Extremely good customer service and the atmosphere was calm. My cat, who is usually nervous and panicky, was totally comfortable.

The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Even though my cat doesn't enjoy going to the vet they still make sure he's comfortable and respectful of his boundaries while still getting the checkup done.

Excellent service! They are all so kind and compassionate. They were super helpful and followed with us when our foster dog needed to be treated for fleas. I will definitely be returning when we have another dog.

Overall great care. However our cat was sick for almost a year before our local pet food store suggested a chicken allergy. It ended up being a chicken allergy all along. So many vet appointments and thousands of dollars spent and nobody suggested an allergy. That being said, they’ve been great since then. I would still recommend them. I would also 1000% recommend getting pet insurance! It’s saved us so many thousands of dollars

I’ve been going to this clinic since they opened! The team there is so wonderful, I can’t say enough. This is a vet clinic that is honest! Won’t price gauge. Cares deeply about their clients. We have a senior dog & now a 1 year old puppy too- I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Bickford Park is one of the hidden gems of the city. The staff knows their stuff and makes every effort to take care of their clients; both pets and owners. It's not easy these days to find a clinic with an attention to detail and an openness to discuss not only pricing details, but also provide feedback and reasons as to why recommendations need to be done. I never felt pressured into their services and I can speak from personal experience that not only are the doctors top notch and fully qualified, but the front desk staff is friendly and always treat my pets with love and compassion. Anyone that is looking for a clinic that treats your pets like one of their own, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

EXPENSIVE AND RUDE! Staff literally belittled me for being 15 minutes late. I explained I was on time. She insisted I was late and needed to "see what she could do". Eventually she realized I was on time. The most unprofessional vet experience, from poor advice, to lack of compassion, rude staff. Such a bad experience.

Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff, I always feel really comfortable with this team looking after my little guy.

Very good service. Usually have to wait 15-30 minutes longer than they say you will. I haven't been to other vets in Toronto but feels expensive.

Every encounter I’ve had with this vet has been positive, they are always ready and willing to help! The appointments have to be booked a while in advance but they’re still accommodating and help out as much as they can! Super friendly too my dog loves going.

I love everyone here and have never had less than excellent experiences. Especially during the pandemic with new rules for dropping your pets off, I never think twice that either of my cats are in capable and caring hands when I leave them with the staff. I truly believe they have your pets best interest at heart and have never felt like they've tried to up-sell me on anything. I highly recommend!

I picked this vet prior to getting my pup because of the online reviews and they really are fantastic! They all genuinely care about your pet, and always follow up and are good about giving honest advice. Fees are very fair. My dog is always so happy to go to the vet! Once we get out of the car and he knows where we are he starts speeding towards the door.

I have been taking my two cats to this clinic for years. The staff are wonderful and always respond to my emails quickly. The doctors seem to really care about the health of my pets and always give me detailed information about their test results and any required medical treatment.

Throughout the pandemic the staff have continued to be helpful and cheerful, meeting me at the front entrance so I can pick up medication or drop off my cats for their appointments. Highly recommend this vet clinic!

Submitted a form (which i have email confirmation was sent 2 weeks ago to their email address). I had to follow up by phone and all they said was their system is down and they aren't accepting new patients (with no apology or offer in any way to help).

I was freaking out because my cat had diarrhea and was puking and they were able to fit me in right away. The vet, Dr Lisa in this case, is so kind and understanding and doing everything she can to help and for a reasonable price as far as vets go. I was using them in an emergency but i’ll be using them going forward for my cat’s care. Reception is really nice and understanding and i was definitely having a bit of a panic attack when i called reception and she was so nice about it. I have faith that my cat’s issue will be resolved and I would recommend this vet to anyone.

This clinic is the best I have been to in over 30 years of sharing my home with dogs and cats. Dr. Courtney is very knowledgeable and communicates all possible treatment options and outcomes clearly and with compassion. You can tell she loves animals and even my skittish rescue pup adores her. The other vets in the clinic are also wonderful and work as a team to when emergencies come up. On top of the great and affordable veterinary care, all of the staff members are so helpful, kind and supportive. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone with pets.

Hands down the best animal hospital in the city. The staff are friendly and truly care about your furry friend. I feel they are priced fairly and very honest - they don't recommend anything that they don't think is needed.

