Awesome food, staff were VERY nice and pretty spacious. Overall, a really good restaurant.

Ordered through Skip. Food was cold when it arrived (not sure if Skip or the Restaurants fault), but this is how the Pig Skins came. Burnt to a crisp.how do you send this to a customer? Not impressed at all Big Bone, definitely not what you used to be.

I love Big Bone! Nashville Nachos are a family favorite. I don't know how they keep the chips so crispy but I love it.

Portion sizes have declined over the last few years, really the only thing keeping it from 5 stars.
We bring the nachos home and Amp it up a bit with more toppings and more pulled pork.

Great food but since it was so empty there wasn't any real way to judge the atmosphere

No real customer service. They just stayed behind the counter, only came out to serve food. Coleslaw also tasted like it was old.

We just had "dinner" - take out from the Barrie location. We were so disappointed in our meals. We have eaten here before.what happened? You should be embarrassed about what you served. Pretty sad when I can get a better burger and chicken burger from wendys or Harveys or pretty much any fast food place. What a waste of $50. My chicken burger was not a chicken breast but some sort of processed breaded chicken thing that did not even resemble what would look like a chicken breast and didn't even cover half the bun and was dry. My hubby's "fantasy" burger has left him fantasizing.meat patty was burnt and dry. He thinks there was bacon on there.not sure. We certainly will not be ordering from here again and advising all our friends who used to rave about this place our terrible experience. I guess this explains when we picked up our food why the place was empty. Do better or you will be closed in no time!

I would have rated this place with "NO STARS" but that was not an option.

Obviously love this place! The food is always soo fresh and delicious that my gf and I have made it apart of our date nights and each time we are excited to go!

I usually go for the Elvis and I’m always left with left overs which is great for the price! The staff is always so nice and quick!

Eat anywhere else! The new owners only care about profit not food quality. We ordered and our food arrived literally within 3 minutes. Our chicken wings tasted and smelled rotten so we didn’t eat them but they refused to give us any kind of discount because “no other table had complained” but there was only one other table in the restaurant. Our cutlery and glasses were also dirty. It’s sad because this use to be a decent place to eat, unfortunately the new owners only care about profit and could care less if they make you sick. To the owner’s response.someone’s lying and it’s not me. You ruined this place. At least have the decency to be honest, not try and call me a liar. Good luck! There will be a for lease sign in the window before the end of the year.

Great BBQ ribs and wings. All the food here is top notch.
Service can be a little slow but nothing outrageous. Bigger location then most big bones. Not super cozy but tidy and clean.

For a place called Big Bone BBQ I would expect larger portions given the price. Brisket sandwich was mediocre, would prefer if it was not shredded and less sauce to taste the smokiness. Good fries.

This is the best store, will be coming back! I orders ribs and a bunch of other stuff and was perfectly cooked, hot and nice and fresh. The fries were good and not soggy, good customer service they were really nice and I recommend this place!

Ribs are not fall off the bone. They were quite tough and chewy. Chicken not so tender. In all fairness the BBQ sauce and French fries were very tasty.

If I could give this location a ZERO I would….

Yesterday afternoon I called to place an order for New Years dinner (pick up at 6). We ordered the Party Pack #2 for 2-3 people. We arrived at the restaurant ten minutes prior to pick up, and my husband was given attitude by one of the employees. She said it wasn’t six o’clock yet and to wait. At six o’clock my husband went back in, a waited fifteen minutes until he got our order as they were moving slow to cash out customers. When we got home and opened the containers, we were flabbergasted. The fries (large) was the quantity of a McDonald’s medium (soggy and cold), the wings were tiny and the ribs were burnt. We decided to call the store, and the manager was super ignorant, defensive and wasn’t understanding of our disappointment. We explained that this was the second time we ordered from here, and the portion and quality of the food was WAY better which is why we decided to return. After an almost five minute conversation with the manager, my husband gave him no choice but to take the food back and give us our money.

To conclude my review, I can’t stress enough how miserable they made our New Years Eve. They are a complete rip off. To pay $54.00 plus tax for food that could barely feed one person is completely absurd! Save yourself the disappointment and take your business else where. Management needs a lot of work.

