Very reasonable Prices for pizza Combos. If you're running a university event this is a place to go

The person in there tried to charge me double the price for the food. After I asked why, they told me it was a service charge for using the debit machine. When I we figured it out, the price went up even more.

4.75 + taxes +. 50 service fee is 5.90 (if tax is 15%, which it is less), not 7.17 - and most definitely not $20 if you get 2 slices of pizza and a pop each for their combo.

After a long time of miscommunication, and the person just not understanding the issue, I just walked out.

I used to get pizza here all the time, but I will no longer be purchasing pizza here as similar things have happened too often.

Cheez-Us across the street has better pizza a d more honest service.

Bianca's is my go-to pizza place in Waterloo. We always get the food for our student events from here, and they are very professional and always right on time!

I came to know about this stunning restaurant through Uber eats. They have deal on 2 large pizzas with a three topping including potato wedges and wings. There was an option in potato wedges and Caesar salad. Plus 2 drinks. Omg what a deal. Their quality and quantity is awesome, really liked the food. Chicken as a pizza topping was so juicy and fresh. Moreover, one garlic bread was also complimentary.

Pizza was good but it took over nearly 2 hours to arrive. It was a busy day when it was ordered but there was no explanation and no communication as to when it would arrive.

Very average pizza, nothing special, staff is not too great either, you can get better pizza anywhere else, wouldn’t recommend

Tried to order online and couldn't get the delivery address to work. I'm at the Staybridge hotel. It's just a throws away. I would give it a 0/5 if I could. It's 2022. Get it right or don't try at all.

Got a smaller slice than my friend and one of the workers came out and gave me a free slice, worth the five star

Recently tired Bianca's pizza. Generous on the toppings, however the tomatoes could of been chopped up instead of a 3rd of a tomato

Wow here is incredible! Reasonable price, feel like home food. Homemade garlic dip has a good flavour. I always pass by here, and I just felt pizza tonight without any expectation, but this is so amazing. Gives me comfort from hard work. Thank you!

Favourite spot for lunch. I'm a high school student, and they have CHEAP, HUGE portions, and their slices are delicious, and hot. Would definitely reccomend.

Found the sauce to be a bit too acidic. Other than that, it was pretty good, I would recommend.

With great flavor, taste, and consistency, over the years that we've gotten it, they hardly make it wrong. Just don't get delivery as they take too long and the pizza gets soggy. Otherwise undisputed top pizza in Waterloo.

Ordered online for take out. Easy to check out as a guest and surprisingly robust ordering system. Took about 15 minutes for it to be ready which is pretty quick. Like that you can get thick or thin crust, extra sauce without extra charge. Price is very good and really good value. Uses really good quality toppings, and lots of them as well. Sauce was tasty, crust was nicely textured. Contactless payment available, and employee working was super friendly. Will go back again!

Tried Bianca’s for the first time and absolutely loved it! We ordered pizza through their website and used their 2 medium pizza with 3 topping deal. On one pizza we got olives, banana peppers and mushrooms and on the other, we got chicken with jalapeños. We also ordered their creamy garlic drip. The chicken and jalapeño pizza was my favourite since the chicken was super flavourful and they gave quite a few pieces. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible delivery service, called to order a pizza to my house and they tired to charge me 7 dollars in delivery fees, I called the pizza place that was further from my house, Canadian pizza, and was not charged a fee, shame they over charge people like this and don't serve the community properly. Remember if you need real good pizza, and want it to be delivered without charge, use Canadian Pizza, it's a little farther away but at least they don't charge 7 dollars in delivery fees.

This is not a pizza place, it's a home. Their pizza is SO good it saved my life, because my chaotic driver bestie nearly careened off the road during the 40 minute drive we took to get here. We met Bianca herself; she and the staff are the coolest, kindest pizza people you'll ever meet. We are so lucky to have Bianca's Pizza in our life: D

This used to be our go to pizza place until this year. The prices went up and the quality went way down. Everything tastes like it has had a bucket of salt poured on it. I am changing my previous 5 star to 1 star

Their walk in specials are so affordable and the pizza tastes amazing, they don’t even charge extra for thick crust. It’s really easy to just order online too. Definitely check it out!

I live close by, almost 2 yrs finally decided to go, placed order online, and walked over I was impressed! Pizzas were amazing, this is going to be my weekly fix!

We’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is so friendly and kind - they always go above and beyond to make sure they get the order right. Their garlic sauce is phenomenal and their pizza is so great! Fresh, carefully made and delicious. All you can ask for! Definitely support this local spot, you won’t regret it.

You need to tell the customers about your specials when asked!

