to end the conversation.

Great service. Carson is one of the most upfront, honest, and friendliest mechanics I've ever met. He always has multiple solutions for my car's needs and is clear on what different price points will get me. Even after moving to the Georgian Bay, I still drive down to Toronto so Carson can keep my cars in tip-top shape.

No hassle purchase. Left with vehicle and 100km warning lights for abs came on. They said bring it back we will sort it out. I live about three hours away so I took it to my Audi specialist who scanned and said a bearing was gone. They offered to fix and give me a loaner. Due to my business commitments and the distance I could not do that. They allowed my mechanic to fix and sent me the money for the repair, you can't argue with that service. Honest, flexible and honourable. I would buy again from this shop.

I bought a Cadillac of them and there was a few issues and I brought it to there attention and they really took care of the issues rite away very happy with the crew at Best Buy thanks guys.

We bought a Jaguar XFR 2012 from you the vehicle should never of passed certification. We took it to Jaguar in Ajax and they said the same thing. We now have a bill of $24000. Because your dealer is not honest. Problems with two bearing, timing belt, ball joint, coolent leak and lots more. Buyers beware I would never buy a vehicle from them.

Not only did Best Buy Auto provide me with the car I’ve been looking for in almost mint condition, but provided me with an exemplary car shopping experience without high pressure sales tactics or obligation, all at a fair price.

Purchase a used vehicle for almost a month now and everything is still good. The store hours limited so some accommodations with that would’ve made the process faster. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Went to look at a car that was for sale. The pictures showed the car was in excellent shape and the salesman told me the car was in excellent shape. Made an appointment to see the car. When I arrived, the salesman that I was dealing with wasn’t even there. The car was parked in the back corner and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the pictures were taken and in my eyes wasn’t close to excellent shape (clear coat peeling, 10 year old tires, worn/ cracked leather, front fender appeared to have a amateur paint job, pin stripes peeling). Add to all of that, I couldn’t get to the passengers side because cars were parked too close to it. The salesman that was there seemed to have no interest in selling the car as he just handed us the keys to look at it ourself. I would ask tons of questions and more pictures before travelling any distance to view their inventory.

Very pleased with experience of buying a used car. The car had some manufacturing issues and Best Buy service were able to fix it at no cost and in shortest terms! Thank you for your work! Highly recommend

Fantastic service from this used car dealership, I bought a ram 1500 and could not be happier with it. Plus the head mechanic is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Car got safetied with faulty tires. Went low on pressure the very next day and needs total replacement. I suspected the tire was iffy at first but they refused to acknowledge it and shrugged. They don't really care if they are actually selling you a safe car, they just worry about getting the cars off their hands. STAY AWAY.

Car came with a safety.bad brake pedal shudder pulled the rotor off and found this.rusted to the hub.uneven wear on pads.

I used to think used car dealers were all shady salesmen but this shop is really different. Fantastic friendly service and treat their employees very well. Won't buy a car anywhere else!

Looking for a vehicle for my wife, came across Best Buy Auto via the web. Initially dealt with Victor, he was very accommodating, even came in outside of normal business hours to meet our schedule there was no pressure he was very helpful.
No problem with me taking asking to take the vehicle to my own mechanic for peace of mind, later dealt with Jorge, he was very friendly and helpful. We went ahead and purchased the vehicle subsequently noticed a few small things and the guys took care of it promptly without any hesitation, or cost we were super happy. Carson is a very good mechanic and explained to me the process and repair they completed.

Recently purchased a Fiat from Best Buy. Shortly after my car had an electronic issue which is out out any ones control as I realize that we never know when "things" will just stop working. George is rude. He was rude from the beginning, didn't even offer us to sit. I asked if it was ok for us to sit and talk. I was trying to help my friend and asked a few questions. He said he only wants to talk to the person with the money and ignored my questions. He literally asked why I was asking questions about the car we were trying to buy. And I actually liked the car. But thanks to George's bad customer service we changed our minds and didn't stay long after that. Don't expect high standards of class. No wonder there are other reviews mentioning rude, shady service.

My friend and I were always behind the protective cover and never close to George less than 2m. Victor is trying to change the subject from the rude behavior of his employee. We, my friend and I, were there together as customers. Interestingly, George asked me to be quite after I started to question the carfax details.

Carson and George are amazing support when any maintenance or repair is required. Price are very reasonable and work and secured is always on point. Thanks guys!

Went here to get diagnostics on my A/C and had it recharged. Carson took the time to explain the issue and fixed it for me. Good value and professional. I would have no problem taking my vehicle here again.

Terrible service! Sold vehicle with serious issues.

Bought an expensive car from these guys. Payed over 21000 cheque and cash not finance. Already on the test drive it had some serious issues putting the car into limp mode. I came all the way from Calgary and had to travel back on the same day. Dealer insured me that the vehicle was fully inspected and it’s only happening because of the dead battery. I’m not a mechanic so had to trust his words. After taking to the mechanic in my city they’ve found lots of issues. Such as two cylinders are leaking oil into the spark plugs causing missfire and setting car into a limp mode. Leaking crankshaft seal. Missing lug nuts on all the wheels. How can the dealership sell a vehicle with missing lug nuts? Didn’t go thru all inspection yet as I had to go to work, however when I’m back I’ll take it to an another mechanic to compare the issues or find more. Dealer refused cooperate even tho all I asked is to cover parts and only partly. If all this repairs are done in dealership it will be 10k+ repairs. I only asked for $1500 back. Going through the OMVIC now, seems to be they only the ones who can help here. Save your time and headache. Don’t buy from them.

Very rude on the phone.wanted some information on a vehicle, my questions were brushed off with have answers, and when I asked if pricing was firm on vehicle as I didn't want to drive 2 hours to not have any discounting, they hung up the phone!
Not a good way to bring clients in.

One of the major reasons I would definitely highly recommend Best Buy Auto is that the business owner - Victor was extremely helpful and genuinely engaged in every step of the intricate and at the same time exiting process of purchasing your next vehicle.
He took his time to describe all the details and made sure everything is as clear and transparent as possible.
All the support documentation was presented to us in a timely and organized manner.
Our old car left us stranded on the highway during a busy weekend but with Victor’s help, a few days later we became proud and happy owners of a 2015 Nissan Rogue.

Came in for A/C service, felt so comfortable with Carson. He is very friendly, professional and caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in terms I could understand. A few months later I came back to have my timing belt and water pump changed by him. I went on a road trip and had car trouble and called him, he took the time to help and even had a conference call with me to figure out the issue. I will not go anywhere else for car issues. Would recommend them to anyone.

I am very pleased with the purchase of my Mazda5 from them. They had the only one in Canada that came with a Nav system and rear camera. The price was perfect and the vehicle was immaculate! They allowed my family and I to test drive alone which was pleasant. Viktor was informative and transparent in all questions. The car had some minor rust and damage and the rear wheels made noise. I pointed it out and Viktor said he would fix it. Honestly I didn't believe him. But he repaired the damage, the rust and replaced the rear rotors and brakes after I said I'd buy it! That is incredible service in my books. I have already recommended them to friends and recommend them to anyone! It has been a month since the sale and everything is perfect! Thank you Viktor.
