I have been on the hunt for a good used camper for my family and Tracy at service has been the absolute best help. Her Knowledge and Honesty has helped me so much. BGM will be the only RV Center that will be working on my campers. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me and give me great advice on things to do, get and look for. To get me in a good used unit.

Andy is our hero. We recently purchased a travel trailer and wanted a ladder installed. BGM had them in stock and did the proper thing by contacting the OEM for blueprints, to ensure that the ladder could be installed. Sadly, there was no support beam in the spot required for the ladder mounts, but Andy and crew gave our trailer a complimentary inspection to ensure that we were good for our two week camping road trip. On pick-up, Andy walked us around around our trailer, explain things that the dealership missed. Amazing.it truly gave us piece of mind.

We are incredibly pleased with the service and location. We look forward to a long partnership, during our ownership of Lance the travel trailer.

I would highly recommend BMG RV Centre. My whole experience dealing with this company has been nothing but professional and courteous. The awning of our trailer was damaged and needed replacement. I received a call several days before the scheduled repair date to confirm the appointment and an estimated time of arrival. I also received a call on the repair date to let me know that their guys were on the road and they showed up at the time that I was given. I was so impressed by the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail. They even took care of the disposal of my broken awning. When my RV fridge broke I had no hesitation to contact them. Tracey went out of her way to work with our extended warranty plan and to get us a new fridge. This company understands the importance of excellent customer service.

Even with the additional aggravation of parts being delayed due to COVID supply issues, Tyler and Co.we're in contact with us regularly and updating us with pics of the repairs. The work completed was of exceptional quality and the business is operated professionally. I'd recommend BGM RV Center for your RV repairs and accessories.

I highly recommend BGM Repair. I had an ongoing issue with a seal on my unit and they were able to do the repair on site with their mobile technicians as well as fix another small part and do some seasonal maintenance. The technicians went above and beyond and were patient answering my questions and giving me some guidance as this is my first year solo camping, they were very efficient and the whole team including service is very friendly, helpful and professional.

My experience with BGM Chesterville has been exemplary! Very impressed with their communication from the initial phone call, to their front service desk to their Service Manager, Ken! Ken took the time to explain what in the trailer wall/slide had failed and how they proposed to correct the fault. I was provided pictures of the failed welds before and after. They even took the time to not only to rebuild the wall but reinforced it so that this issue would occur in the future. From my perspective they are the “Go To Place” for everyday maintenance to full rebuilds in south east Ontario.

Fantastic quick and professional. Camping with our pop up trailer and went to leave to find our electric brake controller wasn’t working nor were the lights on the trailer. Called BMG and spoke with Tyler. They had a mobile unit in our area, but the guys were on lunch and headed back to Ottawa. They came to help us right after lunch. Fixed the problem, we’re polite and professional. They even spoke with the service manager at the Ford dealership where the controller was installed, to explain what WASN’T working on the install from Ford. Great experience. If you need help with your RV - call these folks … you won’t regret it.

Ken Gratton, Service Advisor went out of his way to try and locate wall board/trim from the inside of my finished toy hauler that was damaged due to a water leak. He was unable to locate the needed pieces but came up with a couple of good suggestions that will work. I had already been to or called 3 other trailer places who did not have the time of day for me. I guess because what I needed was not a big money item and I am doing my own repairs. Ken took the time to try and help me. BGM RV Centre is the place to go for repairs/parts big or small. They are local and helpful.

So glad I found this place. AAA customer service and work. Very honest and upfront with what needs to be done, and no overpricing. Nice to find a service centre where they know what they are doing. Almost looking forward to finding some other problems for Ken and Tyler to fix. Plus their arrangement with Nationview next door for the mechanical issues saved me a lot of time and travel.

Went to BGM for maintenance and repairs on our fifth wheel. Techs repaired and sealed the roof, changed two awnings, fixed the fridge and after changing the AC unit Tracey sent pictures of readout temps by email. BGM also winterized and delivered trailer to winter storage saving me time I didn’t have. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that come with a smile and willingness to help.

