Taking so much time for 1 customer, like I waited for 2 hours standing and even though they weren’t fast.

This week this location had some great deals on phones due to Black Friday. Used this location this week to switch 3 phone plans and upgrade 3 phones for my family. Came into the store another day this week to switch 4th phone plan and was helped by the “store lead. ” Unfortunately because we came on Black Friday the store lead made us felt rushed out the store as we were just another number. Explained to the store lead that I had just switched 3 of my family’s phone plans with them this week. The store lead could care less. Tried to sell extra protections/insurance which included phone backup/transfer data onto new phone. Upon telling the store lead for this location that I would like to purchase. He told me to purchase today and come back another day to get the services done. When I had asked him to do it right away he made every excuse not to, but was okay taking my money right away. He rushed so much that he just activated the sim card, did not even bother to open the new phone and show us, nor did he put the sim card in the phone. Also charged more than his other colleagues who have helped us. The store lead didn’t explain details, had no customer service skills. His only intent was to get as much money from us as possible. Its very sad to see that the lead of the store would refuse to provide customer service and not show any gratitude after switching 4 phones through this location. I kind of wish I had went elsewhere… Don’t deal with the store lead here. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

The staff went above and beyond to help me with my phone. When I first purchased the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. A week later I returned because my phone was causing issues. They made the exchange seamless and when I had to register a new sim card they helped me with each step of the process. So thankful for this team!

Finally found a 8 terabyte microUSD card that is NVME standard. Western Digital and Seagate FTW!

NIGHTMARE! I went to get the Virgin $30/20GB Cyber Monday phone deal and had my phone disconnected from my Bell account AND THEN was told I could not get that deal, so I said I will just go over to the Virgin Booth. Virgin booth could give me the plan, but could not access my Bell account because it was disconnected by this store. Had to go back here and after THREE HOURS got back on my old Bell plan. When I got home I noticed on the bill I would be charged a $50 connection fee! Could not phone the store (policy won't allow) so now I have to drive back, or spend precious more time on the phone with Bell. What a complete disaster. STAY AWAY!
