While they did a great job trimming my dog's nails I was charged $30 instead of $20 for a nail trim because my dog was "trouble"

Pup always comes home looking great. Only concern some might have is the length of time they are there. All day. Cut is great and people always seem kind and helpful.

My first experience here was great; the girl who clipped my dogs nails was very friendly and understood that my dog was very nervous considering she was abused her entire life until I had adopted her a few months ago. The girl recommended coming back every couple of weeks to get her into the routine of things, however, I was there yesterday and it was a different blonde girl who was super rude and overcharged me. She took my dog back and within 1 minute was back out again, then passed me the debit machine that stated $40. When I asked why it was more than double from 2 weeks ago, she replied with "yeah your dog is savage and it took me, and 2 other girls to hold her down, including my manager. " For one, it's absolutely disgusting to not even communicate that she was incapable for clipping my dogs nails by herself, as well as charging me for her needing assistance. You should never assume because I'm a customer that you can just charge me whatever you feel like for a service without consulting me first. I personally don't even want to leave 1 star.

Just moved to St Catharines and so glad I found Best Friends. They took very good care of my Havi and she looks adorable.

The best place you can bring your dog. My puppy was needing of grooming. They taking in and provide the best service with a lot of love and dedication. I highly recommend this place and for sure I will come back

I brought my BFF Milo my 8 month old shitzu to have his haircut done here after several unsuccessful trips to our usual groomers and they were very patient with his needs to take their time with him and now he's no longer a wooley mammoth, but a cute happy little boy with the great job that they did with him!

They are wonderful people with excellent customer service who take great care and do such a good job grooming. Highly recommend.

We have brought our golden retriever here several times and we love the results. They do a great job grooming and have the biggest hearts for caring for our furry friends.

Excellent and speedy service! Brought our sweet old girl Roxy in for nail trimming. Roxy normally gets very stressed and anxious. The staff was wonderful with her and Roxy is much happier too!

My dog has been going there for many years and she’s always taken care of very well. It’s not easy to trust a grooming place and the comment a reviewer said about it smelling like pee and being a mess in the front is absurd. I’ve been there so many times and never experienced this.

They are very nice and efficient every time I bring my little fur baby for nails. Love this place.
