Called them recently asking for a quote for a full synthetic oil change with year and model. Their reply: "a little over 100" then "under 120"
Why don't you save both of our time and give me the exact number and stop being lazy - especially when making ends meet is becomes harder and harder due to inflation. I called 10 other places and gave me the exact number - please pay them more

Changing my 5 star review after the second set of Good Year tires became visibly deformed, started to shake and make a thumping noise. The guy at the front desk did not show any sign of empathy for their customer and worse yet tried to discourage me from escalating this with Good Year. After a somewhat heated discussion he said he'd call to see what they can do. Few days later I was the one who had to call back to find out what kind of warranty do I get. Long story short, I didn't get anything from Good Year or the shop. Needless to say I will not be dealing with either company.

I went in for the first time. I had a grinding noise from front passenger side. I left it. I got a call 30 min later saying. I need new callipers both side rotors both side brake pad both side. Cost 1500$. I said no thank you I will come get my car. I was still charged 67$. I took it to another shop right after and they laughed when I told them the price and work needed. Long story short I got my car fixed no issue for 400$. Saying no to this place saved me 1100$. Will never go back or recommend as I feel they didn't even look just made up something.

Amazing, friendly, helpful service. Had a big hole/leak in my tire and drove right over. They helped me right away. They provided a rental car as well to get me to work while they ordered new tires. Great price! Recommend them for tire needs.

Prearranged Oil change for the Linc to be left when they had time. 2 hrs later they called all done. They also included a comparative quote for the rear brakes, noting they are needed to be done.
I have always given them an oppertunity to do the work. Both my wife and daughter have found them to be excellent to them. See u soon but not too soon.

Great service-Showed up a few minutes before appointment and they were on time, work booked was completed promptly and vehicle checked over for any noticeable wear and tear that required attention.
Manager was very cordial when checking in and out and discussed how they kept track of required maintenance for your vehicle. Very pleased with
experience.

Arrived a few minutes before my appointment and was promptly and politely greeted by manager. Service technician took vehicle and completed requested work promptly and efficiently.
Did a quick check list review of vehicle and found things were okay. Topped up all fluids and checked and topped up air pressure in all tires to ensure safe driving.
Completed all work and brought vehicle for delivery to me.

Wife went in to Beverly tire to get tire repaired. By the way I'm a licenced mechanic and train by Goodyear in tire maintenance and repair. Nail in tire is 2.75 inches from side wall. Front counter person say that tire can not be repair. Not so. 2 inch plug patch will not be compromise tire integrity. They tryed to up sell a tire that was not needed. I purchased tires from same company for my dodge ram worth 2500 dollars approx and they didn't even last half the expected mirage and have discussed this issue with Beverly tire and they would not back up their warranty. Several months ago wife had car in for service and they didn't put car back to gether properly (air inlet system) which resulted in mass air sensor codes and disability issues till I looked at car and found their neglect. Took picture and corrected. Brought this to their attention and they didn't care. I did give them one stare because there was nothing less. Be ware of this company female's. Don't think your best interests are the top of their list. Proffet at any cost seems to be top of the list. If you have repairs needing attention I would strongly suggest Gord Castors shop. Has been in business for long time. Decades. Same owner. Same technicians. Never changed hands. Like they say don't mess with perfection.

I started going to Beverly Tire on Weber St before it closed, and now go to Victoria St. I have always been treated with respect and honest service. The people there have always been friendly and I have never had a bad experience.

Very disappointing experience. Had my BMW in for a winter tire mount and install. Tire inflation specs are clearly written on the inside of the door they were way over-inflated. My tech just changed the wheels and said the lugs on winters were so over torqued he was concerned there could be damage to the wheel hubs. They threw the summer tires onto my back seat so carelessly that there was mud and dirt all over the leather. There was also some damage to the door jam which I don't believe was there before coming here. After being assured that they had experience working with euro cars they let me down in every way possible and now i may have to incur further cost to repair damage which I believe they caused. I'll never bring another car here again ever.

Most professional. Very easy to book appointment, safe drop off and collection in these COVID-19 days. Very quick service. Will be back again in Fall.

Price is higher for some services but it matches the quality of the work. Never had a bad experience here.

$60 + tax (over $70) for seasonal tire change with tires on rims is way above average cost in KW. There are businesses in KW offering the same service for $40. Thats where my dollars will be spent in the spring when my cars need to have summer tires intstalled.

Came in for a tire repair with no appointment. In and out in about 30 mins. Price was very reasonable, service was excellent.

Dropped in without an appointment to have a slow tire leak repaired. John and his tire tech were able to fix it right away. Very friendly, honest shop. They tell you what needs to be fixed now, what can wait, and source less expensive parts. I will definitely return!

Replaced my tire that had a shifted belt, even though my warranty was a couple days passed expired

Great staff, have been using them for years now. Always out to save me money and have always been able to provide the best quote. Last winter they stayed late to get new winter tires on for me as the snow started falling heavily whilst I was at work.

Visiting Cambridge and had a sudden flat Friday evening. Called 4 shops first AM and all said too busy. Called Beverley Tire and received an instant Absolutely, come on over and we will squeeze you in. I was in and out in less than an hour. Excellent service and wonderful conversation. I am glad the others were too busy ;-)

Had 2 front axles replaced. 6-8 weeks later, both of my front bearings were shot. Any car enthusiast knows that too rough tools (sledge hammer) should never be used to free axle from bearing. Careless workmanship.

John has been the only person I've ever trusted with my car. He is honest, kind and has on numerous times gone way above and beyond to help me. He's kept his shop open late when I was in an accident and gone out of his way to find me the best price on parts. As a single woman I can trust his advice and it's always very reasonably priced. My car has felt safe and drives quickly since I started taking it there. I was sent to him on the recommendation of several of my friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

John and his crew always do a quick quality job. They are always respectful and i trust when i leave the job has been done right.

Totally unprofessional service. Technician damaged the new spike lugs (red anodized steel lugs), chipped all of them during uninstalling the wheels. Of course they were denying that, and I have been told "it was like that and this was caused by little stones"! It is funny because I caught them doing it in middle of it and I did worn them. Point is.they don't want to take care of that, they don't want to replace them. On top of that I have been treated as a stupid customer who doesn't know anything.
This is one of those shops.
If you care about your car how does it look like than you should consider looking other places.
. Few days later, they have decided to pay the replacement value of those damaged lugs and also they add valve caps which they forgot to put it back at first place.at the end.problem fixed.

John helped me out same day, I would recommend if you need reliable service with a fitting price. Was able to get major repairs done in a single day, I was up and running same day. Lots of thanks.
