Super friendly, approachable and knowledgeable staff. Prices were great and it’s awesome that they make the products they sell on-site. They delivered the wrong bed frame by accident and were here the next day with the correct one. Highly recommend and glad that I didn’t give my money to a big chain when I was able to support a local business instead.

We've gone through several mattresses from other stores over the years. Bestway bedding offered many different options and custom solutions for a long lasting mattress for my son. The mattress fabric cover ripped along the seam after 7 months of use. They picked up the mattress and put a brand new fabric cover on it, the same day. I highly recommend this place for bedding, it's the best in the region and they stand behind their work.

I was lucky enough to win a dog bed on Facebook for my 10 year old Boston Terrier, Charlie. I had been looking for a bed that would give him some support because he is having problems with arthritis. The bed I won was bigger than I expected but was firm enough to give him the support he needed. Right away Mike offered to make a bed in the specific measurements I needed, for the area the bed would go. I have never seen a store with such excellent customer service. The bed was ready by the very next day. It is excellent quality and Charlie loves it. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new mattress or a dog bed.

I would give negative stars if I could. I purchased my saluspa through Costco and Bestway service was horrific. I am going to make it my mission after the rude email and prior to that the rude customer service person who refused to give me her name, and refused to transfer to a Supervisor, and then hung up on me. The email from this company was quite something! My next step is to email copies to Costco so the buyer can see what I was put through. Had anyone had any smarts, or been able to act properly, this could all have been avoided. Now, I will cost you sales and happily so!

Purchased a new bed for my daughter and she has been able to sleep through the night. Solid firm bed that was reasonably priced with polite knowledgeable staff. I appreciate the local pride they take. Will definitely use again

I got a mattress & box spring from Besrway around 3 1/2 years ago & was told it comes with a 10 year warranty! Now the springs r coming thru the box spring & I can't even sleep oniit after 3 1/2 years! I' have friends who have experienced the same problem with their mattress! Just an honest review!

Purchase a king size mattress and a couple of dog beds from the lady working in the front. She provided us with excellent service, we had a couple of issues and she resolved immediately.

I bought a queen set and a twin set from this place after being referred here by a friend.

After walking in the door I was immediately met and assisted by Courtney, this sales associate was such a friendly, knowledgeable and energetic young lady. She helped me every step of the way, from deciding firmness, to sorting price ranges and even having fun and playing with my child while I tested the mattresses. I have never felt so welcomed by one person in my life while shopping for anything. Great employee!

I could not believe that the quality of the mattresses that are made in house in just a weeks time. After sleeping in my bed I immediately thought that it was a little firmer than I had originally wanted but I remembered that she had told me that it is a little firmer at the beginning and will get worked in and it is now VERY comfortable…. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever owned! Amazing product!

My husband and I have been searching for a queen mattress and box set that would suit both our needs. Friends and family suggested we try Bestway Bedding. Quality of product appears outstanding and the set was more than reasonably priced; the draw back is that associate who assisted us appeared impatient and came off as "snotty". She appeeared that she wasn't too interested in answering our questions and we felt rushed out the store. The straw that broke the camel's back: after paying for our purchase and scheduling the delivery, the associate threw my copy of the invoice at me! Not sure if I even want to keep my purchase and considering cancelling and getting my money back.

I went to this place looking for a mattress that would not result in dips over time, like so many foam mattresses do. I was assured by the employee at the store that would not happen with a latex mattress, because they bounce back to their original shape when weight is lifted.

My experience in the store was pretty good. The sales person was friendly and answered all of my questions, no complaints there. The delivery guys were fast, conscientious, and friendly.

However, the product is a different issue. Within a few months of use I noticed small dips starting to develop. I flip the mattress and rotate it every 2 months since I've been down this road before and wanted to prevent this problem. It didn't work. There is a noticeable difference in the density of the mattress when laying in the dip compared to laying in the middle of the bed, as the dips are more condensed. For reference, I'm 5'10" and 125 lbs, and my husband is 6' and 165 lbs, so we're not heavy people. After spending $3,600 I would have expected a better product.
