Best Western Halton Hills

Great room for a reasonable price. Wonderful bed and room. I thought it might be noisy because of its location but it was really quiet. I would definitely go back.

This was a last minute stay for my wedding. The previous hotel had required a two night minimum. However, when I contacted best western halton hills they informed me my guests could stay for 1 night. I changed everyone over immediately. Halton hills was amazing to deal with. So helpful and patient with all my questions, accommodated all my guests. And even allowed us to check out late because we had to clean up at the venue. I wish I had all the names of the women I spoke with, but the front desk staff went over and above and were such a pleasure to deal with.
Rooms/grounds/breakfast area all very clean and tidy.

Was what we needed. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We only needed one night to save us from driving home. Downtown Toronto was too expensive. Standard continental breakfast, which we skipped and would have been too late for anyway. We would go back if we needed it for similar reasons, not just to get away. This hotel id functional. One thing (true of most rooms). People often travel in two's but there is only, ever, one comfortable chair. This is something I don't understand.

Had a surprise layover due to airport shenanigans. Called them around 1am, the very polite night shift woman, got a room for us. Room was spacious, clean, had quite a few amenities, perfect for a couple who desperately needed a place to crash for the night. Thank you to the lovely woman working the desk in the middle of the night!

Place is absolutely disgusting. Would rather sleep on the street. And the dumb brown security guard harassing ppl better be careful.

The rooms were clean but cold. Took forever for the room to warm up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was hot and had a decent selection. A bit out of the way if you are visiting the GTA, but it was all that was available.

A nice open spacious lot. Close to Shoeless Joe's Restaurant, (Seems like it's part of the same property).

The dog in a neighbouring room barked most of the night. Nice towels. T. V.didn't work, had to fet someone to come down to change the source. Wish there was more than one tea bag in the room and the coffee maker is on a shelf at eye level and couldn't be moved, very difficult to pour water in it.

Diane was great at helping us get what we need and then some! Greatly recommend A+

Staff were highly courteous and professional. Diane especially was a treat at the front desk!

Stayed here for 3 nights for work accommodations. As a general warning, be careful of bathtubs since they can be very slippery and I did slip in the bathtub on my first morning and fell on my lower back. But they do provide bath mats rolled up in the corner and handrails. So make sure to use those and don't make the same mistake I did. I don't fault them with that though since when I called the front desk they were very helpful and accommodating and prevention was provided.

It wasn't necessary, but housekeeping went above and beyond and cleaned up during the day while I was at my job. So I came back to a made bed and clean room. They provide complimentary breakfast and the food was tasty. It's a motel styled so the rooms are accessed from outside but there seemed to be plenty of parking. It's close to many restaurants and stores too to get whatever you need to get. I'd certain recommend staying here if you're in Georgetown.

We stayed for three nights at this lovely hotel in November. We were met by Vickie who looked after our needs the whole time we were there. The hotel was clean, and the room was ground floor rear which was very quiet. The breakfasts were good, enough choices and options. It seemed to be quite a busy hoptel, but we didn't know because of the excellent organization.

Landlord/owner's over grown child uncle is crazy. Has a fake french accent too.

Update: I'm talking about the one with the fake accent

It was the worst hotel of my life because it had the worst type of tub, for taking a shower, in its bathroom! Also, because my father slipped, very badly, in its tub, and hurt himself, very badly!
There were also no slippers, for the bathroom use, which is also very bad and dirty! Because it makes the hotel room, very dirty, after each use, of the bathroom!

Clean and friendly staff, highly recommend. Shoeless Joes in the parking lot with a convenience store nearby. Great location.

Staff was great and the room was comfortable. The walls are a bit thin and allowed too much noise through from neighboring guests.

Loved this best western the staff were nice, the room was extremely clean, and the grab and go breakfast was a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone debating on staying here

This is a motel not a hotel. Rooms smelled of ozone from years of smoking use even in the non-smoking area. This is NOT worth what is being charged for. 170+ dollars a night for this? Should be $95 max.

Absolutely horrible, rude staff, charged me a $80 fee for having a friend in my room for a drink (pre covid) refused to reimburse the extra charge.
Dec 31 2015 - Jan 1 2016. I just noticed my review was no longer there so I readded it. Have been a best western platinum elite member since then and I have never been treated as poorly as I was that night.

