Went to the mobile store inside masonville mall to upgrade my phone and was given excellent service. Knowledgeable and accomodating staff. Highly recommended.

Felt so insulted by 2 associates in the store. Their customer service is 0. Came back to return my phone and they refused to take it back saying it is out of their policy. Refusal should be in a polite way rather than stepping back, sit back on the chair pick up your personal phone and say we are not taking returns it is out of our policy. So rude that they started showing their policy in a rude way by pulling out some paper. I was guaranteed to return the phone until jan 11th but they straight away denied that it does not apply to phones. Spoke with customer service over the phone and they said you can still return it until jan 11th and asked me to go to another best buy. These 2 associates were different than who sold the phone to me. Only if I had their names I would have mentioned it.

*DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST*
This holiday season, we were looking to find sound isolating headphones for a gift and were (thankfully) sent an email with Black Friday sales including JBL sound isolating headphones for a great price. When we went to the store to pick up a pair on a presale, the associate confirmed that these headphones were sound isolating but unfortunately the store didn’t have any on hand at the Masonville area location. I immediately ordered some online (from the parking lot of BestBuy). Much to my surprise, these headphones arrived at my home, and are not sound isolating! So now - 1) it’s far too late to buy Black Friday sales from anywhere else (there were so many other options available), 2) I’m still missing a gift for a loved one, and 3) when I asked for assistance or even compassion from the sales clerk, I was met with excuses that the store doesn’t have anything to do with the information on flyers or emails (which sounds untrue and concerning), and that there was nothing they could do for the blatant false advertising that has left me not only disappointed, but without any faith in Best Buy as a local business. I feel like I was taken advantage of and that my value as a customer is based purely on monetary gain. Sounds like Mr. Scrooge to me!

Once a new device is activated, they no longer assume responsibility for any issues. Service is often denied, with instructions to contact either the manufacturer or the wireless service provider. My provider informed me that the store should replace a damaged device within a 14-day period. However, when I requested an exchange just five minutes after purchase, I was told to return later due to a queue of customers awaiting new activations. Both the manufacturer and the carrier directed me back to the store, citing it as their responsibility. It seems their commission is their primary concern. This issue seems specific to this particular Best Buy location; other stores do not have this problem.

Want to send a huge Thank You to Logan in the Computer Department at the Best Buy located near Masonville in London, ON. He made my visit purposeful, as he explained in simple terms the difference between the laptops on display and what I would need and not need based on the questions I answered to him. Now my family has new computers for school. Thanks so much Logan!

Went to my provider next door to Best Buy Mobile and for what ever reason they had all of their phones off of display.how am I supposed to look at what I’m buying before I do. So, I went here because they have all providers and ALL current phone models on display.
I was greeted by Mel immediately and he sat down with me and explained everything about my upgrade options throughly. They have a huge variety of phone accessories, tablet accessories, phones, etc.
I would 100% be back in the future if I ever needed any cellular needs all thanks to Mel’s amazing customer service. ̈

Visited already three times for different needs. Each time with different staff. All the staff were super friendly every time, and took great interest in helping my family and problem-solving each case. I left feeling very supported. Wow!

I am with Fido and this is the best plan from Best Buy hence this is not the actually store of Best Buy inside Masonville Mall. That is their mobile department and service provider. But the actually Best Buy store just across the street on Hylands Centre May have more options there including the one at the south location across from White Oaks Mall beside Jack Astor’s restaurant (South location). If I do upgrade for a new phone in the future. I will get either the iPhone 14 Pro or the newer generation whenever it is the right time for me to buy a new Apple iPhone. I would buy my from Best Buy the one across the street from the mall since I like shopping at Best Buy for electronics there than from the Apple Store. Apple Store is good for buying new phones and iMacs including special services there. I prefer Best Buy for any phone related services from them instead.

The manager of this location's Geek Squad was very helpful in describing methods to get a printer to properly connect to a laptop. This was good as the availability of I. T.assistance for some printer manufacturers has deteriorated in recent years. The quality of the printer purchased at this location was not an issue and the challenges of getting it to connect properly to a laptop were quickly resolved in a conversation with the manager of this location's Geek Squad.

Trying not to cry while leaving this, I'm SO upset. My dear friend, who is indigenous, was in there to purchase an item. She is a worker in the Catholic school system and is a beautiful mother to her children. She was trying to find someone, a clerk, to help her and couldn't get anyone's attention. Almost like they avoided her. She found one gentleman, who said he was just going on his break and left her. No "here, talk to my coworker" he just walked away. Once she found someone who DID help her, she was rung up and her item bagged, she was THEN STOPPED AT THE DOOR to have her bag checked. No other customer had their bag checked. This is not the USA, here there are obviously two sets of laws. This is CANADA, we are ABOVE this behavior.
I was physically disgusted at her treatment, and will not be supporting Best Buy. DO better

Rude, difficult, lacking in knowledge. Also, they refuse to sell unlocked phones even though BB website shows several unlocked available at their location. This is my 2nd time coming to buy something - but I walked away this time. Absolutely the worst purchasing experience. Won't ever come back.

Horrible customer service! The guys working there don’t know how to talk to the customers. Perfect example of arrogance. Go take your business somewhere else.
