Okay, I’ll give them 5+ since it turned out to be the only place where they physically found the model of headphones I needed for purchase. In general, be aware: this whole Best Buy is just a showcase of an online store, which is also called Best Buy. The goods from the window are not for sale, but order and wait for the parcel (10 days) of your desired item on Tyrnet.

Extremely unhelpful staff. I wanted some AirPods and i was already decided on which one but the guy that was helping me was super unhelpful. It almost seem like it was a bother to buy from them. I took my business elsewhere where they are more helpful. Train your staff better.

Even 1 star is too much, I visited with literally money in my hand to buy Iphone 15, none of the staff working there could be bothered to even acknowledge us let alone help. It was like they are doing a charity service here, finally a guy started to assist but was rudely interrupted by another employee and I was told to stand in queue (same one for inquiry as well as sale) like I was here to buy Candy. Finally bought the phone from Woodstock best buy without a hassle. This one is the worst Best Buy I have ever visited.

I visited the store to buy an iPhone and the guy did not attend us properly. Upon asking for the plan he behaved rudely and showing the bad attitude as he was giving the phone for free.
Not a good place to but anything.

Ordered twice, both orders canceled without explanation. Ended up shopping on Amazon. So frustrating.

We walked into this Best Buy Mobile store in Vaughan Mills close to closing time, after having run around to different stores, trying to take advantage of the recent back-to-school deal. When we walked in, we weren't sure if we'd be able to get anything done, as the store was closing. Jean-Luc and Waqar were extremely helpful and got right down to business. Jean-Luc knew exactly what to do and both him and Waqar worked together to help us get signed up for a new mobile data plan. I have never met any employees as as passionate and dedicated as they are. Everything worked out perfectly at the end, because they stayed past closing time to help us.
We're so grateful that Jean-Luc and Waqar were able to help us without hesitation with great confidence. They sure deserve to be employees of the month!

While I do not normally write reviews, I had the pleasure of being helped by Jean-Luc recently and I felt the only way to do him service is by posting a review. Jean-Luc was genuinely helpful and showed care for my concerns while helping me pick out the right phone to upgrade to and what plan would suit my needs best. Not only did he make me feel welcome, he did not treat me like any other customer, his help was tailored to my needs. On top of that, the guy is naturally fun to be around, which made my entire shopping experience that much better!

Highly recommend Jean-Luc at the Vaughan Mills location.

Very courteous staff, but did not help with a critical issue. Just replaced it with another gadget, without bothering to consider customers' loss of effort put into setting up, configuring, etc, due to gadget breakdown within 15 days. Instead demanded additional costs to copy setup data that was lost due to gadget breakdown. Horrible experience giving one star just for courteous staff

Today I got a horrible and unacceptable experience at Best Buy mobile. Yesterday I placed an order online and today received an email that my order is ready. Great, fast. In the email is clearly stated that I have to provide 2 pieces of ID. Understandable, no questions. When I arrived I open on my phone a government-approved (if I am not mistaken) app eID-ME and showed the salesperson my driver's license.she refused even to look, she requested a hard copy. When I asked why it is not acceptable, she told me that Best Buy's policy requires a HARD copy. I shoved her that in email is not specified Hard copy, just ID. In the past, I had an opportunity to ask a police officer if the digital copy of my driver's license is acceptable, as well I asked at the medical office if the digital copy of my OHIP is acceptable. In both cases, I received a positive answer. The store manager was near and he heard our conversation. He told me that on the website is stated HARD copy. When I asked him to show it to me, of course, he could not find it. He apologized for the incorrect information etc. On my way out, I stopped by the same salesperson and wanted to tell her that she was incorrect in requesting a hard copy (as we agreed with the manager, that a digital copy is acceptable). OMG, she just ignored me and was telling the manager that she will not talk to me.
It is not the first time I was visiting this store, usually, staff is very friendly, but today VERY NEGATIVE experience.

I visited Best Buy Mobile in Vaughan Mills recently. I was looking to upgrade my cell phone and buy some accessories. I really want to say the staff person that helped me was really wonderful. Anjola was very personable, knowledgeable and provided me with a number of options that were within my budget, so that I could make the best decision for me. I hope Best Buy recognizes great employees like Anjola who are dedicated to really helping the customer. It makes purchasing from Best Buy Mobile an easy process. Thank you to Anjola!
