Besties Pet Spa & Cuisine

I have been taking my Golden Retriever, Copper, to Besties since he was a small puppy for grooming & other services. Their staff is so friendly & patient with him. I always leave with a smile on my face (as does Copper). They are incredibly helpful, informative & accommodating. 5/5 stars, would highly recommend!

They care for each and every dog that comes in to be pampered. The staff is very friendly and you are doggie greeted also!

My boy loves it here! Friendly staff great atmosphere! Overall just a great place to take my little Chihuahua! Extremely cheap for nail cutting as well which is a bonus!

Took Buddy (who has MAJOR catittude) to Besties for the 1st time today for his lion cut. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The girls did a great job even though Buddy was NOT cooperative.

Went to Besties for help with a fussy cat eater. Woman who waited on me said the brand that she fed her cat was great and sold it to me. My cat would not eat it - I took it back to store and they will not take it back. Only pet store that wont. After talking me into buying it, you would think they would stand behind the product. Very disappointed. Lost money and trust!

Very nice local pet food store and grooming. Lots of good stuff here and they do a great job grooming.

They go above and beyond to help their clients. Very responsive and tremendously accommodating.

I went into by dog food while I was staying with my daughter in Bloomfield. My daughter accidentally bought the wrong food. She brought it out to the car and I immediately took in back in to return it! I was told by the owner, that I could only do an exchange or store credit for something I literally bought two seconds ago! So as I don’t live near here and at the point have no desire what so ever to step back into this store again, due to not getting my money back from food I just bought. So now I have no food, no money back, just a store credit. I did get a 55$ toy for my dog with my store credit that she didn’t really need, but I just wanted to get out of that store as soon as possible. But I will never ever go back there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else going in either. In my opinion that’s just straight greed on their part.

My Sheltie cross has had the best grooming in the whole time I've had her.