Excellent hotel especially with young kids!

I have two small children and it was so nice to park outside our hotel room. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast selection was good. I would highly recommend staying here.

Outstanding! This place is a "GEM". From the time we call from ottawa to make reservation to the time of our arrival miss Diane was there. So sweet, so warm and extremely welcoming. Miss Diane a special thank you to You. Then we checked the room, very nice, clean, the beds were comfy. NO OVERSIZED BIG FURNITURE. Keep it light. We had a great night sleep and went for the breakfast the next morning. Then we met this other wonderful lady Shirlen who ask us if we have been there before and the answer was negative so she took us around the breakfast room and showed us everything. Great work gals. We felt at home. Great customer service! BUILD IT THEY WILL COME, WE CAME AND WILL BE Back. We appreciated all your efforts inn this period of covid19. Great job tx again. Stay safe.

Guest rooms are clean and comfortable.

Good hotel, staff are very good.breakfast is not good. No Lift, so if you have heavy luggage then you might have problem.

So as i was told the bacon there was turkey bacon. So i’m fixing my review to 5 stars since i didn’t realize that, some other breakfast foods were decent, but next time i’ll do toast and water.
But the rooms were great and very comfortable and that’s the most important part.
I slept so well, beds were amazing and it’s nice to have cable.

So dirty. Smears of something disgusting on the bedspread which was tucked against my pillow.and there was a small, rolled piece of toilet paper or kleenex in the sheets. Really gross.
Dust and spider webs all over the lamp cord, the electrical outlet didn't work and light bulbs were burnt out.

Very clean, very friendly. I have stayed in a lot of hotel/motels, and this one was exceptional. I think the price was very acceptable for what you get, not over priced at all. I love this old style rooms where you can drive right up to your room. Breakfast was good too.

Great Motel-style hotel. Direct access to the outdoors. I liked being able to park my car and walk directly to my room without always having to walk through the lobby or main entrance. Beds are very comfortable. I heard another guest comment on the beds as we were both checking out. They have an extensive selection of hot and cold foods. Everything from eggs and sausages to cereal and yogurt. Different variety of juices and hot beverages; teas, hot chocolate, coffee, etc. All the staff I came across were warm and friendly which I appreciated first thing in the morning. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

For the price and quality of our room, not satisfied. Up all night from sounds outside our room. TV signal weak. Probably never stay there again.

Wonderful stay. Clean room. Friendly evening front desk staff and AMAZING dinning room staff. Good breakfast with variety of hot and fresh food. Dinning room staff made sure everyone is satisfied with food and attentive to assist as well. Worth the stay.

This hotel is not habitable. The rooms are musty and moldy and I had a severe breathing problem so that I checked out in the middle of the night to find another hotel. This is a converted 2-storey motel, not of the standard I've come to expect from Best Western. The Department of Health needs to make a visit.

$169 plus tax takes you to $190.in Georgetown? !? ! Had a makeshift enclosure outside my room hiding an electrical box. Been banging and rattling all night. Pic attached. Small room, musty smell, showered almost in the dark due to bad lighting. Hoping I don’t have to EVER stay here again.

As one of the only hotels in Georgetown I wasn't too sure what to expect. However the rooms were clean and all the services were as advertised. Located in a quiet section of town. Easily accessible to local stores. Staff are friendly. Will use again.

The Best Western in Georgetown far exceeded my expectations of a small town hotel. The grounds and facilities are kept in immaculate condition. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was very neat and clean, and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in in any hotel, including Canada, the U. S, Mexico and Cuba.

Location / Location with the added value of a great rate & superior hospitality. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, huge parking lot and nice rooms. A very reasonable breakfast with fantastic local sausages and fresh eggs. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Best Western in Georgetown for two nights. The rooms we're clean and well decorated, just like the picture on the advertisement. Staff were pleasant, polite, and helpful. Only problem we had with our stay. Someone parked in a no parking spot were you get out to your car, I am handy capped and had to walk over landscape to get to my car. Very inconsiderate. Can they not read were it says no parking?

Stayed for a night because car needed repair.clean quiet room has microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, even ironing board, free breakfast and most importantly very friendly and helpful staffs

Way over priced should be a motel not a hotel, is in need of upgrades rooms are very small and outdated.no elavater.no pool no government discount on weekends.