Ribs were high quality and done right, plenty of moist and juicy meat! Smoked wings were excellent. Pulled brisket was good but a little greasy. The biggest surprise for me was the quality and attention to detail with the sides; perfect fries, delicious slaw, bread and beans. Warm inviting staff and simple honest dining room decor. Overall, far superior to the big name roadhouse chains and the owners really take pride in their work. The only reason this doesn't have 5 stars from me if I havnt tried everything on the menu yet!

The service is very friendly and welcoming but the food quality has gone down significantly.
Whoever is cooking either is not knowledgable about making ribs or doesn’t want to put in the time and effort. The pulled pork was decent.

I've been going here for several years now and have almost always had a fantastic experience. The staff have always been friendly and the food has been second to none.
The only time my fries have ever been "less than warm" is when I was late to pick it up.
I always ask for a bit more sauce, and I've never been disappointed.
The Big Bone Combo has been my "go to" meal and it's large enough to make two meals for this 6' 200lb man.
A couple of months back, the ribs were tough and not cooked to the usual quality as I have come to expect. The owners were very apologetic and offered to provide another serving of ribs. I chose not to take advantage of this gesture as I didn't think it was necessary. For what it's worth, I ordered the same meal the following week and the ribs were fantastic.

This is the best place I've been to in a very long time. Ordered a very large takeout. Everything was packaged nicely, hot and delicious. Easily enough food to satisfy 6 adults and 2 children with leftovers to boot.
This place was recommended to me and Big Bone did not disappoint.
10 stars if I could. From the gentleman who took my order the the woman who packed the order they (and the kitchen staff) all knocked it out if the park. Well done!

Quality has gone way down hill, was served a sad attempt at the chicken club.the peameal bacon covered less than half of the sandwich and was cooked to the consistency of jerky and Im pretty sure they used a chicken strip instead of a chicken cutlet. There was also onions and pickles on it which as a long time customer it’s never had. I contacted the store with my complaints and they chose to block me on Facebook and ignore the obvious quality issue going on here. This store clearly cares more about their carefully curated Facebook post photos instead of the actual food they are serving. And blocking me on Facebook instead of addressing the issue shows their blatant lack of customer service. I wouldn’t recommend eating here to anyone.

I tried one hot thai and parm garlic.it was very tasty it was better than the wings i had at lockeroom. Moreover, rhe sauce options were more at this place.would recommend people to come out here and try wings

Checked online to make sure restaurant was open for dine in and it said dine in is available and restaurant is open untill 8pm on saturday. We drove 35 minutes and arrived at 5pm only to be told that they would not seat anyone in the dining room and it was closed and it was take out only. There was another group at a table drinking beers.
As we had a 35 minute drive back home we didn't really want to grab takeout and risk the food being cold when we got home. We eventually decided to order and were told it would be a 45 minute wait for food. We ended up leaving without ordering. Website should be updated to save people the drive. Not everyone is local to barrie and have a quick drive home. Disappointed as we used to look forward to coming here for family dinners.

To be honest, this place used to be my all time favorite! But the last couple visits, it seems like the place has gone entirely downhill. A few months ago, I hyped the restaurant up to some friends. So we all decided to go. We got there at opening on a Saturday, so did the person running it. They had got there after we did. Therefore, nothing was heated, started or ready for opening. We waited over an hour for our food which we were informed we would have to wait when entering. Which okay, we will wait because like I said, I hyped this place up. Even an hour after waiting, myself and my friend who both got the pulled pork were appalled that both our sandwiches were cold. Not just luke warm but freezing cold. We spent $125 on cold food that day.
The second time we came back after this experience, was again a Saturday an hour before closing. When we came in to order, we were told by the same person that served us the previous Saturday, that they were closing in an hour, therefore had turned everything off so were no longer serving anyone. An hour before close? Why have service hours if you can't even be served during those hours. Last time and final time we went was again, a weekend and the service was terrible, the food was cold and we again spent so much money to be disappointed. The only time you can get good food from this establishment is during the week. If it's a weekend, please don't bother going. You will be dissatisfied.

Big Bone ribs have been my favourite for years but on my last visit, they weren’t up to their usual 5 star standard. The ribs were excessively oily (I wiped them with paper towel) and lacked zest. The plump chicken wings stole the show! Accompaniments we’re delicious including the coleslaw, fries and cornbread. Prices are reasonable and staff are friendly. Let’s go!

