I have to say on how absolutely satisfied I am with the eavestrough Windows and door that I purchased this summer from bestcan. Quality of workmanship and pride is next to none. The installers took their time to make sure they cleaned up after themselves and provide an A+ experience.
Both Lee and Brian made sure that everything that I picked I was absolutely satisfied with. I would definitely highly recommend this company for your future renovation needs.

For a company called Best Can, you would think I would have a more positive review… my elderly grandmother got her windows re-done with this company and the amount of work my mom and I had to do before painting the trim was absolutely ridiculous. The complete lack of consideration and craftsmanship is comical. My mother and I spent 2 HOURS trying to prep the trim for painting after the workers left globs of caulking everywhere. It seems as though caulking was used for everything making it extremely tedious to sand down.
Very unimpressed with the work that was done and we will not be recommending this company to anybody going forward.

Just a quick note to say thank you and commend your team, especially Vitali and Alex, for a job well done - as we say in the military, Bravo Zulu.
The accessibility ramp has definitely proven itself already - it is so much easier and safer to move our son in/out of the house. The safety strips proved themselves today in the wet weather. They will be invaluable this winter.

This is the second time we used BestCan.
16 years ago we had 12 windows replaced and we were very pleased with that work.

This past week we had our dinning room, living room and family room floors refinished.

Bill Mann handled everything from sending movers for the heavy stuff, scheduled the great, hard working team who does the refinishing of the floors and then scheduled the movers to be back in 48 hours to put the heavy furniture back in place.

We could not be happier with our floors. It looks like we had new floors installed!

The only thing to be aware of if you are having floors done, you need space to store your furniture. As we had all three rooms done at once, it was a little challenging to find space for three rooms of furniture. Once we figured that out, everything else fell into place.

As we had a great experience, we recommend BestCan as an option if you are thinking about having floors done.

Vlado and Arnold changed the windows and glazing on the west elevation (26 feet wide, 12 feet high) of our house in Lynwood in late October.
We could not be more pleased with the product, workmanship, cleanliness and professionalism of this crew. The performance of the window product is amazing in the colder weather and we anticipate great summer performance as well.

I contacted BestCan the 1st week of July asking for a quote for new Windows & doors for our new house being built the fall/spring. The salesperson contacted me the next day and gave me his email address so I could send my drawings showing my window & door schedule. I couldn’t believe my luck! I was soo looking forward to getting that estimate so I could finalize my plans and submit them for my building permit! I tried, unsuccessfully, for several weeks trying to get the salesperson to contact me with an update…anything to reassure me that the quote was in hand? Finally I was instructed to call the office and speak to the owner, Brian. He would be able to look up the quote on his computer but, when I asked to speak to the him, instead of telling me himself, he had one on his staff tell me that they were too busy and that they could no longer provide me with a quote! 5-weeks waiting…down the drain! No recommendations, no, check back with us later, nothing! The little guy falls by the way-side, too bad, so sad! I hope one day, this comes back to bite them? ! They should have had the ‘balls’ to call me nearer the start of the process, to tell me they could do it, instead of wasting 5-weeks of my time! Shame on you!

We had our front door and all of our windows replaced in our 1900s home. The installer Vlado was very talented and did an incredible job. Results are great and price was very reasonable. Recommend 100%.

We got our home siding re-done from BestCan - the workmanship and price were great and the house looks really good. Also, the business was easy to work with and was very prepared with lots of samples to help decide on materials.

Very bad experience, they did not deliver what I asked for and would not fix it after I complained. The windows were not of good quality either, and ceased to function properly after a few years.

Our business dealings with Best Can was great from the very start. Bill had the very best tradespeople carry out the work, which included the installation of patio doors with venetian mini blinds inserted between the glass panels. We love it! An excellent solution to our window treatment needs.

The complete renovation of our main bathroom was also part of the job and again we were impressed with the workers – they conducted themselves with the utmost of care, consulting with us when needed and kept us informed about the work being done.

The project was the replacement of two sliding patio doors. A secondary goal was to find a contractor I might trust with later re-doing all our windows if the doors worked out well. After visiting a half dozen outfits I settled on BestCan because it seemed like a well established professional outfit. I liked Brian Bailey the president right off the bat. He paid attention and seemed interested although the door job was not a huge project. He spent time explaining the options and showing me actual products. In contrast other outfits seemed to be more in a rush to sign up a job than helping me figure out what made sense. BestCan's price was competitive but price was not my principal motive - I wanted to trust the company would do a good job and would stand behind the product and the work - it helped that BestCan has been around for a long time.

I also needed the sills under the doors replaced - BestCan does not do masonry work but they recommended a contractor. I ultimately went with somebody else who did a good job for a good price.

After I had the sills done, one of Brian's teams installed the doors. Vitali and his father did a great job. I was amazed that everything was done and cleaned up within 5 hours as promised. Both showed attention to detail and care in not damaging or disrupting anything else inside (e.g. Hardwood floors) or outside. Vitali explained what he was doing and why - I am inclined to want to know what workers are doing both to learn and to confirm they are competent.

I would strongly recommend Vitali and his dad for their efficiency and skill as well as Brian for his attention and competitive pricing.

This past January we went to the home and garden show at the EY Center with only one goal in mind. To find a contractor to install new bedroom windows for us. We saw a bunch, we even booked a few quotes. We decided to go with BestCan and we couldn’t be happier, the installer’s not only did they show up on time, they were actually early (which is good as I’m a person who panics about timings). I don’t remember their names, but they were very friendly, efficient, constantly cleaning up as they go. Since I also am a typical nosey person I watched them work and maybe sometimes I got to close, lol. They also kept me inform of the steps they were doing, and always wonder if I had any questions and when I did they answered them very quickly. You can easily tell they have been doing this job for awhile there was an easy flow to the work being done. I have another project coming up once the ground thaws and will have no problem contacting BestCan first to see if they can get it done for us.

This has been a challenging year for the window industry given the cancellation of the provincial green energy credits. I had ordered a patio door installation and while their was a delay, in the manufacturing and eventual installation, I am sincerely impressed with the end result. The door was exact to the order specifications, the installation team was friendly, professional and extremely competent. Brian, the owner was respectful and responded to my concerns that I had over the time delay. I would not hesitate to recommend Best Can and I will be purchasing from them in the future!

I had two triple-pane casement windows replaced by BestCan at the end of November. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. The work was complicated since it's an older house (1940s) and I wanted to maintain the 'classic' look inside and out. When Roy came to give me a quote, he took the time to consider all the options and come up with a well-thought out solution (something the two other companies I got quotes from didn't do to nearly the same extent). When the windows were ready, tinstaller did a fantastic job - he was very careful and clearly knows his work. Plus he kept the areas very clean (no small task at that time of year!). Roy was pretty quick to respond to questions and great to work with. I would definitely go back to BestCan for other jobs around the house - glad they do more than just windows!
