The store leader Tiffanie Baker had spent 45 minutes speaking with her support to have an order for a pre order phone with trade in and bonuses and when i went to pick up the store changed and increased the phone price by $400 and would not honour the original price

Not happy with their service at all, way too many options for you to choose from, do not use this store

I have a very bad experience at this store.
I went there on 17 Dec 2023 for purchasing Apple Airpods Pro.
Before leaving from my house I just checked the deal that there is a free Airpods case with the purchase.
I asked for the same, the POS representative boy just simply refused me and said there is no such deal on this product.
Then after asking again he confirmed from her senior, she checked and said yes we have the same deal.
When I told them that is not good to refuse without making sure that there is a deal.
Then his senior girl talk to me very aggressively in such a way that they want to have a fight.

Such behaviour is not acceptable at any cost.

You guy's are not good sales representative.

I was there to purchase something and they make my experience worst ever.
I never ever purchase anything from this store and I advise others as well not to come this store.

The staff is really friendly. I love the customer service. They had some technical issues with activation or something but they carefully handled it and gave me the best plan and saved me a lot of money. Then I had issues with the device they changed it right away. I love the way they treat me. I suggest everyone to visit this store to buy their new device.

They make it impossible to speak with someone at the store, I just want to ask a question and they have 99 options that none goto an actual person. Lost a lifetime of sales from me.
