Quick friendly service. I have had Beverly Tire change my tires seasonally for many years and they never disappoint.

I was so impressed with the service when I got my punctured tire patched I brought them my winter tires, rims and tpms sensor business. The gentleman I dealt with was well informed and made helpful suggestions. I'll absolutely continue to use them in the future.

I visited their Bleams location for a tire repair and their customer service is excellent (from front office to shop/technicians).

They fixed my tire perfectly and it cost me only $40, which is lower than most of other places in the area.

They got me in last-minute and helped me out immensely when I got a flat tire on the way home from work. They got me new tires quickly (considering the unconventional size) and helped me with transportation while my car was out of commission. Theresa was very professional, kind, and extremely helpful. They also did a great job with my alignment.

Unfortunately time is the only thing that does not matter at all there!
I booked a tire & oil change appointment at 1: 00pm, arrived at the location at 12: 30pm!
At 2: 15pm they informed me due to some issue on of one the rims they are not able to change the tire!
Wow! 1 and half hour takes to find this one out!
Finally at 2: 45 pm I came out from the shop just with an oil change!

Fantastic, friendly service. They were able to get our vehicle to replace the rear brakes and finish the work before the Easter weekend. They fully answered all my questions and provided reasonable estimates on other work that would need to be done in the future. Highly recommended.

They are the absolute best! Friendly, helpful, quality work. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Beverly Tires for many, many years, to me it is more like a family. They truly tell me what has to be done at my cars and I never question their recommendations. Everything is done the way they suggest and the many cars I have driven and they looked after them stayed in good order. For me, it is a pleasure to know that my cars always ware in good order and I shall look forward of going there for many more years.

I have been going to Beverly Tire for a few years now and I am always happy with the service. Prices for known costs are given up front and anything unexpected that comes up during the maintenance appointment I get a phone call explaining what needs to be replaced and how much it will cost. I never feel like something is being pushed or upsold like some drive thru garages.

Beverly is my go-to for tire and service. They are friendly, reliable, and do a good job. If there is a problem, they fix it. Pure and simple straightforward.

Recently decided to use Beverly Tires not only for our tires but now is our full service auto garage. Found their service to be a cut above, Therese Monaghan goes put of her way to describe each & every aspect of the service being provided.
My wife & I are very comfortable & confidant with their service.

Very glad I found this place. They've been doing a variety of work on my vehicle for a year now. They give me confidence that they know what is needed. The work is done well, and for a fair price.

I store my tires here & have them switched over from summers to winters. After putting them on the technician takes the car out for a short test drive to ensure the tire sensors are activated. Great service, I certainly will continue bringing my vehicle here.

Teresa, Mike and the team take great care of my vehicles. I will continue to rely on their prompt communication and availability to produce quality work. These are my reasons for coming to them and not the OEM.

If I could give this shop a ZERO I would.
Came in with a flat tire, than I get told all my tires are garbage and they can't fix it.tried to bully me into buying $1000.00 tires from them when i declined, they refused to give me my car back saying it was unsafe after I declined their tires. I had to go back to work so sent my mother with spare tires to swap just to get My car out. They acted as if they were going to do it after trying to tell my mom lies about what happened to my car? & than closed shop and kept my car over night. I called them 10 minutes before they opened, spoke to the lady at the desk. Told her NOT to touch my car and pull it out.she agreed only to have her call me half hour layer saying they did work and expect payment? Ya right. This shop is a joke. I will never be back.

I've been bringing my car here for tire change for a couple of years now and I'm always satisfied with the service. Definitely recommend.

I go to Beverly for my winter tire changeover and use their storage service. Gary and Therese are great - always friendly and offer advice you can trust.

I feel very comfortable taking my car to Beverly Tire @ Bleams. They are very friendly and kind, and explain and demonstrate what is needed. I could have gone to the corner to a new place for an oil change but I worry about up-selling. Well worth it to drive a few more kms to Beverly Tire.

I have been going here for years and service has always been fantastic. Gary and Therese are fantastic to deal with and spell out your options so I don't feel like I have to go and research everything they tell me like I have at other places. Great to deal with a business that I feel I can trust.

For me, it’s all about being known and cared for. Beverly Auto and Tire does that. When I call about my seasonal tire needs, they recognize my name and treat me with the utmost care. Today, they made sure I was dry and comfortable when they instantly gave me a loaner car to drive home so I didn’t have to wait outside in the rain. (COVID isn’t always fun.) Thanks team for always looking after me. (oh, and my car too.)

