My family has been bringing our cars here for years and we have always been happy with the quick and honest work done on our vehicles. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help.

I have been a customer at Beverly Tire in Dundas for about 10 years now and I couldn't be happier. The front office staff are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and the mechanics do a great job. I never feel pressured or confused about what needs to be done. This is the only garage where I've never had doubts about the work that's been done or the need to do it.

Top notch service and better pricing then big box store in the plaza. They even called me for retorque which the big Tire store never does. The folks here are real car enthusiasts and love their work. A minor gripe was that they slightly overinflated my front tires. Please refer to stickers by the door for pressure. I have kept my summer tires here and hoping for another good experience.

The Dundas Beverly Tire is outstanding! We needed a tire replaced due to a flat before a long road trip, and they squeezed us in. We know they were incredibly busy, and they helped us when we needed it the most. Thank you to this fantastic team. You have customers for life!

Great experience, fantastic service! Rob K.at the front desk was very thorough, providing me with several options and recommendations, as I was buying new winter tires for my new vehicle and wasn’t sure what I needed. The follow up was excellent and the service was provider quickly and efficiently. Will definitely return.

At a very busy time of year, the service representative arranged for an appointment to fit my schedule. Their attention to the work on my car was top notch and I am pleased with the result and their assessment of current and future needs.

Excellent care. Got me back on the road in less than 2 hours after a Hamilton pot hole exploded the side wall of my tire. Didn’t charge me anything I didn’t need. Even told me about the claim I can make with the city to get some reimbursement for the tire. I highly recommend this crew.

In terms of customer service, probably the nicest group of people I've ever run into at a tire shop (or any auto service in general). And in terms of technical work, I popped in without any appointment but on the same day they patched my damaged tire, installed it on the car, and extracted one of my wheel locks because my butterfingers lost it earlier in the day. The only complaint I can think of is that the less experienced employees cannot drive a manual at this shop so if this pertains to you, I suggest you stick around and move the car yourself but this is really a minor issue compared to how good the rest of the service is.

Customer service was great, called the day before and talked to someone about my issue. Bring my car in the next day and it was fixed within a hour and a half. Mind you it was a fairly minor fix (leaky valve stem) but they fixed it properly, quickly and explained what went wrong and how they fixed it. Didn't try to up sell anything and the price was way better than I expected! Great staff, will deffinately be coming back.

Seriously the best customer service I have ever had. My car was very, very dead and Jeffery not only gave me a realistic answer that my car was a hazard on wheels but he also for free helped facilitate the sale of my car to a scrap dealer. Every time I've been here they've been polite, kind, honest and do a quality job. I'd recommend that anyone looking for a terrific team of mechanics come here. They go above and beyond for their customers.

I brought my car in a couple weeks ago for an oil change. I left the car for the better part of the day. I received a call that they did an inspection of my car (it’s comes with the price of the oil change) and it would need front brakes before winter (I just had them replaced in July 2018) and my air filter needed replaced. I agreed to the air filter replacement and explained that the brakes were just done less than a year ago. The advisor said the tech recommended new brakes before winter. I can’t believe I would need them replaced already. Since I had my air filter replaced there has been a noise when I accelerate. I went in today because I was in the area to see if someone could look at my car to see if the air filter was loose. When I was explaining to the man behind the counter my concern he was very demeaning. As I was explaining what I was hearing he was cutting me off and making jokes. He kept saying over and over that I had to leave the car with him just to have someone look at it. I took my car to the dealership to find out they put the wrong air filter on my car. I would not recommend this location to anyone. First they tried selling me something I didn’t need (brakes) and they put the wrong part in my car!

Horrible company. Made my wife spend thousands she didn’t need. And yes this fellow is correct about the yellow building. We are all boycotting Beverly Tire. In fact we will be campaigning to all. The building colour is literally an embarrassment to dundas.

We have had our vehicles serviced here for 20 years or so - Hondas, Chevies etc. Always great service, realistic recommendations, good prices etc.

Poor corporate citizens. They surprised everyone in the neighborhood by constructing an enormous bright yellow building that dominates the area, from every possible angle, as a way to get around local bylaws designed to restrict the size of signage for a business. Shame on you for foisting this monstrosity on us and destroying our property values.

Waaaaaaaaay overpriced actually more then the dealership that has trained mechanics to work on the make of the car!
You people should only be changing tires IF you know how to do it properly!
