Well, I am impressed. We put Donlands Cleaners to the test with a bunch of clothing and a large number of slip covers for sofas and arm chairs. Great job all around and good people to deal with.

Took a down duvet there. They did a great job and pleasantly accepted their offer to bring my wrapped cleaned duvet to my car for me. Thought this was a nice touch.

Got the lining of my 10 year old wool coat replaced. Bestway were amazing to deal with and did fabulous work. My coat is as good as new, and I’m a happy customer!

I recently had a very good customer service experience with a tricky job.

They have a great deal of knowledge and know how to deal with difficult jobs, and the owners treat customers as the first priority, being honest and telling you what to expect, and making things right if there are any issues.

Such a gem! First popped in because it's conveniently located at Mortimer and Donlands enroute to and from Pottery Road. Always a parking spot for me and the staff are amazing and still familiar faces after a decade. In the years I've been going I have always been served quickly and kindly. A mix of old school competence, and modern techniques. I remember years ago bringing Uggs to be cleaned. They can be trusted to give you the straight goods.

Was prompted to write this when they switched me over to a reusable garment bag for my shirts instead of the usual plastic bags the industry has been using. Love it!

Excellent - might be a bit pricy depending on where you usually go but the quality and consistency makes it 100% worth it. Easy to recommend to others.

Very expensive for dry cleaning in the city. Each time I have gone and asked what the price would be and no one was able to write down a concrete price. It seems that the staff have no knowledge on the cost until after the garment is cleaned. The few times i have gone things are extremely expensive to have cleaned, with the most recent time having a dress cost me $26.00 to have cleaned. Disappointing as it is a convenient location but moving forward I will be sourcing a more economical dry cleaner.

Best in town, hands down. Service with a smile each and everytime. You can pull your car up on the Boulevard and drop off or pick up. I would trust them with any piece of clothing I own. I drive across the city to use their service. Try it you will never go anywhere else again