Reception wasn't respectful, she was outside ignoring me trying to let her know I arrived to pickup prescription. She locked door in front of me without explaining the process and left me standing outside alone. I was standing outside, not knowing what to do. All I needed is to pickup prepaid in advance medication. When I started knocking the door and getting upset, she came to the door and said that I have to call. I didn't have my phone with me. She could just asked why I am there through glass door and give me medication. Instead I had to go back to my car to get the phone and call her from there. Then come back and only after that she came outside to give me medication. They pointed out to me that they did everything correctly and I have no reason to get upset.
If that wasn't enough, I got a phone call from their office today and thought that they would like to apologize for treating me disrespectful but it appears that they called to let me know that they did everything correctly and if I upset at such minor incident, they would be happy to send my doggy paperwork to another clinic. I am in complete shock, never being treated this way. Absolutely cold, unconsiderable and disrespectful. They don't need business, they don’t care.

Our two pets have seen all 3 of the vets and every one of them is thorough, and they take their time to really go over everything in detail. Best vet we have been to yet in the area.

Everyone is always extremely nice, patient and kind. My dog is extremely anxious and vocal and they are always so patient with him.

I've been wanting to write a review for a long time now because they've been our clinic for almost 4 years, for our cat at first and now for our dog, and this is the day because I just came back from an appointment there.
First thing about the Bickford clinic: our pets like to go there!
Their service is perfect, they're the nicest vets and they're not very expensive when you become regular customers.
Over the years, they always told me to come within the next hour when I had an emergency with my cat or my dog and they never pushed me to do more exams than necessary. They also always detail everything to you and they understand and help you as much as they can when something comes as a surprise, like the cost of a surgery etc.
For my cat vaccines, I usually just drop her and if I don't have any question, I just pay for the vaccine. When you need a consultation, they take time and inspect everything if you're worried about something specific.
I highly recommend this clinic and the team there!
The only thing I regret is that they don't take small animals and we struggle to find a vet when our guinea pig needs to see someone.

Vaccinated and took care of my kittens during the harsh covid restrictions. They haven't died yet so I'm pretty happy!

Disappointed to write that the service and quality of care at Bickford is not what it once was. After an increase in poor service that ended in heartbreak, our trust in this vet team is no more and we will not be returning.

Great staff that really care, and very reasonable pricing. I'm not sure what else to say about an animal hospital. Complimentary water/coffee?

Bonus points for the Certificate of Bravery they issued to my late cat for his successful surgery.

We have been taking our puppy here since 8 weeks. We had a few health issues with him and the Bickford team did an amazing job with open and prompt communication. We’ve never actually been inside due to COVID. However Murphy LOVES getting dropped off here so it must be a happy place inside too!

I started taking my kitties here because I felt they were better with cats than my old vet. Was a perfect decision. Extremely reasonable prices and all round amazing experience thusfar.

I've been going to Bickford Park for about seven years after having bad experiences with three prior vets (I have a twelve year old Yorkie mix, and a nine month old Newfie). You can tell that everyone there actually cares about your pet and they'll never push unnecessary tests, procedures or anything on you. With any other vet I had, if I called with any minor concern they wouldn't give any advice and would make me come in to do a full exam on my dog. I've emailed and called Bickford several times with small concerns and they gave me advice and suggestions without having me come in, even to the point of looking at pictures free of charge to let me know if I should bring the puppy in or not (they determined no because it was normal swelling). All of the vets there are amazing as well as all of their employees. I can't recommend them enough. I've even had several co-workers switch to them and they all love Bickford as well! I live far away now, but we still bring our dogs there because I don't think I can find a clinic nearly as good for them and I know my pups will always be in the best care there.

Super nice place to bring your pet. The staff is really kind and friendly. The vets are helpful and sensitive to their clients financial situation balanced with caring for a sick pet. They also sent emails periodically to check up on my pet which is really nice.

My cat goes here and i'm happy he does. There super friendly and helpful. They write your pets name on a board in the room your pet is going into, in order to welcome your pet. Which tells you they actually care about your pet. There gentle with my cat and i'm grateful for that.

Sadly, I'm editing my previous rave review for Bickford Animal Hospital.
At our last visit we saw a Veterinarian that was new to us, not Dr. Helen. The Veterinarian seemed nice BUT completely failed to address our cats main problem and the reason for our visit. Instead she insisted on one blood test (that failed to show anything) and a diet change. The bill was over $500.00! I was stunned at the cost, I even asked if it was a joke or mistake. Anyway, this is no longer a well priced or competent clinic. Too bad, we'll have to look for another good place.

Bickford Park Animal Hospital is an undiscovered gem in our neighbourhood. As "cat" people, living 20 years in this neighbourhood we have been clients of numerous veterinarians. Dr Helen, as she likes to be called, we find, is outstanding. Very knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. Her clinic and services are excellent and incredibly well priced!

