Good store but understaffed. Had to wait in line for more than an hour to talk to an associate. It doesn't matter if you came to look for new phone plan option or to just buy a screensaver or a phone case. Same line for all. Only 2 staff at the front and usually if they are assisting someone for a new phone plan its gonna take more than an hour wait.

I went in there looking for a product and the clerk pointed out a better one at a lower price. Service!

I bought a screensaver for my phone at this location. And I had a lifetime warranty on the screen saver. Just went in and they said that they don’t have them anymore and I have to get it from the manufacture. But the whole point of having it cost to go to them to have them install it. Do not get plastic screensavers here.

Excellent customer service. The guy that helped my wife get a phone was very helpful, polite and went the extra mile for us. Very happy with our experience.

Got a heater from there and it hardly does the job. The plug also isn't for our outlets. Had to change it and now they will not take it back. Wouldn't take it back even if the plug wasn't changed.

I’ve used this location on several occasions and I have always had great service with terrific and very knowledgeable staff, that’s the reason
I keep going back.

Best buy is a pretty good store. They carry a lot of brands and seem more active about reducing prices & staying competitive. On this purchase they offered some items we were looking for at reasonable prices. We made our purchase. The service was very good. They offered convenient parking. Would say the traction was satisfactory.

Ordered a samsung s22 on Thursday, the young lady told us it would deliver to their store next day. Went next day and nothing, they said Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon also nothing and they had no idea when it would even arrive. Turns out Saturday evening we get a message it would arrive April 27th. They mislead you to make sales and are unprofessional.

Tiffanie and Shawn from the lime ridge mall location was amazing. Tiffanie took her time to explain and help us with preparing our phones for use. Excellent customer service and very professional. Will definitely return to this location again.

These guys close their store 15 minutes early. So when your trying to walk there for an hour, to get something you desperately need leave earlier than you think! Or you will get very disappointed.

Darrianne helped us and she was amazing. She was professional and kind, promptly greeted us and made us feel welcomed. Great example of a knowledgeable sales rep. I would definitely recommend coming here for any device help or upgrades. Best Buy you guys have an awesome staff, and if they are all like Darrianne I will continue bringing my friends here for anything carrier related.

Sales staff aren't working on commission and will point you in the direction of the right device for you, they are very helpful, great store.

The actual glass guard was broken and i through it because the store was clod for so long and they said that we are not able to exchange. Doesn’t look nice.

I crawled out of my house for the first time in months and Steve was more than patient and kind as we set up a new plan and figured out what was going on with my old one. Thank you Steve! It's nice to see the world hasn't gone to complete trash, and that there are still some great people out there.

I have been trying to call three locations all day and have not once talked to anyone about a product I need for a xmas gift. I do not have a vehicle and cannot drive there to ask a question about an electronic I need for my son. Not sure why they call themselves "Best" buy when it's so hard to buy a product. Their website does not help either. Sure it mentions they have it somewhere, whether it's online, or in a store buy answering a call is supposedly something they cannot do? Why do companies act like they are doing you a favor by selling you products? Annoying as hell.

Service was very slow. I waited for 25 minutes just to get told that they have one computer down and I have a long wait but if I like another best buy can help me out

This was not a great customer experience. My friends and I walked into Best Buy in lime ridge mall yesterday with the intention of buying an adapter cord. We waited about 10 minutes before the girl who was working asked us what we needed and we let her know and she replied with “okay I’ll be back in a second” as she then went and helped someone else. We then waited for another 10 minutes before my friends and I had to leave for work because we weren’t planning on spending almost 30 minutes to buy a small product. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again.

Esso gas bar is near my home whenever I go there to fill er up then I go inside paid for it. Very friendly.

This location has an amazing manager named Jason. Tech Eric that helped me today was so fantastic and I will never deal with any other store for any needs I have in the future
