Best Western Smiths Falls Hotel

The front office staff person, Deval, helped us through a very challenging check-in process that happened because the third party Reservation Service did not get us reserved. That was a frustrating experience but Deval got it sorted for us and we got our reservation fees refunded.
The room was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is excellent for walking about Smiths Falls.

Small place and cosy enough I will make it my home in Smith Falls anytime I am in town.

Overnight stay. Near family when traveling. Quiet location, light traffic. Very helpful and friendly staff
