BiBi's Middle Eastern Kitchen

Every time I’ve gone I’ve really wanted to be wowed by the food but it’s been simply ok to pretty good. Moving on.

We ordered the falafel wrap, large fries, large cauliflower, and fattoush salad. The food was extremely over seasoned/salty. The dressing for the fattoush salad was extremely acidic and made my partner sick for the remainder of the evening. On the positive side the falafels themselves were fresh tasting, but unfortunately for Bibi’s there are overall tastier options within driving distance.

For some reason cash is not accepted, it's valid Canadian currency? Probably to make you feel forced to tip on the large screen. Employees don't practice proper food handling. They go from their cell phones to touching your food. No proper hand washing. Thanks but I won't be returning.

Delicious food! Falafels are great, the staff is super friendly and the music is awesome. Will recommend this spot to anyone!

This may actually be the worst food I've ever had in my life. I love a good fattoush salad but something was seriously wrong with this one. It was so incredibly acidic and sour I am pretty sure I could have scrubbed my toilets with it. The service was terrible as well. I coudn't eat more than a few bites of it, you could barely call it food. Even the pita chips were inedible.

Tables supoose to be cleaned right after use so that the following customer can use it. The bathrooms, floors and door handles must be cleaned throughout the day. These cleaning practices should be a priority for businesses as the health of the citizens should be prioritized.

A wholly flavourful experience. Packed shawarma, loaded with fresh veggies, and savoury meat. The price for a shawarma here is quite steep, but being that it rivals well with some of the cities finer shawarma spots it's well worth it.

Used to order from here almost every 2 or 3 weeks. Quality has unfortunately plummeted as prices have gone up. Portions are also much smaller (fillings in wraps and ingredients and bowls), and I can't recall a single 'bowl' from the last few orders that was actually made correctly. Haven't ordered here in a very long time now, but I really hope they improve again. Front staff have always been very friendly.

LOVE the meat/no meat pies YUMMY.can't say which one in particular its the dough, really good, fluffy pie base, and honestly ONE is really FILLING.

Make it a meal or a snack, I like that its local and I can grab them to go and they aren't expensive at all.

I stand corrected for my statement below 9 months ago they have in fact opened another spot in hintonburg and it is not nearly as good as the one on Beechwood I can't tell you exactly why but there's just something about it that isn't the same. It also made me realize that 16$ for a wrap that barely fills you up is just not worth it. I felt better paying that amount when it was absolutely delicious from the Beachwood location. It doesn't help that I walked by the kitchen and a scrawny blue haired kid was coughing all over the wraps he was making. " I have no doubt if this place opens stores across Ottawa and beyond it will be a success. "yep I won't be going back. But hipsters will. Enjoy!

The food was amazing and the customer service was excellent. So many vegetarian and vegan options, I had fried cauliflower and a zaatar pie with some added ingredients, so tasty! The price was good too. Not much seating and you'll have to find parking in the surrounding area, but would definitely recommend this little eatery.

Love this place, little restaurant with great food! I got lots of free food and nice employees. Za’Atar fries were exceptional. Fairly priced. I remove one star because I ordered once for catering and they gave me a hard time. Otherwise, I would strongly suggest eating here!

Some of the worst service for middle eastern restaurants. The order was supposed to be ready when I arrived but instead caused me to have to wait an excessive amount of time and kept getting told that it would be a few more minutes. Would definitely not recommend eating here.

One of the worse falafel wrap I ever had.
Usually, I eat falafel sandwich even if it is not good. But, this one was trash totally and had to throw most of it. Chickpea balls were not fried well at all, undercooked. And sandwich was dry too. No taste of Falafel at all. I don’t recommend this store chain. Lots of other better options are available in ottawa for middle eastern.

I ordered a bowl a couple nights ago the service was fantastic as usual. However, my rice wasn’t cooked so it was chewy and some were very hard. The overall taste of the bowl was good but overshadowed by the rice. First time ever having anything less than perfect. Stuff happens. I’ll be back:)

Tried one of the bowls which had lots of rice that was undercooked and hard to chew. The protein in comparison to rice was quite less. The box of food snapped open enroute causing the sauce to spill and the bag they gave me had no handles so not the best take out option. The way they market it as gluten free is a bit flawed - its only the bowls that are GF not the wraps when it comes to the mains. Sorry but food is expensive thesedays and eating this meal as a takeout wasn't really worth it.

Delicious food, good portions and fair prices! Glad they have a new location which is bigger also. Looking forward to going to it.

We had Team’s Lunch at work, and the working with BiBi’s was effortless and amazing! They were always responsive with my questions and concerns and helped 100% as we ordered the food online.

The food is absolutely delicious for affordable prices! Will definitely be eating from here again!

Very bad experience during our visit over the long weekend. We had a large order and the person was not interested in hearing what I need for the different shawarmas. He seemed like he is not interested in the ask we did and showed his dissatisfaction via the way he prepared our order. The shawarma bread came out to be be very flaky. Looks like it was placed a long time in the toaster. Was very hard to eat. Would never go back to this location.

Delicious! I got them falafel bowl and a side of fried cauliflower. Cauliflower and falafel were to die for. The fries are also amazing. Next time I’d make my own bowl and get a base of rice.

