I went there for haircut before holidays. Styled hair looked okay but after a wash haircut looked so bad. So I called them and they scheduled another appointment with another hairstylist. She did a great job. Really happy with my haircut now. So depends on who cuts your hair.

My daughter was 100%satisfied today. Kim was supper nice, listened to what she wanted and also gave her tips on how to style.

Very expensive for such a poor service

Haircolor the product they use not good at all. Got my hair color and for my daughter and paid $600 and after one wash color washed out and hair becomes so dry, fizzy and rough. Service is ok but product they use is not good at all. And also i feel they are overpriced compare to others.

This is the second time I called them and they are booked for four days. Sounds like they need more employees rather than being busy. I got a decent haircut when I went there a few months ago.

Best haircut I have ever had. Paul’s attention to detail is amazing. Would definitely recommend for anyone is looking for a great haircut. After getting a haircut here I wouldn’t go for a haircut anywhere else.

I really like this salon. All the staff members are so polite and I would always prefer pawanpreet for threading and waxing eyebrows. Must say she always did a great job. Really recommend this place for hair styling and esthetician work

The salon is very clean and well kept. The stylist did a nice job on my hair. However, when I got my bill, my heart sank. The prices for colour and cut for women are very high here. I would like them to be more transparent about their prices. A family member (with the same type of hair as me but longer) got the exact same treatment as me at another salon (during Covid) for half the price I paid. (I’m happy to pay a bit extra to help pay for PPE etc, but companies need to realize that we need to pay our own bills too. I never received a regular pay increase from my employer to deal with extra fees etc for things, but I’m still expected to look clean, professional and well kept for my job.)

Worst place. Went there only couple customers but still the guy didn’t give service. Avoid it!

I went all the way from Hamilton to Kitchener.got a haircut by Paul today and it was awesome.when cutting my hair and beard. He didn’t rush and I felt very cared for. The whole staff was also very nice and professional.

The service provided at this salon is highly appreciated. I got my hair coloured by Sandy and I love the way it looks. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. The overall vibe of the salon is amazing. Would definitely recommend if you are trying to get work done from somewhere affordable and want a good job done.

Today was the first time I went there and I was really happy to see the service and attention to detail Paul put into cutting my hair. Usually other places will try to get you out ASAP using the machine only but Paul took his time. Probably one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time.
