A big thanks to Vish and his teammate Selwyn; these guys were absolutely amazing to us today. As last-minute customers, we received excellent customer service. They genuinely stayed an hour and 40 minutes beyond their scheduled shift end with patience. We really appreciate it!

Disappointed and worst experience I had today.waste my 1 hour in line. I waited 1 hour and after they asked before closing time that do you have question? Than they said we don’t have it 15 pro max.very slow service.they provide service only one girls in line and she was their friend.really frustrated.no body take initiative for help customer in line? They should put notice for unavailable phone so nobody can wait in line.

Ordered a new Samsung S23 Plus from Best Buy Mobile in Devonshire Mall. They showed 2 in stock. I placed my order and got confirmation. I was going to pick it up and I received a message saying my order was cancelled due to shortages of inventory. I even called the store to make sure they had them. Won't be shopping there again. I ordered online and it will be delivered right to my door. They need to get there inventory in order and fix any errors.

Went to switch phone plans. The promotions we were promised never materialized. The prices we were quoted we never got. After the switch, we were on the phone everyday for 3 days trying to get things sorted with our new carrier only to be told what we were promised was not what we were getting. Won't go back to this store again

Terrible customer service ever, best buy hired bunch of idiots who only explain things verbally and try to hide the brochure, so you cant see the best plan fits for u, from one of them i asked to give cheapest plan with phone, he gave me $65+ plan, i looked from far and said i think there is $55 plan as well, and ask to see the brochure, he rudely said no, they are trying to cheat customers by upselling.i wud suggest other customers ask them brochure. Otherwise they wud try to rip your pocket, If best buy has any solid reasons to hide brochure better explain to customer rather than hiding and teach your agents how to behave politely, they really need etiquette training
