Simple foods and quick service, but service can be better. I'm sure a lot of the food here is already warm before ordering, and prepped waaay in advance since service was very quick. Food was okay. The was price justified. TtSeating is minimalist, and limited.

Washrooms can be cleaner. It felt tight in there.

What a cute little spot! The cardamom latte was delicious and the falafel wraps are huge. Love the clearly labeled vegan options. I'll be back to try more!

Great experience for delicious middle Eastern food. Had a falafel bowl and ended on baclava.

Love Bibi’s! The delivery is always right on time and super friendly service. Would definitely recommend for takeout, the food is delicious and great variety.

Very tasty food, very friendly service. They even have beer on tap (was unexpected). Gave four stars for 'atmosphere' - it was clean and all good, but it doesn't have any middle eastern vibe.

I went there to get a bite for lunch. The girl at the register did not look very happy at all! The place was absolutely empty! A cold unpleasant air. There were a few things; sandwiches or something wrapped to purchase.
I walked out.

I found this gem a while ago and can’t get tired of it now! I love it so much. Only advice would be to freeze the tatziki sauce since I always get it hot and melting and it’s not quite the good taste.

Good service and atmosphere. Food is on the pricey side for what it is. Not a bad option when looking for something fast but somewhat healthier (caveat being the premium charged for somewhat healthier is high). Some of their options are a little too acidic. Their chicken wrap I found was pretty decent.

I really wanted to like this place and was excited to try it but was very disappointed with the food. Watery lettuce with no dressing, dry falafel, altogether lacking in flavour. Very disappointing.

The only way I can explain my most recent experience at BiBi’s is strange… I placed an online order for pick up at an off-peak time because past experience taught me that this location can be quite slow. I ordered two “build your own” wraps. When I got home I was presented with two bowls containing the contents of what should have been 2 wraps. No bases (ex.: rice lettuce, etc.) … no pita bread for me to actually build it myself… nothing, they just put the literal contents of the wraps in bowls. When I called to rectify the situation, they insisted I bring the bowls back in. I did try and ask that they start working on the wraps in the meantime while I made my way back but I’m 99% sure they just took the bowls I gave them back and they wrapped them up. I wish that would be the end of it there.honestly, the ratios in the sandwiches were really off and only half of the sandwiches had meat. For my troubles I was rewarded with a free cookie…. And I had to ask for a 10% off coupon for my next visit. All in all, for a place that only makes wraps and bowls, they can’t really do that right. I think I’ll save my money and go elsewhere. Just a big yikes overall.

It was such a beautiful evening to go for a walk and enjoy a healthy nutritional meal. I told the attendant that it was my first time and she helped me choose what would be best for me. Everything was made with fresh ingredients and tasted delicious. What made my evening special was the attendant that served me. I was surprised to learn that she was not the owner because she served me in a way that was so friendly and considerate. I am happy that I decided to walk in. The best part was the complimentary cookie and a personal note from the staff. That is the kind of consideration that defines an establishment above others. I will definitely be going regularly.

This review has nothing to do with the actual restaurant. We ordered online and paid with a credit card. The credit card information was automatically stored with a separated company called Square Pay. I did not realize this until much later and had to go through a multi-step process to have it deleted.

We'd been looking forward to trying Bibi's and were quite impressed! Falafel was on point and my beef portion was generous and perfectly stewed. Decor was perfect for a lunch date, and the patio is open too. It's like an 'elevated' shawarma experience: everything was lighter and fresher, with subtle and complex flavour in the spices and sauces. High quality, approachable mediterranean cuisine. Recommended!

BiBi’s never disappoints! The portions are generous, the food is always fresh and tastes amazing. They have a variety of options to accommodate different diets and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommended this restaurant to any fellow foodie.
