From beginning to end great customer service experience! Set up was a few minutes and take down a few minutes. The jumping castle was amazing and all the kids loved it. We were super happy with the experience and will be using this company again for future jumping castle rentals!

Best rate party rentals exceeded my expectations! They let us pick it up the night before they're coming to pick it up the day after super easy to set up kids had the best time ever will totally be renting again! My daughter was so happy to have a bounce house for her 5th birthday and her friends had so much fun!

We had an amazing experience with Best Rate Party Rentals this weekend. They were friendly, professional, and by far the best price in Essex county for both the rental as well as the delivery fee to a rural address. The Disney character bounce house was a huge hit at our son’s birthday party and we most definitely will be return customers. Thank you for a great experience.