Michelle in parts and Tracey in service are amazing, professional and extremely well informed. The service I received was second to none. They both provided great advice without being “pushy”. I didn’t feel I was being pressured at all. I would recommend them to anyone!

They are amazing people especially Tracey. She was so patient with me dealing with mice destruction and insurance company i can't say enough about them. If you ever need anything big or small this is the place to be. The service is above reproach. Highly recommend them

So very very much appreciate the whole team at BGM RV for squeezing our trailer in for a quick service job. In a season where service is hard to get thanks to Covid, we found the team at BGM to go way way above and beyond for us. They found a hard to find part for us, fit us into their busy schedule and did the work on time and on budget. We’ll absolutely return.

I had my electric awning motor replaced and the awning alignment adjusted at BGM last week. They did a good job. Drop-off and pick-up were easy. I recommend them for repairs. Tracy does a good job in the service department and the repair technicians are more skilled than the guys at the RV dealers. BGM is focused on repair and maintenance instead of sales which makes a big difference in the quality of service.

We recently had some RV repairs done. Found the staff friendly, knowledgable. Especially Tracey and Tyler. Work was completed in a timely manner and price was fair. We would strongly recommend BGM for all your RV repairs.

W had major work performed by BGM RV Center on my travel trailer.
They replaced the back, side and front panel. Also they replaced all rear corner trims.then they caulked all seams.

Everything is done perfectly and professionally.the work team is very courteous, polite and helpful.

We will go back again to have them to check all seams next fall.

We had our shower replaced by them in our trailer. They were quick, professional, and Tracey is fantastic in regards to customer service, and communicating to the customer.

Knowledgeable, courteous, and always ready to answer questions. A godsend for a relatively new RVer.

Repaired my trailers better than when it came out of the factory, they wanted me to be absolutely satisfied, which I was. Thanks to all the staff involved in achieving that goal.

Since I started going to BGM RV Center approximately 2 years ago we had the best service in the Ottawa region, we went to other places before and the service was awful, I would like to say thank you to the staff and many thanks to Tyler for your services.

Sent two friends with big repairs in and then had water damage on my 5th wheel. We all can agree on great service, and that BGM doesnt cut corners they actually go beyond what others would accepted as finished. If you have any RV repair big or small you can trust these guys will get it done right.

These guys are nothing short of amazing! I took our trailer to Brian to provide a smoke test, following a tree falling on it. We suspected that we had a leak and needed to verify before contacting our insurance company. Brian, Ken and Tyler went above and beyond explaining to us what the damage was and what the CORRECT way was to fix it. They met with the insurance adjusters and told them how our trailer needed to be fixed. No bandage jobs done here!

This small (actually not so small anymore) independent RV repair centre is well worth the drive. Friendly and prompt service by qualified and knowledgeable technicians. Sealtech pressure testing to ensure that your RV is watertight. No favoritism as they don't sell new units - all customers are equal. Great accident and renovation restorations.

I had left a previous review of 1 star and deleted it in good faith, but initiating contact with this place has caused me grief and a considerable amount of time. I gave them an opportunity to graciously bow out twice and they do not seem to have the fortitude to do so, as a result I am twisting in the wind with regret, plus Brian thinks I am dishonest.to bad too because I sure need lots of RV parts, cheaper on Amazon anyways I suppose.

BGM RV Centre does fantastic work. They are very professional, friendly, and easy to work with; they even stayed late to help one of our customers with their microwave!

I am a newbie to the Class "C" RV and I needed advice. I did not purchase my RV from this place. They are a service and parts only store. I got honest and extra advice about features that I knew nothing about. BGM RV Centre has earned my business.

I would highly recommend BGM for all trailer and RV needs. From buying a simple part to diagnosing complex repairs they are professional, accurate and above all else honest. Owning a high end 2010 fifth wheel I have had the pleasure of dealing with BGM on different issues that were solved (completely) at a very fair price point.