My family loves Bianca's! The food is delicious everytime. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. We have been going to Bianca's every Friday night for the last 5 years and we won't stop!

Wow! So happy we found this place. Amazing deals every day! They make the dough in house (you can tell-it is fluffy and perfect), the pizza slices are HUGE, they are super generous with toppings and cheese, the garlic bread is incredible, plenty of Caesar salad (no brown lettuce at all and it has bacon!), the wings were pretty good. The owner was super nice and it's always nice to support local businesses!

: (I am soooo disappointed. Bianca's was closed Boxing Day 2020. I had to go to some other place called Maestro's on the other side of town. The crust was burnt, yet soggy. There was way toooo much sauce and their garlic bread and cheese comes on a loaf! What world do we live in where garlic bread comes on a loaf. The wings were "blackened" and salty. Bianca's on the other hand. Is the best in town! So shame on you for making me and others have to seek out inferior pizza and wings. I hope you all are enjoying your holiday, you need it. Really good local pizzeria with awesome deals and great quality for the money. They also have halal options for chicken and pepperoni toppings which is really nice. Has become our families go-to pizza store.

People no need to search for pizza any longer, Bianca's has got you covered. From the fresh, daily made pizza dough to the actual "real toppings", which they do not skimp on. Bianca's is the best pizza in the Tri-City area. Even better then Pepi's Pizza. The staff are friendly and courteous they greet you a smile and are ready to take your order. Don't know what you want, ask for a suggestion, it's all good. They don't skimp on the cheese so be careful when you order extra cheese. From flavor to friendliness to pizza pie Bianca's can not be beat. I can not make it home without finishing off a garlic bread and cheese. I had to start ordering two so one could make it home.

Worst experience. Manager was so rude. Very rude when taking order on call and messed up the toppings and charged us for an extra topping. Then when we asked him to deduct the charges he says that he was right and asks the cashier to ‘charge us’. The wedges were burnt and the wings over done and too salty.

Bought a large halal double pepperoni and a large veggie. It was amazing! Will be back for sure.

This is the best pizza place in all of KW. They’re crust is airy and soft. They put a lot of toppings and have the best garlic fingers. They’re prices are good and better than most pizzerias. They also have halal options. This will be our go to place!

The very best in customer service and food. I have not had a complaint that wasnt resolved with a phone call. And it was only one. Pizza bottom was not cooked enough, ask for it well done and it is perfect! One other problem I had with Bianca's was thatv I cant seem to get from the store to my apartment 1.5KM down the street with an order of their garlic bread and cheese.so now I order 2! One for the drive home and one to share with the family when I get there. If you have not tried Bianca's I would suggest you do. I did and will not go anywhere else for pizza. Very economically priced generous nd quality portions when it comes to toppings. No looking back ;)

Best pizza I’ve had since I was in Italy. Everything is fresh and hand made, absolutely delicious and I’m willing to go out of my way just to eat here. The prices are top notch too so it’s totally affordable, especially in university town. The person on the phone doesn’t always sound amused to be answering your call but I don’t even care because he gets your order right and it’s always amazing

About $3 for a slice and if you go in at the right time when they're fresh they are just amazing, slices are also good size.

I've had important events with large orders, which required 10 boxes of pizza. These guys did exceptional each time. Quality of pizza is amazing and always consistent. Everything from quality, price, to service is outstanding. Pizza was always ready on time.

Ordered delivery from here for the first time. We ordered through the phone. It took quite a while for the pizza to arrive although it was delicious. The price was reasonable and the portion was good. I would order from here again.

Bianca's has become our regular pizza place in Waterloo. A combination of good quality and a reasonable price keeps us coming back. We drive past 5 other pizza shops to get pickup from Bianca's and it is still worth it. My favourite is a chicken and red pepper pizza with bbq sauce as the base.

A very mixed bag experience. Their food was good, but that's where the positivity ends.

The first time I called to get pizza delivered, they had me waiting for 8 minutes after which I hung up. I called a second time a few days later and gave then my order, confirmed the price, the address, etc. Upon delivery, they had charged me $6 more than what the guy had said when I'd called. I called them back and the guy who picked up extremely rudely told me me of some extra charges they hadn't mentioned when I was ordering.

Tl;DR very rude staff overcharged me, but their pizzas are above average.

Just ordered a cheeseburger pizza an hour ago the guy didn't ask for unit # or how long it would be. It looks like everyone is giving a great review of this pizza.

One of my favorite pizza places. Ate here all the time during uni. Pizza special XL one topping for $7.99 or $8.99. Lots of cheese and tasty pepperoni.