Hands down the best vet in the city. We take both our dogs here for everything from check ups and shots to surgeries. All staff are highly professional and friendly. The clinic is well run, we never wait for appointments. Quality of care is top notch. Cannot recommend highly enough.

So good with my fearful rescue dog, good pricing (no vet is cheap, but sometimes you get what you pay for!) Awesome care. Thank you! ️

I brought my foster dog there who they were kind enough to give support to. Very kind staff, and they ensure you are well informed about your dogs needs moving forward. They took great care of my guy who was in need of some extra care.

I couldn't say anything but great things about this clinic and the people working there. I was so worried when my senior cat got sick, and they were able to get me in that very day, which was a huge relief. A major issue for me was the money; I'm 17, living on my own, and going to college with no financial support from family, so a vet visit was an expense that I just hadn't foreseen for my very tight budget. Thankfully, the vet was able to help me in finding the best treatment plan that would ensure both my cat's health while remaining financially viable for me, which was an immense weight lifted off my shoulders. Now my cat is healthier than ever and I've found the vet she'll be seeing from now on!

This place is amazing - the staff are friendly and my dog loved them. He somehow still came out with his tail wagging after a blood test and getting microchipped.

Bringing a brand new foster puppy to a brand new vet clinic was nerve-wracking at first, but the staff at Bickford Park made our experience a great one! The reception staff were super friendly and answered all of my questions. I look forward to bringing my future pets here:)

Excellent service! Both the doctor and the assistants were very friendly and caring! After 5 days they called me to see if cat was better and as he was still improving the doctor asked me to come and take more 5 doses of antibiotics to make sure he’d recover completely. I recommend it, especially if you have a cat, dr. Rachel was amazing with my cat:)

Started going here through the referral of a friend and I love it. Dr. White is awesome. No pressure for services you don't need just suggestions and I found that other vets kept pressuring me to neuter my chow and I didn't want to be forced into the decision (hence I left other vets). Here they respect my decision and educate on risks/benefits of keeping him intact. Very caring staff.

Absolutely amazing doctors & staff! I truly can not put into words how grateful and lucky both my puppy and I are to have Bickford Park Animal Hospital as our vet. I moved to the west end of the city a year ago and brought my dog to Bickford Animal Hospital. Before moving we had been going to an amazing vet in the beaches for many years. Because of this I would say that I had some high expectations for the service I was expecting to receive. Well. Dr. Foster and her team were the best, welcomed us with open arms, and gave some of the best service she’s ever had. We couldn’t be happier! You won’t regret having Bickford Animal

I cannot recommend this place enough! Every single staff member goes above and beyond for the animals that come in. My dog gets really anxious at the vet, and they will literally sit on the floor with him to check him out and give him his shots. Not only that, but they will go to great lengths to get you information. My dog also needs to lose a few pounds and Dr. Rachel figured out TO THE GRAM exactly how much food he should be getting. When I emailed my concerns of feeling like I wasn't giving him enough food, Dr. Rachel and the staff quickly offered multiple solutions on how to help him feel more full without jeopardizing his diet. To top all of that, their price point is much more affordable than a lot of other vets in the city. You will not be disappointed bringing your animals here!

I switched over to this hospital after a friend suggested. The staff are wonderful, the doctors are lovely and knowledgeable and wonderful. They give you all the facts and do not try to sell you something, they give you suggestions and alternatives that help you save money (i had a not so good experience at the last place we went to). Everyone is kind and welcoming and my dog loves it (especially the treats haha). Highly recommend.

My dog loves it here. Staff are really nice and always treat us well. I emailed them after my dog ate something he probably shouldn't have and they were very quick to respond. I also appreciate the follow up calls the next day making sure everything is alright.

Bickford Park is a wonderful vet's office. My dog has had the pleasure of working with Dr. Asha and Dr. White and both have been incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable and love my dog! The vet techs are also amazing and so nice and helpful!

Love this place! We have two French bulldogs that come with all of the typical Frenchie problems. The staff at Bickford Park are patient, thorough, always make time for us, and never push us to spend money that we don't need to. Can't recommend them enough.

Our beloved small dog Lily is older now & can no longer tolerate annual vaccinations without threat to her life. This vet clinic works with us now as she ages & we come against those various issues. All the staff & doctors are kind & helpful so we're so glad to be with this clinic now & always leave highly satisfied with the care we receive.

Dr. Foster did a wonderful job of taking care of my poor sick anxiety-ridden cat, keeping her healthy and happy. She's caring and compassionate, patient, and you can tell she just truly loves helping animals. Highly recommended!
