I went in there today with my brand new truck which had a leaking valve stem. They told me the car is covered under warranty and I should take it to the RAM dealership down the street. This shop could have changed the valve stem and made money but their honesty has won my future business for tire repair and changes.

I was in need of an estimate to repair my Ford Fusion 2006 and reached out to four different workshops in the neighborhood via email. To my delight, Shayne from Beverly Tire & Auto was the only one to respond in a timely and professional manner. He suggested that they needed to inspect my car before providing a quote and offered me a time that was convenient for me.

On the day of my appointment, Gary warmly welcomed me to the shop and took his time to build a detailed quote. I was impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. I decided to go ahead with the repairs on the spot, and they even offered me a loaner car for the day to ensure my life continued without any disruptions.

I must say that dealing with the team at Beverly Tire & Auto was an absolute pleasure. They were true professionals and delivered high-quality work in a timely manner. I have used the Beverly Tire Barton St location for over 35 years. They must have serviced 10 to 12 of my cars with Quality 5 Star Service. I have been enjoying the same level of service, empathy and proper pricing since moving to the Centennial / Hwy 20 location.

The stuff is AMAZING! Just walk in and they will greet you with a smile! Best thing is that you don’t have to wait days for an appointment, they work fast, they tell you any problems they see on the car, in a way to understand, not just “car language”.
They give good advices, never pushing on something you didn’t ask for like other places. It’s a place I recommend to anybody!

These guys are number 1. They are honest and fair even if they don't get the sale. We have brought both our truck and car here and Shane and his team are top notch. They gave us a rental car on a Friday when they knew they didn't have time to have a look till Monday. They wanted us safe and our son safe on the roads in their cat versus ours with uncertain issues. When returning on Monday to find no major issues other than tires we didn't even get charged for the rental. No one here is about money, they care genuinely and treat you like family.

Fantastic service! Very honest and explains exactly what is wrong with your car before they will do any work on your car! Very friendly team. They will go above and beyond to help you out, as well as try their best to make things affordable. To top it off they offer loaner cars as well, which is a bonus!

We have been going here for years. Most recently, we had something wrong with our car, and they were able to take us in right away and figure out the issue for us. We had to get a new engine and it was a huge job, they were always in contact with us always updating us to the status of our car. Since we had to wait for an engine to come in and then wait for our car to be serviced they were able to loan us a car to drive so we wouldn’t miss out on our day to day life. Not to mention Shane did he very best to work everything out for us so that we would be saving every dollar we could. He also paid attention to the condition of the car and made us aware of what needs to be done in the future to our car for our safety.

Honest shop that's why I keep coming back. They do good work. The dont give you a surprise bill for work you didn't ask for like some shops. They get the job done and price is fair.

This is my second visit to Beverly Tire Centennial for wheel changeover and oil change. This time I also had front brakes replaced.

These guys were great.got a flat.made it to Beverly Tire and they took care of us.we are from out of town.gave us a car so we could go visit our family and had to order a tire.had it there and installed and we were back on the road in 2 hours! Great service!

They let me know that my oil pan was seeping and that I should take it back to the dealership as it is still under warranty. Much appreciated

DO NOT GO HERE.

Went here to get new tires installed, rather than telling me the tires I had brought were problematic, decided to slap them on and then try to hold my car hostage there to but new tires for them.

The portly fellow in the front is so disingenuous I have a hard time not believing they did not damage the tires themselves.

Will never step foot inside this place again. They took advantage of the fact I was a young woman with little knowledge. I went in to get my tires changed. After taking my tires off and breaking half the lugnuts, they then put the same tires back on and told me they cant switch them as two lugnuts were completely stuck.
I had a driver's test the next day so I ended up paying over 200 dollars to get my vehicle back to go write my test. I was then quoted $290 to have the two lugnuts removed and on top of that the original $120 for the initial tire change.
Needless to say I ended up going somewhere else to have my tires taken off.
Not a happy customer.

Just in have my snow tires replaced. Quick and easy. Got a reminder about my brake job that I need to schedule for this spring.

Highly recommend Shayne and his team. They are professional and polite. They always are able to squeeze me in to accommodate my schedule. I have found them to be fair and honest. They don't try to up-sell you on products that you don't need yet help you fix your issue at a reasonable price. They are always more than willing to help, always smiling and always in a great mood. We recently moved from Milton and needed a mechanic. My boyfriend went and said they were amazing. As he had gone here before he recommended them to his dad who was driving through from up north to Florida. Father in law said they were great too. I will continue to use them as my mechanic from now on. It's great to find a shop that you can trust and have friendly service! This place exceeds in the customer service area!

It was a wag jag that brought me in here initially for an oil change but as these things tend to go, it's never just an oil change. The guys take very good care of me here and never try to upsell me or find imaginary problems. They are reasonably priced and I can always get an appointment that works with my schedule.

This place had a great vibe. Very professional and friendly staff if I could give them 10 stars I would for the excellent service provided.

I went there today! The customer service was awesome. They care about there customers. They listened to everything that you have to say. They are fast & I will be going back to them. They are in a great loaction walking distance to the mall or plaza. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience from the time I called! I had called on a Monday to inquire about getting my winter tires off and all seasons put on (better late then never). Rob was great with answering all my questions. Went the following day before work got them switched and a couple of hours later, Rob called to see how my tires were. AMAZING customer service! I did feel some pulling on the one tire which I relayed and told me to come back for him to look at. Due to my crazy work schedule, I had to wait a couple of days but once able to go, he got me in right away and fixed the issue. Never had such a great customer service experience with an auto shop before! Thanks again!

Amazing customer service from Shane! I called many places for new tire quotes and got below average customer service. Shane was knowledgable and compassionate so I booked with them right away! My tires feel great! My husband also needed some work done to his car, they got him in same day and provided a loner car while they fixed it! He got new breaks amongst other issues fixed and his car also feels great! Thank you Beverly tire and Shane for everything! We will be returning!
