Really big store, lots of selections, they have good deals and you can get things custom built. Prices tend to vary from very expensive to reasonable.

After months of looking for a sofa and not liking what I was seeing in the larger stores (Leons, Lazy Boy etc). By chance & a drive by-I dropped into Big Boss Furniture. I met Robin who was very professional & knowledgeable about Linen and offered to customize a sofa for me. Together, we designed 3 pieces- armchair, loveseat & 3 seater sofas- all in linen. After 1 month, my 3 pieces arrived & were set up- many thanks to Arsh for his help in setting up my livingroom with these beautiful pieces. I love my sofas! The sofas were affordable, the quality of linen is excellent; the sofa style is perfect; & the overall service was helpful, friendly, & professional. All-in-all, I am a very happy customer and will return when I need furniture. Thanks Big Boss & the whole family that works alongside you.

Great Service, we bought two beds from this place and both are very solid and looks really good. The color and made is as per the expectations. The best thing is you can modify the color of fabric bed and everything as per your choice. Also, they assemble the furniture on delivery. Very Satisfied!

Friendly service and huge selection of customizable furniture! I just bought a new home and Big Boss Furniture was my one stop shop for all my furniture needs. I purchased a sofa set, dining table with chairs, one king set and three queens size beds along with all the mattresses and two ottomans. Everything came out amazing and it was made/delivered on time and exactly how I wanted. Their delivery crew even spent 6 hours assembling and putting everything together which goes to show the lengths they go to to provide top quality service. They used all high quality fabrics and they honestly have the best price in the GTA 10/10 I would definitely recommend this store to anyone as they are great people who provide fast, reliable and quality service always!

The BEST in town!

Visited this store some few days ago and had the worst experience. At the very beginning, all people were so kind as usual. Walked around the showroom only to accidentally (I really mean accidentally) topple over a table with some lamps. Store employee comes by and says “oh madam you have broken all my lamps and you have to pay”. I tried to explain that it was not intentional but accidental and they could not understand but reiterated you have to pay and got aggressive! The showroom is haphazardly organised and there are high chances something can be hit. Please be careful as you walk around otherwise you will have to pay through your nose. I have taken whatever action I need to take against them.

Bought 3 solid wood beds, night stands and 4 mattress from here so far. Best quality and very good price.

Big boss furniture is the best place to get all your home furniture in Canada I would say.
Baljeet bhaji and Daljeet bhaji both are so good that they even guide you well that which furniture will look good in house, for which colour combinations you should go and above all that which piece will last for how long.
Nobody sells anything like this with such guidance and details.
I bought all furniture for my house from big boss and would suggest everybody to go with them without any second thought.
Till the time I am in Canada, big boss furniture is my go to place for any home furniture needs.
I am attaching all pictures as well. Furniture is so strong and sturdy and I can definitely say it is going to last long.
Just as an information, I hunted almost all big furniture brands in GTA and I was satisfied with only Big Boss's quality and looks as I wanted modern and trendy furniture not just the regular ones.
Even you find decor items at their place and I have included them as well in the pictures including night lamps.

I am writing this review after 8 months of using their furniture, I have such a bad experience with it, i called them so many times but after getting money they don’t want to look back, bad customer service, bad quality, Delivery was not on time. Worse experience of my life. Strongly not recommended.strongly not recommended.

If I could give the owner less than 1 star, I would do. Very rude and unpleasant. It makes every body nervous. No flexibility and talks to customers in the most unpleasant way. I ordered few items and cancelled right away (1.5 hours later), he made all possible insults while canceling the order, and lastly he told me " I hate people like you". I was about to call police.

I asked them to make me a Custom bookshelf for my basement and they got the job done in reasonable price and time. Well done.

I purchased 3 bedroom sets from Big Boss Furniture which were delivered and set up exactly the way we wanted. This was the only store that had solid maple wood furniture, and since they manufacture it themselves we were able to customize it to our preference. The entire process from choosing the furniture to the delivery was done professionally. And most importantly the delivery was done on time as we had a specific date we needed it by. Recently purchased several furniture pieces for my new home, and absolutely loved shopping in this store! They have great quality furniture and very reasonably priced. The first time I bought stuff from here was about 12 years ago, and I'm still using these items, and the quality remains excellent. That's why I keep going back to Big Boss furniture!

2 years ago we got a reference to make furniture from this place, we went in and both the brothers are so welcoming, right away they got so many options, best services and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for great designs, very durable furniture for home plus perfect for price you pay for, then this is the place. I would give more stars if I can.
