Best Western Plus Orangeville Inn & Suites

Clean and well appointed. Some of my colleagues complained that their heaters were noisy, but I didn't have that experience.

Neat and clean. They provide a big breakfast. Best thing is there is a Boston Pizza next to it.

Very nice room. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. I was looking forward to the fireplace in our room. Did not like that it was just a wall insert. The bulb was burnt out so we saw no flame but the heat worked. Next time I will go for the jacuzzi suite instead. Large hotel with only 1 elevator? The staff is one of the major reasons I will return. The Boston Pizza next door was not so good but many great restaurants just down the road.

Slow check in, hot tub closed, pool temperature & air in pool area was cold. Room was just ok for $200. Breakfast was the highlight, good food!

Called to book a room and was told they only do a minimum two night booking. $150 a night and was told I had to book two nights for roughly $300. Another guest from our party called and was told same thing. Pretty weird policy. Went with another place for half the price.

This hotel is good. The lobby and common areas appear to have been recently remodeled but certain parts of the rooms are noticeably in need of updating. Light switches, wallpaper and tiles appear to be original (from the 90s?). Fading, patches and grout issues are all apparent. The rooms are laidout well and are spacious. I don't know if the two night minimum is still in place but that seems like a bad idea. The hot tub that was under maintenance three months ago still appears to be out of service.
Service was great, there was adequate staff and we're all friendly and looking to make our stay better. The coffee at breakfast still isn't great but lots of other offerings like eggs, potatoes, sausage, toaster items, muffins, oatmeal, waffle and pancakes.
