Best Western Plus Parry Sound

Clean, neat, and modern. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great complimentary breakfast! Would recommend if staying in parry sound. Always the first choice.

This had to have been the worst hotel stay of my entire life. I travel for work and have experience working in the hospitality industry; never have I experienced such a poorly managed facility as this. I booked this location because of my status and previous experiences with Best Western and the room was beautiful bright and new.but that is the only positive thing i can say regarding my stay. The pool was freezing though the pool room was heated, the housekeepers don't understand what the "DND" sign means, and the front desk staff are seemingly untrained. If I ever return to Parry Sound I will be staying at the Parry Sound Inn down the street which was much more homey.

Awesome Hotel. Beautiful rooms and a huge lobby. Great addition to Parry Sound. Rooms are very nice. Love not having carpet in the rooms. Just feels cleaner. Staff are super friendly. Gina working at the breakfast area was amazing. Will be back for sure!

Front desk staff was very co operative and very good welcome I received. Start of my stay was so good which continue till end. Amazing service from staff and always available upon request. Room was also clean and cleaning service for all days was above expectations. Breakfast service was too good and always willing to accommodate my need.

The great reception was perfect after a long drive. Being a brand new hotel only made it more luxurious. The rooms are a great size with very comfortable beds & the duvet cover is so warm & cozy.

The hotel was so bright and clean. The staff was very friendly and inviting. Rooms were large, clean and stylish. Beds are nice and comfy. I would definitely bring my family back to stay here.

Came for a hockey tournament, everything was excellent. The staff is friendly and super organized. The rooms are very nice, and bed is super comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

New hotel very nicely done inside! Great location near gas, food, grocery. Will stay here every time I'm in Parry Sound.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the hotel is brand new and looks great, the rooms were spacious and well put together. There was only one down side, our room's view was a very nice looking Walmart. To be completely fair I understand why they chose that location, it's right off the highway and there is lots of parking and amenities close by (including the Walmart, which did come in handy), so the location does greatly outweigh the view.

Beautiful place. Very clean with a professional and family friendly environment. Excellent staff and management!
