Visiting toronto for new year, and can say this is the Best burger place in downtown toronto, Cristina and the guy made an exceptional food. They help us choose and pick the best burger. Good food with reasonably price. The place is nice and clean

Went to big smoke burger to try their famous burger and poutine. And all i can say is that what you paid is what you get. Cristina and Juan gave me the best burger ever. A must try for everyone visiting toronto.

First time trying this little burger place. I am susprised how good their burger is. I ordered the one with mushroom. It was so good and the onion ring are just perfect combination. Highly recommanded

Went for a late night bite. The girls working were focused on conversations with the male customers, whether they were friends or just met, it was frustrating to get my order. They seemed distracted and this social gathering ended up with me not getting my drink or condiments. I asked before leaving and was told everything was in the bag.
I’m sure during the day the service is much better but I would not go back in the evening.

This burger spot is great for late night cravings! The beyond the meat burger is absolutely smoky, tasty, and it is cooked to perfection. Thank you for fast service and the extra pickles!

Soon as I ate the daily special burger immediately got tightness in my chest stay away they don’t know how to make a burger

I had the pineapple burger with onion rings and a strawberry milkshake. The service was genuinely lovely. Overly friendly and helpful in the best of ways.

The burger was very tasty, but was a bit slippery. The strawberry shake was delicious and worth the price. The onion rings were disappointing because they just tasted bland sadly, but they were still good and a fair portion size with a good number of ketchup packets.

Good experience in the overall, mainly worth it for the staff.

Pretty good burger, so many options and very easy to modify. Take this recipe for gain high calorie and protein:
Double smoke burger + sauté mushrooms and rosemary garlic sauce. Amazing!
Misch also got a craft burger which was delicious. Afew tables and seats inside, very lowkey vibe. I will come back for burgers and also cheese cakes from cheese cake factory!

Great little place! The pulled pork poutine was on point! We ordered burgers to go for a group of 10 and they appreciated our order so much that they gave us a free box of donuts. That really says a lot (plus they were delicious!). Food was ready fast, even with the larger order, and the burgers were very juicy. I’d recommend for a fast and easy meal

The burger was decent. Very tasty however little smaller in comparison to other places. The fries were fresh and delicious. I suggest not charging and quibbling over a side of sauce. Overall I would recommend for burger and fries.

Burgers are juicy and tasty and buns are really soft and fresh. They have the best fries in Toronto. I usually go for the walk-in special for around $10 you get burger, small fries and a drink.

You should definitely try BIG SMOKE BURGER, its really tasty. The staff and Mr. Zafar is friendly a very accommodating

Burgers are very different from what you see from the menu. They don't have any taste to say the least. Salad was really bad, tasted like fridge. To make things worse really expensive for what you get.

So, I went back to big smoke to give it a chance. Since I had a bad experience of slow service before but then I regret coming back! The girl who prepared my burger did not use gloves with her fake nails! It's disgusting.

We had a hankering for a burger and thankfully experienced Big Smokes burgers. We were a little hesitant since a recent review was poor, but decided to roll the dice and take a chance. We were extremely pleased. 2 burgers, fries and onion rings accompanied by a bottle of Canadian grown Malbec and voila! A successful dinner date at home. I preferred the lamb over the beef.

Excellent little burger place. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly and always smiling. I give 3 stars for the atmosphere because I have been there several times and the music is a little loud. Being that I have bad hearing, this makes it hard to hear the person I am with talk. However, I do recommend Big Smake Burger because it's just so good.

I got late night takeout, burger and fries combo, burger was good. May seem like a strange request, but the fries need to be longer. Every fry I had was tiny and it made eating them a hassle. In My mind the majority of fries should be long so you don’t have to scavenge around for all the small bits. Maybe that’s just me though. Other than that, good spot.
