I called Ryan on a whim when we saw a house on the market that we loved- even though we weren't in the market at the time! Right from the get-go, Ryan was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He had us in the place by 10am the next morning. Beth and Ryan became our coaches over the next 3 weeks. They taught us everything we needed to know about the Guelph housing market (which was a LOT), and were incredibly patient with questions any time of day. No pressure, just lots of support!

We bought a house in Guelph with Ryan and Beth in December 2020. They were excellent to work with and weren't phased by all of the covid protocols. We were first time home buyers and it really helped having agents who took the time to explain things to us and were patient. They even cared enough to make sure we didn't over-bid on houses, which was important given how volatile the market was. We had to switch mortgage agents also and they put us in touch with someone new and made sure we got out of the old contract. Ryan and Beth were recommended to us by friends and we would recommend them to anyone we know without a doubt!

Ryan helped us purchase our first home. After meeting many agents at open houses, Ryan was the first realtor that we met that accurately described the current state of the housing market and backed it up with numbers.
