We can’t say enough about how the peace of mind you will have knowing your pet is in the best possible place and space. Our dog literally cries in excitement to get there and paces the back seat knowing we are close. The owners are incredible people and we literally choose always them over anyone to watch our dog. The beautiful open space to play, make friends and exercise with loads of shade is like no other. Truly blessed and grateful for this pet resort.

This is Part 2 of my review! So our dog legit lies down in front of the gate not wanting to come home. Trust me she has an amazing life at home. But how amazing she does not want to leave her space where it’s safe and fun! The owners are the very best. It’s home. We are so lucky to have them in our dog’s life. When we say are you going to see Kim and Perry, our dog goes to the door at home and is over the moon! You’ll never feel guilty leaving them ever.

The best dog facility ever. Perry & Kim have been providing walks, daycare and boarding for my dog since he was a puppy. He is now 6 and the only place we trust to care for him. We moved away but still drive 2 hours to get their help for my dog. They treat all dogs like their own and have the best property. My dog loves to go there and loves the owners as much as I do. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Called to inquire about the cost of doggy day care. We have been going to a local doggy day care for about a year that has unfortunately had to close. We were given a recommendation from a local kennel to call up Best Friends Dog Walking & Pet Resort. I called to inquire about the prices and the availability as we now have to search for a new doggy day care. The owner was quite rude and passive aggressive as she stated "everyone has gotten dogs during covid and they do not take 70-80 dogs like other places". I sympathize with the reality doggy day care is in a higher demand now that people are returning to work but I was simply calling as prices or availability are not listed on the website. In the future, list prices/availability on your website or answer your phone without being rude to questions about your business.

We’ve used several dog walking, dog boarding and dog daycare services, nothing has come close to the outstanding service at Best Friends. We have total confidence in Kim and Perry, they truly love the dogs and treat them like their own. Safety, fun and individual attention are priorities. Our dog loves going there and is totally exhausted when he gets home. Highly recommend!

If there is a doggie heaven on earth.this is it! Acres of completely safe and secure running space and play areas. All the dogs are loved like family members. Dogs are well screened to ensure they are good together.which they are. Constant 'visiting' with Instagram posts all day long. Best dog-camp ever!

We were so thrilled to have found this amazing pet resort operated by Kimberly and Perry who truly love animals. Right from our initial meeting I knew this was the place I had been hoping to find. I had been all over the Niagara region prior to finding this resort. The dogs get lots of outdoor playtime, walks to sniff all the scents and to be dogs off leash. The dogs sleep on dog beds in their home when staying overnight which ensures the dog’s safety and comfort. We found heaven on earth for our Finley!

I can't say enough about my recent experience with Kim! She was amazing!

Although I did not actually use her service, when I was desperately in need of help she found someone who could help me out! There are absolutely wonderful people in this world and she's one of them!

I am going away on my dream vacation to Egypt. I have been waiting to go there since In I was 10 years old. I also have three cats, one who is 20 and who's diabetes, that had been in remission suddenly changed 2 weeks before I was to leave. I had hoped it was only an infection that caused it and that treatment would reverse things again. But no. So now I'm days from leaving on my vacation and I dont have someone who felt confident to care for him and I dont want him to suffer either. He was becoming very ill, very quickly. I had actually made an appt.to euthanize him! I was really heart broken because I knew that insulin would be all he needs to safe him! But I also know that it can be tricky to administer if you don't know what you are doing.

On the day of the appt I called my vet in desperation hoping for some help and she gave her Kim's phone number! When I called I got an answering machine. But I left a message and hoped for the best!

I was actually on my way to the vet to euthanize my sweet kitty when Kim called and said "She could not care for him but she knew someone who could! " Kim made all the calls and found the person for me!

What an amazing person she is! I was just blown away by how a complete stranger could come to my and my kitty Dexter's rescue! So my appt.became a healing experience!

I am so appreciative and grateful to her. I am certain that someone who can do all that must be truly dedicated and loving to the pets she cares for!

I would recomend her even without meeting her!

Gorgeous facility where the dogs run free all day and watched over by 2 amazing dog lovers! It's doggie heaven for sure. My boy LOVES going there and doesn't ever want to leave when I pick him up. That's a sign of a happy, tired dog.

We have been taking our two dogs to Best Friends Resort for the past 3 years. Each time we pick them up its evident how well they have been cared for. I love that they are on Facebook and post pics and videos of their guests. Each day we were away we looked forward to seeing our babies and other babies. It is so wonderful to go away and not worry about them. Heartfelt thank you from Dan and Marlene.

I have brought my dog here multiple times for overnight stays and I am so happy I found them! The property is amazing and my dog loves running around their fields. I felt like my dog was really well taken care of and that her individual needs were well looked after. I love that they operate kennel free and allowed my dog to sleep in their home as if she were in her own home. Can’t say enough- I’m so grateful for your services.

Whenever we travel to the Niagara Region we always take our dog Hobbs to Best Friends Dog Walking & Pet Resort. The owners are so kind and you can tell they really love all the dogs that stay with them. They have a passion for their work and it shows. I never worry leaving Hobbs with them because you can tell from their Facebook and Instagram photos that he is enjoying himself with all of his new four legged friends. Whenever we go to pick him up he never wants to leave. We cannot wait to bring our new dog Rylee)

I really love this place. As dog owners who have lived in Toronto for years and benefited from the wide array of dog walking and doggy daycare services, we worried when we moved to the country that we would not find something suitable for our dog, who we really would never board in a traditional kennel.

When I tell people about the Resort, I usually add that I would like to stay and just enjoy the views - any dog here is a lucky dog. The place is massive - tons of space to roam and play, and the "kennel" that owners really only use to feed the dogs, is gorgeous.they could rent it on AirBnB for humans. On top of that the owners Kim and Perry are friendly and genuinely care about the safety of your fur baby - they take the time to evaluate every dog and ensure it's going to have a great time. We can't wait to make better use of their Resort in the future.

I love love LOVE this place, it's my 2 dogs' happy place which makes it my happy place too:) What's not to love? … loads of wide open (fenced in) spaces full of wonderful green things to sniff and piddle on. They run and play and frolic until they are pooped, they have a nap and are back at it again! I love that Perry and Kim treat each dog as if it were there own beloved pooch. I send my guys for day camps for supervised socialization and playtime and when I'm away, I know all the dogs are happily curled up in the house with them at night, dreaming about the next day's adventures in paradise. I'm fussy when it comes to my boys. Nothing but the best for the monsters and with Best Friends… that's just what I get, the BEST

Friendly, safe, clean, and with loads of room for my pooch to romp in the country.this doggie paradise. Perry and Kim are knowledgeable, kind and trustworthy. I love this place and highly recommend it.

The most amazing resort and will not leave our Jax with anyone else. We have tried other "resorts" in the past and nothing compares to best friends. Kim and Perry are amazing people and treat our dog like it's their own! Sleep inside, 10 acres of running space.can't believe how well they are taken care of. Strongly recommend!

Our dog Max, loves going to the Pet Resort for an occasional holiday. He is always well cared for and loved like a part of their family. Highly recommend!