This Beverly Tire on Bleams Rd, Kitchener, "Top Notch". Couple yrs ago, I had a tire problem on my ol' mobility scooter. Without any question, Therese, went & picked up the odd sized small tire from the certain place, that had them, and got it fixed. Today, and before, got above, amazing service from them again. Totally impressed with this location at Bleams Rd.and Homer Watson in Kitchener. I purchased coupons through Wagjag for as few years. I have 2 vehicles and get them serviced 2 times a year. Both of us retired, we find that the service intervals fit properly.
When I collect my vehicle and notice "tire dressing", that's above and beyond. Thank you, Therese and staff. You have a hook on me. In addition, they you a great selection of winter tires

Fantastic customer service and the work to install the new wheels on my mother's vehicle was very timely.

My son brought his van here for a tire repair and brake work. They weren’t able to get a tire in time to finish it same day but went out of their way to give him a loaner van so he wouldn’t miss work in the morning.

I always take my vehicles to Beverly Tire on Bleams for service. Therese, Gary and the team of technicians are fabulous.

I trust them. When something is wrong, they show me the evidence. If multiple things are wrong (the car is older) they help me prioritize.

Wouldn't recommend for tires. Was able to find the same tires around the corner for $150 per tire cheaper.

Not even worth coming here for diagnosis. They will tak on extra time because they are busy handling personal phonecalls.pathetic place. So many better mechanics in town.

WORST MECHANIC YOU WILL FIND! Do not trust them with any major repairs of it will be a long frustrating process! They also try to bribe you with discount if you leave a good review! So glad to get my car off there lot! STAY AWAY!

As always I received excellent service at Beverly Tire & Auto with Theresa and her co workers. They are always friendly, and helpful. During these crazy times, it is good to know there are people we can still count on.

Feel sorry for the ones who bring there car here. They charge you for time they very well know they don't deserve.stay clear if you like your money and value your car.

Not the usual service I'm used to receiving from the Cambridge location. The office team requires clarification regarding service multiple times over the telephone, and makes the same errors upon arrival. Failure to notify clients from Cambridge regarding having to wait outside during service, delays in receiving service despite booking time in advance, and having to clarify service to be completed multiple times without sincere apologies is not reflective of the service I come to expect from Beverly Tire & Auto Team. I should not have to clarify that my winter tires need to be rotated on the vehicle, and to be asked if they are on rims multiple times! Of course my snow tires are on rims - they are on the vehicle needing to be rotated - not changed or swapped out! This is NOT related to the CoVID-19 crisis - this is poor office service and poor communication. The service completed on the vehicle was adequate.

We have been going there for our repairs and service and have never had a problem. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here for a few years to get my tires changed over. I was there last Friday and noticed I had a tail light out so asked to have done. So shocked when I got home and looked at my receipt that I got charged $25 to replace a tail light bulb! It's my own fault for not asking cost and for not checking my invoice when I paid (trust). I'm used to that kind of thing being done as a courtesy when you're already paying for services close to $100, and not my first time here. I didn't ask because I didn't dream it would cost that much. $5 or $10 yes, but $25 to replace a tail light bulb is a rip-off. I was considering getting my exhaust system repaired here but not after that. I'll go to the shop that does those little things as a courtesy. Lesson learned!

Nov. 22 - Thanks for the response. I will still come here was just disappointed that's all. I always get good service here. I appreciate the explanation but I imagine it's the same way my regular mechanic shop does it and not once have they charged me for five or ten minutes work. And with an older vehicle I have given them lots of business and will continue to do so for the mechanical issues. Some shops charge for every little thing, some don't. That's your prerogative.

I needed an alignment for my car and they booked me in the next day. They did a great job, were polite and respectful. The price was fair. I will be returning for tires in the spring.

Phoned in the morning and received an appointment by 2 pm. Punctual. Courteous. Problem with Acadia solved. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, friendly, accommodating, gave us a loaner car to get to our daughters ball games, prices were super competitive and had all my old parts for viewing, thanks to the technicians, Gary and Theresa! We appreciate the speedy service!

Our company has brought our service vans as my personal vehicle to Therese and her team at Beverly Tire. Each time we have left with a clean, serviced vehicle done at a reasonable price. This location lacks phone etiquette. Attempted to use them now on three separate occasions but all three times they were too busy. Poor review is not reflective of the fact that they couldn't accommodate my needs, but just the way I was spoken to. If anyone at Beverly reads these review, as a service based business, I'd highly recommend speaking to potential customers in a more professional manner. Luckily for the consumer, there are plenty of tire installation and purchase options available.
