Best Western Plus Orillia Hotel

The Hot tub and Sauna were closed when I went in June as a precaution with 10's of thousands of people attending Music festivals in Mariposa Park. Went swimming at the Tudhope Park Beach. Far too many School buses pulled up blocking one lane of safe traffic with a flood of campers. The Breakfast was epic at Best Western with more items than any other Hotel Ever. There is a back entrance which leads to quiet rooms by a nature trail. Amazing Staff from front desk, chambermaid and Chefs. Very grateful for your kindness.

The concierge Donna was a great delight to deal with. The customer service Donna gave to my wife and myself made us feel right at home we are definitely staying there again

Really kind staff since the beginning of our stay. Loved the room with the jacuzzi. Had a nice, quiet little get away.

Awful experience here with Alicia, u guys should really retrain ur staff. Yelling at guests and being rude!

Very good location near walking trails. Friendly staff. The rooms were ordinary. The property seems dated. Breakfast was okay. Quiet location. Not sure we will rush back there. I did not feel it was worth the high price we paid. Apparently, prices spike during summer and also on weekends when there are events such as shows in the nearby Casino. Orillia is a pretty location for relaxation.

Good quality hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is American standard but enriched with yogurt and cereal bars.

Lots to enjoy here but cooling system and beds should be updated. We would stay here again.

Absolutely LOVE this space. The location is perfect for anyone who loves to walk or bike to the park or beach (Path directly behind hotel).
Hotel was super clean, and bedding and towels fresh.

BILL and Donna at the front desk.super helpful and sweet. They answered every question I had, and filled me in on events and great spaces to visit. Jerry in the breakfast room was so chipper and adorable.and made each day a pleasant start. It is clear they love sharing their hotel and making your stay memorable.

I look forward to visiting again soon.

The hot tub was shut down by the health department. The hallway door closers were broken so the doors banged all night every time someone came or went. Breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly. Just not worth $220 for a night.

Only got to stay for a day for work but nice hotel, great breakfast which lots of options (omg homefries), and friendly staff.

So I booked a room Sunday. They bill me $279. I get their the bill me $279… now I look and I have another charge $179… $600 on holds on my card…f ing losers.but they will say hello 100 x at 9am F off best western plus! 0 stars

Stayed overnight in May. Initially was assigned to a room facing a noisy road. Asked for a switch, the manager upgraded us to a largerer quiet room with fireplace and jacuzzi. The breakfast was fine.

A bit of an old hotel, the rooms are outdated but the service is awesome! However, they do need to update the hotel, as there are old walls, doors, showers and much more. But overall, the service was exceptionally great and the best thing the hotel can offer!

We really enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the attention to detail. Our room was clean, comfortable, with nice sheets, blankets and plenty of pillows. Bathroom was well stocked and I really appreciated the make up remover wipe which is not usually available at hotels. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a great selection of options that catered to everyone’s need. We were impressed with the availability of peppermint tea, soy milk, chocolate almond milk, gluten free bread, and lactose free yogurt. The other typical options (eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee etc) were good too. But the freshly made waffle was out-of-this-world delicious! Great job Best Western! We will definitely stay more often at your hotels.

Very nice hotel and ideal location. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. The bathroom is a bit small, but we made it work. Nice having a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was good, plenty of variety. The Italian restaurant on site was closed due to the death of the Chef (not listed anywhere about the closure). The gym and spa were also closed for maintenance (nothing listed on the website). They provide a shuttle to the Casino for a fee which comes in handy on a concert night.
No elevator to the 2nd floor if your room is near the main entrance. But free parking.
Friendly staff. Definitely would stay again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, a great breakfast is included and they have a $10/per person shuttle service to the casino for shows.

A little bit on the pricey side but I think the price matches the property, experience, and the clientele.

We had a great time and we will definitely stay at this hotel any time we see a show at Casino Rama.

Best Western is our go to. This Location was well staffed. Friendly. Clean and Reasonable. BW Rewards. Members get discounts and can earn free rooms.

Excellent service. Room was ready and even got to check in early. Front desk staff were awesome for information and check in. Definitely planning a return stay