Okay service and below average food! Tried wrap and the chicken has bad flavor. Server recommend spicy and it's just pinch of extra sauce and that was terrible. They charge extra if you say spicy. Soda here is $3.4 and the coffeeshop beside it sells the exact same thing for $2.4

Just had the beef and tahini bowl, and my wife had the falafel wrap. Both were outstanding! Everything was cooked to perfection, generous portions for sure and all for a very reasonable price. I will be returning as soon as I'm hungry again!

Good service and cute little location. The meat seemed like it wasn’t fresh, the fries were good. Glad I tried it but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back.

Definitely my favorite take-out spot in Vanier. Super friendly staff, and those wraps are just the best. Fast food preparation, good quality, great taste. Keep up the great work!

Excellent food and excellent service! I got one of the bowl that was recommended and it was delicious! Also had the salad with chicken and yum! Definitely coming back to this place.

Brother and I ordered a beef and cauliflower wrap. It was good but I was expecting better from this venue. I heard the ingredients are fresh so that might make up for the lack of taste for some people.

My daughter and I were there for lunch on Friday. We ordered spicy chicken and beef in bowls and fries. Bowl portion are big and both of us had at least 1/3 take home. Everything is so fresh and delicious. Will definitely go back. Strongly recommended.

Just ordered from here after looking forward to it for awhile. I’d say the veggie aspect is nice and fresh, however the meat portions for the chicken were very small. My main issue thought was the beef… definitely could not have been much drier, to the point that it’s actually inedible. We had to throw the beef out and replace it with the extra cauliflower that we ordered in one of the other bowls. Overall had its ups and downs, but likely won’t order again based on the dry beef and meat portions.

The food is great and the portion sizes are really big but both times I’ve been I’ve experienced poor customer service which has turned me off. The first time our order was completely wrong but we got it sorted in the end. So the next time we ordered online to ensure no mix ups. But I don’t understand what the point is of ordering 45mins in advance online if you still have to wait 30 minutes when you pick it up. I found this really unacceptable and disappointing since the food is actually really good. Unfortunately we probably won’t be back.

We love this spot! Their wraps have become almost a weekly staple for us during the pandemic. Ordering ahead is definitely the way to go!

Really good wraps and nice service. I’ve had the falafel wrap and spicy cauliflower wrap. The falafel one is my fav!

Had this yesterday and went with the beef bowl. The attention to detail and the consistency in the chopped components made the dish amazing! The textures, the flavours, and the cook on the meat was all perfect. We also had the falafels which were freshly made and on point Highly recommend

Such a great Restaurant, Bibi's is our goto takeout spot in the neighbourhood. The food is always excellent, the amount of food you get is always so generous, we almost always have leftovers. Great food, great staff!

Finally tried this venue and I really enjoyed the falafel wrap with the fried cauliflower side dish. The staff was very kind, even engaging my kid, which was a pleasant surprise.

Ordered the falafel & chicken bowls. Both we’re so fresh, delicious, and perfect seasoned. Also got the tahini chocolate chip cookie and WOW AMAZING!

First time ordering and I'm so impressed with the freshness, quality and flavors of everything I ordered. I look forward to ordering from BiBi's again soon!

I have been here at least half a dozen times. Just wanted to update and say that I have yet to receive any food or service that was less than stellar. Everything from ordering, to pickup, to packaging is done very well. Bibi's continues to deliver fantastic Middle-Eastern food, especially if you want something a little different than typical shawarma.

My go to is the beef saj/beef bowl, and zaatar fries. I tried almost everything on the menu and everything was delicious.

We ordered two wraps, fries and cauliflower and it was delicious. The restaurant was clean and looked new inside, the staff was helpful and courteous. We will be back! * Note we ordered to go, as we are in the middle of a pandemic.

Spiced chicken wrap and bowl were both amazing. The fries were perfectly crispy and the seasoned to perfection. The Kids absolutely loved it too. Well done!

Super nice staff, & food was fast & delicious! Menu is easy to browse, with the simple wrap or bowls selection or the customizable “build your own”. They also have fun/unique drink options:) We’ll definitely add it to our list of go to places!

My husband and I decided to order from Bibi's tonight. We had the pearl couscous and chicken bowl and beef bowl with fries and falafels. Everything was so delicious and fresh. We will order again soon for sure.

Great spot, happy it is continuing to do well by how busy it is. Very friendly staff. Really like the chicken wrap however I will say there have been one or two times where the wrap is a bit saltier than usual. Still enjoy it and would definitely return.

Friendly staff, DELICIOUS FOOD. Seriously, don’t sleep on this place. Fresh and flavourful. Already ordered twice in 1 week. So so good. Don’t forget the Za’atar fries. To die for.

I highly recommend this place. Their service is friendly and welcoming. Their wraps are not cheap but they definitely are VERY tasty and quite generous so they do fill you up quite nicely. I recommend the Zatar fries and the falafel wrap if you are vegetarian or vegan.

Very much recommend trying this place out! There is not one thing on this menu that isn't absolutely amazing. The Baharat Spiced Chicken wrap is my favorite <3

As soon as I received my order and the aroma hit I knew I was in for something special. I had the Baharat spiced chichen bowl and fries. A visual and tasty treat. Keep up the good work.