The food is amazing 90% of the time. The odd time that the ribs are just too dry and the meat is a little tough. The wings are great as well. The brisket and pulled pork is sooo delicious. However the brisket is sold out most of the time. I also wish they would sell brisket cuts instead of them shredded up in pulled pork format. Took a star off for that. But I would still high recommend this place!

I was so excited to eat here. Ordered $70 worth of takeout and couldn’t have been more disappointed- not to mention both my husband and I were stomach sick for 24 hours. We had skimpy nachos, subpar wings, meatless ribs, ok fries, beans and cornbread. Won’t be back.

No ribs left but it shows you how good they are. Please support this small Business they need us. Its part of our community.

After going twice in the past few weeks a part both times i have had problems first being that they told us it would be 15 minutes to prepare but it turned out to be 50 minutes to prepare. Then when i asked for a fork they just said no because they were apparently out so i had to go to another restaurant to get a fork for the coldslaw. Then today i called for an order and never got a call when my order was ready to pick up and when i got there the pork sandwich was already soggy. This all comes down to bad communication

Well I've always been a big fan of the restaurant and their food As for today I was refused service even curbside pick up after explaining that I am asmatic and unable to ware a mask Absolutely disappointed In the humanity showin by their employees Or at least the one that stood proud and refused me service and the other 1 that hide her head behind the counter. So you want to reply that I'm disregarding the rules or law that isn't a law, I have a heath condition that makes it dangerous for me to ware a mask so after explaining that to the gentleman I asked for curbside and was refused. Don't really understand how I'm the problem standing up with out a mask when there's a room full of people sitting with out a mask plz make sense of this for me

Amazing bbq sauce! Everything is delicious. Brisket sandwich and grilled chicken sandwich were great. Caesar salad could use some dressing, very dry but, very good!

Very big wings well worth the money from what I can say. And so so good. And juicy I like the creamy Parmesan mixed into the wings. Just eating them drives me stir crazy. And I get them with the fries all in one dinner think it was about $13 including taxes everything. Worth its weight in gold believe me

The service here is always warm and friendly; and the food is fairly priced, served in generous portions and always delicious. I highly recommend their pulled pork or beef brisket.skip the appetizer unless you're famished lol

We have ordered food from Big Bone BBQ many times and don't give it a second thought when we feel the need for savoury ribs. The meal sizes are huge enough for a few meals (no skimping out here). The coleslaw is delicious and really help make the meal feel a little bit lighter on your stomach. The ribs really fall off the bone.

We also have ordered pulled pork sandwiches which never goes to waste. Just writing this review makes me want to get ribs for dinner tonight.

We haven't been here in a long time.but after tonight I am sure we will be back more often! Both my husband and I had the rib and wing combo, I upgraded to poutine. The portion size is HUGE, well worth the money as we have another meal for tomorrow now! Ribs were fall off the bone tender and the wings were some of the best I have ever had. Cornbread was ok, beans were ok, coleslaw was tasteless.but then I don't care for coleslaw anyway so I really ddin't care. Our server, Holly was amazing! She was attentive, but not in your face every 5 minutes. She was helpful in what wings to order, and super personable. She made us feel right at home. Thanks for a great experience tongiht!

I've been to three different Big Bone/Memphis BBQ locations now - Woodbridge, Keswick, and Barrie and they're all pretty damn good. The portion sizes are gargantuan at all of them of course and the service is always efficient and very friendly. My only minor complaint with my meal at the Barrie location was that I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries and some of the meat was a little overcooked and chewy. Other than that, it was delicious overall.

As soon as me and my closest friend and her family walked in until we walked out, this place smelled AMAZING. Even if you’re a little hungry to not hungry, this place will make you hungry! I had the Classic Poutine while others had ribs, burgers, pulled pork tacos.

The food was great! I ordered the Monday Mania, that comes with wings, ribs and fries or salad (I got a ceasar salad). The ribs had fall off the bone meat and the salad was full of bacon bits. Only issue I had was the music (Barrie location), it was like dance music, didn't suit the vibe. Although, it won't stop me from going again!

For the price its no variety. The chicken was cold with hot sauce over it. No kind of food presentation. Food was horrible. I request my $ back of 2 lbs of wings n fries.
