The rooms are okay. There was peeling wallpaper in my room and the room was very humid.
The humidity made my stay uncomfortable, as even the bed was slightly damp. It could have been due to the heat we were experiencing, but I believe the installation is poor which caused the humidity.

Great value for your money. The room was ready when we arrived. It was clean and the bed was great. We met the manager and he was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Wonderful staff, great service. Clean comfortable hotel. I liked the well equipped gym. Breakfast was awesome.

We stayed this week for one night on our trip east. We arrived about midnight and were greeted warmly by the front desk staff member.
The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great. I do not find feather pillows comfortable and that seemed to be the only option. This did impact my sleep (there should be another option available in the room).
Breakfast wears about the best “breakfast included” breakfast I have had. We usually just skip these after taking a look. The food was well prepared and delicious. The wait staff were very friendly.

I had a fantastic stay. Dwayne was so friendly at front desk.
The outdoor pool was so nice on a hot day.everything was top notch clean. Breakfast staff very friendly with a great free buffett. 5 Stars all the way.

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was nice, attached restaurant was good too. I wish the pool was indoor but at least it's heated. Only lost a star because they don't have an elevator so it was annoying to lug our stuff up and down the stairs.

I stayed one night with my dog. Had no issues at all, there was even a welcoming gift package for my dog. Also, shower was amazing, lots of water pressure, I felt in a spa. Bed sheets were very clean. Breakfast had lots of options. Very satisfied with my stay.

Such a comfortable and welcoming hotel. We had a very clean, well-appointed room and a terrific breakfast. We will definitely return and would definitely recommend a stay here.

After calling another hotel in the area and getting poor service, James answered my call and was able to get me a room as requested without any issues. James provided excellent customer service, check in was extremely fast and efficient, and the room was clean and as described.
The reason I would be back is because how I was treated over the phone.

This was a nice hotel, neat and clean and a good night's sleep. The staff at the check-in desk were also very friendly.

We chose this hotel because it is one hour from downtown Montreal, and easy access to the 401. This hotel is clean clean clean! The sheets are fresh and white as are the towels. The mattress was firm yet soft and comfortable. Lots of pillows to choose from, soft to hi-loft. The double doors are brilliant for dampening hallway noise.
We took advantage of the breakfast buffet, which had a variety of hot and cold choices. We did not have a waffle, but they looked delicious. The bacon pan was full, which sometimes runs low in other hotels. The coffee was hot and served to our table by the most courteous staff. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We shall return!

Edit- kind of a scam. Not sure how my room on A Saturday busy night was 150 for double queen and on a Thursday night not busy at all.you charge 230 for a single bed. Price gouging at its finest. I came back here on my return trip for good price.but instead paid almost 100 more for half the room. Wont be back

Was here for the Rotary District 7040 meeting. I was overall favorably impressed with the catering and food service staff. However, their one mistake in the conference main room cost them a star: cater-waiters rattling silverware, teacups and saucers etc.during presentations and discussions. Other than that they were attentive, fast, efficient, polite. I was truly impressed. Another good thing was the food: leaning vegetarian, lots of pickles on the relish tray and A+ in my book. Thanks.
